[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher
Breeze and Fuse remained fairly silent during the whole conversation. Every time Breeze heard of the Folio Trunk, it seemed to sound more and more dangerous. Then she remembered the injuries she'd seen done to the Heliolisk earlier. "I'm inclined to agree with Glyph on this, Gren. I've only seen injuries like those on... Robel... once before. A Salamence had gone on a complete rampage, it was really tragic... details aside, I don't think it's safe to go down there myself."

Fuse looked over at the Shaymin. He'd heard of them, but never seen one before. This one had a strong spirit, for sure. Then he realized what the Guildmaster had mentioned before. "You see... that's something I wanted to talk about too. It's not just me who's been experiencing this. I talked with some of the others, and we seem to have been getting a lot of phony requests lately, it's really strange." Breeze looked over to him.

"Phony requests? What do you mean?" She asked. "Well, we've been getting some really strange requests lately. They don't show a name, just a location. When we get there, there's no one or nothing there. It's quite irritating to say the least, it's preventing us from getting to those who actually need help." He growled, obviously agitated. Breeze was shocked, what kind of low life would put in a fake mission request? Really, who would go so low?

Ember the Quilava and Selena the Bayleaf
[Folio Town - Observation Post]

@Ninian @Light Lord
"You got it right, girl. They usually like to set up right in the center of town. And, like that... whoever it was... said, they won't show up for a bit. So, I could probably show you around, all the different shops and places here in town." She moved to head into town, with the others right behind her, Selena especially close.

[Folio Town - Town Square]

It didn't take long to arrive back in Town Square, and it was easy to see everything there was in the town from there. "Now, we have quite a few regular sights here that you may have seen before: Hawlucha's Slam School, it's not everywhere, but it's fairly popular. Kecleon Market, those things literally ARE everywhere. Klefki over there will open up Treasure Boxes for you." She pointed to each individual shop and continued. "Over there is Cofagrigus' Glorious Gold shop. He's kinda freaky, but he's got some great trades if you bring him some Gold Bars." She turned towards up town.

"Up there you'll find the Blue Treeko Inn, beyond that is a Guild run by Glyph the Flygon, he's amazing! But WAY beyond that is the home of a Pokemon named Sybil. I don't even know much about 'em, whoever he or she is, they don't come down very often it seems." She continued turning. "Back the way we came is the Observation Post you were at, as well as some housing and windmills. Beyond that, not much. Some Pokemon live out there though, they like the seclusion." She completed her circle by turning once more. "Then that way is the path into the Folio Trunk, probably one of the easiest ways up to Folio from the ground besides flying. And that's my tour... It's my first time actually doing this, so I probably lost you a lot didn't I..."

Selena perked up hearing this. "I understood it all, partially because I already live here, but you summed up everything pretty well." She replied, giving a small smirk, making Ember smile. After all Selena had been through, she was happy to see her smile out here. "Well, not much left that I can think of, guess we just wait now."
Bishop
[New Amber Town - Maple Pokemon Lab]

@Leoven
The others seemed completely intent on getting out of there as soon as possible, and she couldn't blame them. It was just by instinct that one their age would crave adventure. "Don't worry, it won't take too long." She said, bringing the girl (Who the Pokedex had identified as Amber Kree) to the far side of the room.

"I just wanted to talk to you personally, I know your background, kind of." She held up a Viore Police Badge stored away in her back pocket for whenever she needed it. "I'm kind of like you, I was a cop here in Viore. But I took a leave of absence to become experienced in Pokemon. It was hard, at first, trying to get into my new rhythm. But... really, all I had to do was relax."

She looked over the young uniform clad girl once more. "It's quite clear you're anything but relaxed. I'm sure as much as you adore your uniform, you need something a bit more... fitting for an adventure. I know there's a boutique downtown that has everything you'd need. As for learning to control your Pokemon... that's something that will come with time, just learn to relax and you'll be fine. Trust me." She gave a friendly smile, hoping the words really got through to the girl.

"Well, I won't hold you for long, I just wanted to lend a helping hand is all. Good luck on your journey!" She said, giving a wave as she busied herself with a nearby terminal.

