[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

Just wanted to clarify what the Sovereigns tried to say about staying out of it, I was tired when I wrote that post and didn't do very well explaining that part.

The Sovereigns are neither good nor evil, but they are far from neutral. They don't choose one side or the other to aid, and instead let the Digital World follow it's own whim. Sadly that has led to many dark times and just as many good. It is a constant shifting balance that will never settle, as you can try all you want to rid the whole world of evil, but where there is good there will always be evil. There will always be conflict.

But the Sovereigns are powerless against this because of their own purpose, they cannot interfere on one side without disrupting the balance entirely. However, they can bring about things such as the Digidestined, as each are of free will and can choose their own sides and destinies.
alright, got a lengthy post up now about the end of the battle on Solus 4, as well as a small wrap up of the first battle on sarrish. I've also decided to begin keeping track of current orders and deployments on the first page of IC, so check back there if I say there is a change in orders.
Solus 4, Orbit

Quickly it became apparent that the battle was falling apart for the Droid Army, if something was not done the entire fleet in this sector would be reduced to scrap metal. Fleet Commander TX-47 had to make a last second decision if his remaining forces were to survive.

Commander TX-47: All orbital defenses return to the ships, all remaining cruisers prepare to make the jump to lightspeed.

The republic forces continued their barrage as the separatist forces pulled back, and the cruisers began to turn and run.

Admiral Millon: "General Rolin, the separatist blockade is in retreat, they are broken. Prepare for reinforcements immediately!"

Millon watched as the ships of the 224th began descending on Solus 4, bringing with them much needed troops and supplies. Millon would not be landing with them, as he had his orders to return Rolin to Coruscant. He would wait for the ships carrying Rolin and his surviving troops then make the jump to Coruscant.

Solus 4, Republic FOB

As the forces of the 224th began landing their troopers, Rolin readied his survivors for departure. General Kiana had not yet arrived yet, so he would have to talk to Commander Scraper, her second in command.

"Commander, we thank you for the assistance. Unfortunately I cannot stay to see this campaign through to the end, so we're handing over control of this mission to you and the 224th. We're already in control of Solus 1 through Solus 3, as well as Solus 5 and Solus 6. There's still a lot of droids here on Solus 4, and they have complete control of Solus 7 through Solus 9. I wish you good luck Commander, and may the force be with you and Kiana, in many ways."

No one else knew what he meant about that, but he had known that Kiana and Scraper had a relationship that surpassed the battlefield. He never told, not even Kiana. He himself believed that love and marriage could not lead to the dark side, but none dared oppose the rule publicly.

The Gunship doors on the gunship he and Hailfire Squad were riding on closed, and took off for orbit and the Excalibur. They had lost the bulk of the companies they had there, but the survivors were Hunter Squadron, Onyx Squad, Hailfire Squad, and a few scattered troopers here and there including Rigger, Rewind, AT-RT group Falcon Squad, hell they even managed to keep their Juggernaut intact. As the remaining forces boarded the Excalibur, the hanger doors closed, and the Excalibur made the jump to lightspeed.

Sarrish, Battlefield

As Kenobi and Je'and approached the entrance to the base after clearing out the front lines, the door opened in front of them. The stood ready for attack, but a lone battledroid fell out of the doorway and the Commando Teams that Je'and had sent in stepped out.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: "Good work, looks like we have our first outpost secured. The first of many I hope. Let's establish a defensive perimeter, Cody, bring some forces with you and follow me. Je'and, It's up to you if you want to come with us, or help defend the outside."

Cody gathered up Waxer, Boil, Crys, and a few other troopers and joined General Kenobi inside. They made their way to the command room, where the ground lay littered with the still freshly disabled droids.

Commander Cody: "You gotta give them some credit, Commandos do their jobs well. Let's see what we can dig up on these sep consoles."

The clones went right to work powering up the consoles and looking for any data that could help them in their mission.

I'm trying to develop Kel into an interesting character, who is usually calm, collected, and brave. But deep inside he has a lot of turmoil about what happened in the past, which will be affecting his future.
The meadow was beautiful, the air fresh and clear, bright colors everywhere, it was certainly the kind of place one could forget all their worries. That is, except for Kel. Ever since he'd heard her name, the thoughts kept rolling through his head. He couldn't silence them, not for a while at least. He'd hoped coming to this serene setting could help take his mind off things, but it wasn't. He headed over to a nearby water pool, dunked his head in, and pulled it out of the fresh spring water. That helped a little. At least he was alone, he never spoke to anyone about what happened that night...

Great, now he'd started thinking about it again! Every time he gets those thoughts out of his head there they are again. Many Pokemon can easily put their pasts behind them, but not Kel. "Why'd we have to do it? Why'd we have to break up like that? I'll still never know what really happened between all of us, maybe it was me, maybe it was just the fact that we needed some time apart..." He talked about his old team, the Swords of Justice. Together they were one of the greatest teams of their time, until something caused them to disband and go their separate ways, something Kel doesn't even know, or knows and doesn't want to remember...