Brent Ignia and Lily Meadows
[New Amber Town - Outside Maple Pokemon Lab]

@Ninian
While waiting for the rest to get their Pokedex's, they had grabbed some sodas from a nearby Vending Machine. They now sat on the steps of the Lab as they continued to wait. "Why are we waiting for them again? We barely even know them..." Said Brent, looking up into the late afternoon sky. "They seem like fun kids, except Miss Moody there. She probably hasn't had a friend in her life, that's just sad. Nobody should live a life without friends, it's just not right..." She took a sip of her drink.

Their Pokemon were contemplating the situation as well. <Why do some humans have to be so cold like that? She won't get anywhere in the world like that, I guarantee it.> Said Chikorita, looking over to Cyndaquil who was sunbathing next to Brent. <Might just be how they grew up, where they grew up, all that stuff. I heard on TV the other day that People and Pokemon can have personalities because of what they've experienced. What do you think Mr. Dragonite?> He asked the towering Dragon type.

Rico and Lulu the Riolu Twins & Company
[Lilac Meadow]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Iatos @Polaris North
The twins listened to the group discussion. Celty and Zaru seemed to think being a decoy would work, however Devon and Milton were against that idea. Milton thought he could disguise himself as one of them, but Rico shook his head. "No way Milton, you can't see the big picture. Look around, this place isn't strung about like some shabby makeshift camp, they know what they're doing. That being said, they'd probably take notice of an odd Pokemon out pretty quickly. In fact, I bet they have guards all over this place right now, just watching it like a Braviary."

Lulu kept looking through the bushes, trying to survey the area in intervals to avoid detection. "I think I see them, up in the trees. Spinarak and Joltik. About 4 of each. If we rush them, we might be able to take them out quick enough to grab Krissy and bolt!" She whispered. Rico solemnly nodded his head. "It's risky, but It's better than splitting up and keeping us limited on moves. I say we go for it, what about you guys?" He asked, looking over the group of Pokemon around him.

Wild Webs Gang
[Lilac Meadow]

@Iatos
Be it may that Ariados was the leader of the Wild Webs Gang, and he was possibly their strongest member. But, he had one flaw, his hearing would fail him from time to time. He caught bits and pieces of what the little kids had to say. After hearing them, the Ariados flashed red with anger.

"Leader of the Wild Webs Gang... perverted drunkard... not a mighty organization... return our friend... strike..."

Out of what the small Shinx had said, that was all he had heard of it. "So, I'm a perverted drunkard, eh? The Wild Webs aren't mighty? And you think a threat will get me to return that little girl we caught snooping around? No way! In fact... I think a few more captives will increase our chances out here. Truss 'em up boys!"

The Spider Pokemon did as they were told. They were too scared of their boss to tell him what they had truly said, and did as they were told. They trussed up the young Pokemon and forced them to eat Sleep Seeds, making them easier to haul off. "This is so morally wrong in so many ways... but it's the bosses orders, and you don't cross the boss." Said one of the Galvantula as the other three hauled off the intruders.

Attack Team
[Sky Tower]

@Polaris North @floodtalon
Bisharp nodded, and waved forward. It seemed... clear... that wasn't right. "Keep on your guard, he could be anywhere up there. Let's move." The others nodded and followed the Bisharp up the final set of stairs. This would truly be their toughest, and potentially last battle. They all knew this, and they all went forward.

[Sky Tower Summit]

It was abnormally quiet on the summit. There was no wind blowing, no clouds moving, nothing but silence. The team moved cautiously along the sides, taking every precaution. Then they heard it, the booming voice. "So, you did come back! I warned you, if you came back here you would experience pain like you've never felt before! And... you did not heed my warning, you monster!" Suddenly a form flew right over their heads at tremendous speed. It circled overhead, and soon it zoomed right down to the summit.