He proceeded to pace back and forth around the pool of water, until he'd finally gotten his head somewhat clearer. That's when he noticed the lateness of the hour. It was nearly noon, he'd been out here since early this morning he'd guessed. He chuckled, he hadn't even had time to relax after he came back from the Staraptor mission. He pulled himself together, and headed back towards town. He took one look back to the calming meadow behind him, and continued back to town.

When he arrived back to his home, a little one person cottage on the edge of town, he settled in for a nap, for he had walked almost the entire night getting back here. But then he noticed something, it looked like a note on the table. It didn't have any words on it, but it did have a single hoof mark, left in green ink. "It... It couldn't really be, could it? She was sighted over by Treasure Town, and that's a good ways away from here..." He studied the footprint carefully, if this was a forgery, it was a pretty dang good one. No, it had to be genuine, Virizion had been here! He proceeded to cautiously stroll around town a bit, looking for any sign of his old friend. No one had seen anything out of the ordinary, especially not a large green horse Pokemon.

He returned home and went into deep thought. Why would she leave this, why would she come here? They hadn't talked since that night... He yawned, and would ponder it more later. For now, he blew out the candles in his room and went to bed, completely exhausted from that night's trip and the events this morning. So many things were beginning to happen, very odd things. First that Scyther and Gabite twosome trying to kidnap that Axew, now this apparent note from Virizion. What could it all mean...
Kel watched as the duo scurried away. Dang, if only they had attacked he could have gotten two more criminals off the street. He'd never seen those two before, and decided to do some research later. First, there was the Axew, who was still in a bit of a state of shock. "You don't have to say anything, I was happy to help you out pal. I hate Pokemon like that, who think since they're big and tough they can pick on the small and weak. If you ever have any problems, just ask around for Kel."

Kel started walking out of the alley, when he saw the Aromatisse who had intervened. He had a few words for him. "I thank you for backing me up, but next time, let me handle it. Those were two criminals that could have gone behind bars, and I knew they would have attacked if it werent for you. Again, thanks for helping, but leave it to me next time." He didn't want to come off as rude, Kel just wanted to do what was right. By now those two would be well beyond the city so chasing would be pointless, so he headed for the Guild to check the outlaw notice boards. Maybe they might hold a clue to these two.

A few hours later, and he was still where he was when he started looking. There was nothing on any duo of a Scyther or Gabite, but there would be now. He'd talked it over with Officer Magnezone, and they put out an outlaw notice for the two. That wouldn't be enough to stop them, though, Kel knew so. What they'd wanted with that Axew was a mystery to him, he didn't have any kind of money, or anything of value. He thought back to the rumors of the Stargate he'd heard a while back, that several Pokemon had come through, those from the human world. He'd discounted these long ago, but maybe there was more to them...

Vanillish had finally returned from his break, and finally he could get that ice cream to calm his nerves. Something he heard there though didn't quite calm them as he'd hoped. A few traveling Pokemon were chatting nearby, and he heard something that perked his interest. "I heard that a green horse like Pokemon was seen near Treasure Town, it could have been Virizion from that old Swords of Justice team..."

Virizion, he hadn't heard that name for some time. He hadn't seen her in ages, ever since... No, he wouldn't even think about it right now. It was good to hear she was still around. He hadn't heard anything about Cobalion or Terrakion since the team split up... Damn it he thought about it, he just told himself he wouldn't... he needed a walk. He left his ice cream unfinished and headed out towards a nearby meadow where he went to clear his head.
"You all have very good questions and thoughts about the current state of affairs in our world, and quite justified they are. I, however, shall answer all of them in person."

The voice came out of nowhere, it surprised everyone, the Digimon more than us. The voice, it seemed so familiar, he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was... then it hit him, it was the same voice he heard when he picked up the Digivice thing!

"Lord Azulongmon! It... it is an honor, but why do you want to speak to them personally?"

"There are a few things I must clear up, mistakes I have made both in the past and present. I wish to make up for them here."

Azulongmon. From the sound of him he seemed to be like a god of the Digital World. But Nonna had raised a solid point: why does he do nothing as the Digital World suffers?

"Firstly, to you, Nonna Ivanova, you have a good point in our flaw. Although I and the other Sovereigns have the power to end this suffering, we are powerless in almost all aspects of this world's fate. We are merely the watchers, we do not interfere unless it is something only we can bring about, such as those devices you now carry. Only we could create those, as we have over many generations."

I kind of understood what he meant, that they were only to observe unless their power was absolutely necessary, meaning there was hope for this world after all.

"To you, Daniel Stone, the process of Digivolution is normally a natural but painstaking process for Digimon. You humans have gained the power to help your Digimon digivolve instantaneously however. It is much simpler than many believe, it requires only a strong bond with your Digimon Partner. I know Brent Toruya has already accomplished this feat, which is impressive for the short time they had been together. It will be something you will discover in time, some quicker than others."

Brent seemed moderately surprised by this, thinking this was something that anyone with a Digivice could do anytime. Turns out it was deeper than he thought. The voice continued.

"Derrick Quinn, you are correct. In your current states, you will not fare well against the Council. As I stated before, however, the process of Digivolution is something that will come to you naturally, and there are more forms that you can discover together with your partners, especially through the Digital Memories, which are scattered, hidden across the Digital World, often in plain sight."

Those Digital Memories again, apparently many Digimon have them, even ours. And more forms, the ones he's heard of so far are Rookie and Champion, he knows that there is at least one lower than Rookie, maybe too by the look of that one girls Digimon.

"And lastly, Kazero Tu'rok, I sincerely apologize, but not for the reason you think. You see, it appears that both you and your cousin, Kamina, were to be Digidestined. The Digivices, however, aren't the smartest things in the Digital World, and probably confused your DNA, attaching themselves to the wrong people. However, there is nothing we can do about that now, but I can say one thing. The DNA that you and Kamina share should be strong enough to allow you to use the Digivice along with Tsunomon, and hopefully you can sort this out when you find your cousin."

"On that note, I would like to let this out: Ten Digivices were sent out, and all ten Digidestined were brought to the Digital World. Eight stand before me, one is still out there somewhere, and one has gone black..."

So there were two more Digidestined still out there, one a Cousin to the one called Kazero. His Digimon "Partner" still didn't seem to pleased with this news, but Kazero seemd more optimistic.

"I'm afraid that is all I can tell you for now, other matters call me back to the other Sovereigns. Digidestined, the fate of this world and yours rests in your hands, good luck."

After that there was silence, everyone's questions having been somewhat answered by the voice who identified as Azulongmon, a "Sovereign" of the Digital World as he called himself. There were still a few things I was unsure of, but It was already too late to ask him.

Somewhere in the Digital World stands the fortress of the Council of Five. Standing over all of the Digital World, the Council reigns supreme over the Digimon. After the brief argument the council endured earlier, they have regained their senses and are once again formulating a plan to end this "Resistance" that calls themselves the Defenders of the Light. Diaboromon had not yet returned from his self appointed mission, so the council held a meeting without him. They were just about to begin when one of their minions returned with something.

"My masters, I return from the realm of the humans to report a partial failure. I attacked them as planned, but one escaped. The other, however..."

The council saw what he had returned with now, and this brought a smile to even their faces. Now they have the absolute power to defeat the resistance once and for all.

Kel looked at the Gabite square in the eyes, and calmly walked forward. He had his claw extended as If he actually expected HIM to make a deal with him. Kel smirked and used his Secret Sword and knocked the claw away. "You really have no clue how to negotiate with a Pokemon who's sole purpose in life is to enforce justice, do you? I don't negotiate with Pokemon causing trouble, unless they have a perfect reason why they're causing it!" Kel held his ground, and stared at the twosome, still holding onto the Axew.

"How about I make you a deal, I don't know who you are, nor do I care unless your faces are on wanted posters. Let that Axew go, and I'll let you leave without any trouble. Otherwise, I know perfectly well that you know there's a Guild in this town, and you'd know what would happen should a fight break out..." Keldeo assessed the situation quickly, and decided that this was the best course of action. He didn't want this to end in violence, he always tried to keep fighting as a last resort. Usually he'd use his Resolute Forme to intimidate his enemy, only engaging in combat when absolutely necessary.

"Last chance pal, leave peacefully, or you'll be leaving in chains with Officer Magnezone, your pick." He stared at them, showing them that he was completely serious and meant full on business with his threats. He'd done this before with troublemakers in towns, he knew the tricks of the trade. He waited cautiously for their response, unsure of how tough these two could actually be.

Kel had just gotten back into town from a mission far up north, a Staraptor had been up to no good and had to be brought to justice, one of Kel's specialties. But he'd turned him over to Magnezone and got the reward, now it was time to stow away all the goodies that he'd found. Anything he would find useful later on (Reviver Seeds, Oran Berries, most healing items, a few TMs) he would put away at the local Kangaskan Storage, sold anything else he wouldn't need at the local Kecleon shop, and stored all the money away in the nearest PokeBank, keeping some on hand to grab some Ice Cream from Vanillish's Parlor.

This was a nice little town, not much trouble ever happened nearby, Kel liked the peace and quiet. He calmly strolled through town, passing by the Library on his way over to the parlor. When he got there an Axew was just leaving. He saw why now, it seemed Vanillish had just left for his break, what a let down. He was going to wait for Vanillish to come back, but something caught his eye: A strange Aromatisse talking with the Axew that had just left. He watched Axew back off and duck down an alley, and trotted over to investigate. That's when he heard something.

"Hey, Mizu, we got 'im! You better come quick, before we have all the fun!"

Then he heard a cut off scream, and decided that something had gone too far for his liking. He turned the corner to find the Axew being grabbed by a Scyther. "HEY! What are you doing with that Axew?!" He yelled at the Scyther, bending his head down as he turned into his Resolute Forme, bringing out his Secret Sword. "You've got about five seconds to give me an answer pal, i'm not in the mood for thugs like you."