"You have violated my sacred sanctum, for that, you shall pay dearly! Prepare!" The form was undoubtebly the Sky Dragon Rayquaza, and he was pissed to an extreme very few had pushed him to in the past. The rage was clear in his eyes, and suddenly he began to glow. "Whatever tricks you have, Rayquaza, they won't work on us! Everybody, get ready!" Said Bisharp, as the other Pokemon went scrambling into Battle Positions. "You truly are a fool to think this is some TRICK! Behold, the power of MEGA EVOLUTION!" Rayquaza shouted as he rose into the air, revealing it's menacing Mega Forme. "Mega... Mega Evolution? He didn't warn us about this!" Said Machamp, still not backing down from the challenge. "This... just became much harder..." Said Beartic, growling at the dragon. "What have we gotten ourselves into?!" Said Hippowdon, moving to his side and preparing to attack. "Prepare for the battle of your life, and the cause of your death!" Yelled Rayquaza as he flew up into the air.

The Master
[Infinity Mountain Peak]

@Iatos
The Master listened as the Tyranitar gave his grim tale, a tale that would have brought many to tears. His tear ducts had long sealed themselves, though. He felt a somewhat kindred spirit in this one. "You're truly something special, such raw power, with no regards for the rules set by this... society. A kindred spirit to me, I believe. I too betrayed those who I believed to be my family, my friends. I watched them fall before me, before I was brought down by one whom I once called 'Brother'."

He let his psychic power flow around him, examining him further. "So tell me, if there was no society as it is today, if the world had no laws, no rules, no governing power, how would that make you feel? Would you feel the same, would it feel odd to be breaking no rules? Would you then make your own rules the way you wanted things to be run?" He asked, then shook his head. "Never mind that, i'm babbling. As I said, if they fail in their mission, we will go in and finish the job. They would have at least tired the beast out. If they succeed, I may reveal the location of other Legendary Pokemon so you may see for yourself why defeating them is such a task. I see in your mind you've battled many strong Pokemon in the past, but you've never faced anything like an enraged Legendary Pokemon. It is something you cannot do alone, and I want you to see why."

Spirit the Lucario
[Valiant Village]

He had double checked, even triple checked, everything there was to check for the Village Festival. Everything was ready. Tomorrow many Pokemon would be journeying here to partake in the festivities the following day. It would be interesting to see who would arrive, so many familiar faces most likely, with some new ones he'd bet... suddenly he felt a nudge, he turned and found it was Ox the Gogoat, one of his pretty much right hand Pokemon along with Razor. "Ox, do you need something... you look worried..."

The Gogoat turned to his Treasure Bag and pulled out a flyer with his mouth, handing it to Spirit. It was an Outlaw Notice for the surrounding area. "How long ago were they seen?" The Grass Type looked up at the slowly setting sun. "About seven hours ago, they were seen in the Rapid Ravines just south of here, that's too close for my liking, Guildmaster." Spirit looked at the paper again, and out towards Lilac Meadow. "It couldn't be... Omen, protect them with your life..." He mumbled.

Razor the Excadrill
[Valiant Village - Spirit's Guild]

@Banana
Razor was a bit caught off guard by the small Ice Type's request. "Well... the thing is, I'm not part of a team anymore. I work strictly for the Guild, kind of the Guildmaster's Right Hand Pokemon, along with Ox that is." He crossed his arms thinking. "If the Guildmaster DOES accept you though, there are quite a few younger Pokemon who are close to graduating to full work here at the Guild that would probably love to be on a team with you." Razor told a half truth there, yes it was true that Rico, Lulu, Milton, and Zaru were close to gaining full Guildship, but they'd never even met this floating Ice Cream Cone, who knows how they'd react to him...

He noticed a glimmer of light floating up from the Sawk and Throh Dojo just down the street, it was strange. It was like an orb. He didn't pay much attention to it, he had some Guild matters to attend to.
@Experiment 249 It really depends. How long has he lived in Viore, has he actually journeyed through Viore, etc...
Anyone opposed to a Night Time Skip after all of our characters go to bed? That way we can get to some new and important stuff including some new characters, and some requests for you all to take care of from the request and outlaw notice boards I've had whipped up for a while.

That time would be around 8:00 to 9:00 at night though, so that's a ways off. Just wanted the opinion ahead of time.
Bishop
[New Amber Town - Maple Pokemon Lab]

@Ninian @Light Lord @void liege @Leoven
This new girl, her uniform, it was a Police Uniform no doubt. She recognized it as one worn by Unova Officers, she was a long way away from home then. She took note of the young Snivy in her arms, only recently hatched it seemed. Another Pokedex to get it seemed, this one... hmm, it was hard to tell. She seemed nervous, maybe a yellow? "Alright, so I can tell that three of you at least are just now on your journeys. Don't worry, though, it doesn't make the process any harder. One moment." She said, leaving to the back room for a second to grab two more Pokedex's. She returned with them about a minute later.

She sat the two devices next to the two already on the table, turning to the trainers. "These Pokedex's are state of the art. They will automatically scan your fingerprints to create your Trainer ID. You will have to register your Starter Pokemon yourself later on. But let's start handing them out then." She grabbed three of them, handing one to each trainer.

She handed a Yellow Colored Pokedex to Amber.

She handed a Mahogany Colored Pokedex to Monday.

She handed a Pink Colored Pokedex to Celes.

Then she turned to the boy in the room. "You seem like a seasoned trainer, so the process is the same but a little different. It will scan your fingerprint in the same way, but it will scan available databases for your Trainer Records if you have one. So you don't have to worry about updating that." She said, taking the last Pokedex on the table into her hands.

She handed a Cyan Colored Pokedex to Devon.

"It's very simple to use, as well. If you wish to scan a Pokemon, just point it at the Pokemon you want to scan and press the button on the right. If you want to search for a specific Pokemon, hit the button on the left. You can search with many different parameters as well, such as name, type, and area. It's one of the most useful tools for a Pokemon Trainer!" She finished. She had given that speech so many times it was perfectly committed to memory. "And, if you need any starting Pokeballs, just ask. We'd be happy to help."

She still had her eyes on both the officer uniform clad girl and the rude little brat. She'd definitely tell her superiors about her, she could be a problem if not watched. The other girl, however, it was more personal. Being a former officer herself, she felt a kind of kindred connection with her. She seemed completely nervous about even being here, and it was clear she was uncomfortable as it was. After the rest had left, she wanted to have a quick word with her. She moved over to her, speaking somewhat low. "I'd like to talk to you before you leave, if you don't mind." She said.
Current World Time: 4:30 - 5:00 P.M.

Rico and Lulu, the Riolu Twins & Company
[Lilac Meadow]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Iatos @Polaris North
Lulu nodded her head, and looked forward with determination in her posture. She motioned with her hand, telling the group to move forward slowly. The two had taken up learning different hand signals so as to avoid talking during a delicate situation. And this could be as delicate as it could get. They were up against an unknown, and there was most likely a hostage involved.

They made their way through the flowers, not along the main paths as they usually would. They needed the element of surprise on their side. They soon approached the clearing where the water pool was. Rico motioned for the group to stop, and took a peek out of the flowers. He saw webbing everywhere, if it wasn't clear that there were spider Pokemon here it was now. Then he saw Krissy, tied up in webbing over at the base of a tree. As much as he wanted to race out there and grab her right now, it was too quiet. There was no one around.

The Wild Webs Outlaw Gang
[Lilac Meadow]

@Iatos
They'd done it now... oh they'd done it now... they'd basically kidnapped a local kid, it wouldn't be long until local teams would swoop down upon them. In fact, they already had their scouts report a team on the move already. "Cat's Grace" They'd heard it called, they could be trouble. So, naturally, they went to stop them. They took the majority of their group, leaving a few behind to watch the base camp. Ten Spinarak, four Galvantula, and one massive Ariados, obviously the leader. He caught sight of them soon, the movement in the brush. On his command, the group fired webbing all over the area, there was no dodging the barrage.

The group went down, finding the group to be... "More kids?! And we thought they were a threat? Well... looks like today ain't your lucky day, kiddos. Maybe you should learn to stay out of the big leagues. This is the turf of the Wild Webs Gang, and you're trespassing." He chuckled as his group surrounded the young team.

Bisharp & Company
[Sky Tower]

@floodtalon @Polaris North
Bisharp scowled at Valentine's comment. "I get you're trying to lighten the mood, but now really isn't the best time for jokes. This could be the fight of our lives, if not the fight that ends it. Once we go up these steps, there's no going back. We can't lose focus. Understood?" Hippowdon, Beartic, and Machamp nodded, getting into position. Once Drago and Valentine got into position, they would move in.

The Master
[Infinity Mountain Peak]

@Iatos
This was an interesting character no doubt. He had perfect control over his Sand Stream ability, but as if that would change anything. He heavily doubted the extent of his power. A mere wave of his hand and he had practically nullified his Ability, and the sandstorm dissipated. "You truly are an interesting Pokemon. But... battle legends you say... interesting... I may have a job or two for you if that is the case. You see, I have already sent a team to the Sky Tower to battle the Sky Dragon Rayquaza. If they fail, I will go there myself. You can accompany me if you want. Otherwise, the only thing I can offer you is a secure place for the future."

He still didn't reveal himself yet, he didn't want to be recognized yet. "And, if we were to do combat, you would undoubtedly lose, I'm sorry to say. Type advantages, pure power, strategy, that would have no effect on me. I once waged a war across this world, battling and defeating what was once known as the Legendary Council. The very force that governed our world, that still governs it. I faced Arceus himself, and he fell like the rest. Only one has ever defeated me... but he is not a factor, not anymore." He monologued, reminiscing of a time long forgotten. "This was centuries ago, but now I have returned to rebuild what should have been mine. So, I ask you again, will you join my quest, or be doomed like the rest of this broken world?" This was his ultimatum. Take it, or leave it.
@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher

Breeze the Shaymin
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

Breeze was a little caught off guard by this Pokemon. He had an air of seriousness that she'd never really seen before. He had the looks of a seasoned adventurer, but spoke as if he was a sophisticated resident of somewhere like Lively Town. He seemed... one of a kind. "Oh, Um... My name's Breeze, nice to meet you Guildmaster Glyph. And, yes, I can kind of see why my kind don't like it out here. It is a beautiful place, in it's own way though."

She looked around the room, taking great notice in the number of books around the room. She'd never seen this many books in one place ever! She'd never seen anyone quite like him.

Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

Another day, another false request. He'd had a bad luck string of those this week. So far, over half of the requests he'd gone on ended up being dead ends, as in the Pokemon who sent the request either wasn't there, or the item they wanted wasn't there, or the outlaw he was after had gotten wise and bailed. He sighed as he entered the guild, he knew the Guildmaster wouldn't be mad, but he was even more disappointed in himself.

He moved through the guild, keeping his outer appearance somewhat upbeat, but once out of sight of his guildmates he fell back into his downcast expression. He rose up the stairs to the Guildmaster's study, eyes closed, and entered the chambers. "Guildmaster Glyph, I'm sorry to report that my mission was a failure again..." He started, opening his eyes he noticed he was not the only one in the room. "Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't know you had company..." He said, immediately backing up a bit.

Selena the Bayleaf and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Observation Platform]

Selena was a little hesitant on the subject of returning to the plaza. Usually, after she would be run out of the plaza, she'd just spend the rest of the day around the outskirts, often near the entrance to Folio Trunk. But after what happened to Mr. Robel, she was just about out of options. Plus... this Lilisette girl seemed really nice, it would be completely rude to refuse her request. "I'll go, as long as I don't have to go alone..." She said, looking over to Ember, who sighed. "Sure, why not? It might be better going with a friend or two, who knows?" She replied.

Selena beamed hearing this, looking over to the others. "Whenever you're all ready." She said, finally in a somewhat steady voice, having a kind of twinkle in her eye that Ember hadn't seen before, making her smile. "Well, who's leading the way? I can if you want." She said, looking over the group. She'd never seen the Totodile or the Kirlia before today, leading her to believe they hadn't been to Folio before. And Selena, although she seemed a bit more confident, she felt like she wasn't willing to take the lead on this one.
I'm guessing Guild Members here give shares of their rewards to the Guild, correct?
@Zardoric That's sad. And honestly this is moving slightly slower than I expected. And you did put your character in an interesting position, already having a Pokedex and all. Your character would have had a much different path than the rest anyway.

And this RP really is at a snails pace at the moment compared to many on RPG. There are some with literal hundreds of posts a day. But, it's all your decision.
