A rain of spinning blades would barrage the Blitz as he went in to strike it with his Devil Bringer, however it was not his arm that would connect, but the wraith's, allowing him to avoid direct contact. Immediately this was followed with a point-blank shot from his Blue Rose, staggering the Blitz, before shortly combusting from the explosive round mixed in with the charged shot, sending the Blitz into the air.
He gave a hand signal to Mary to begin her assault as he turned around, the explosion at his back, before he would grasp his hand around Red Queen for a follow-up, should he need to. He was confident it would not be necessary.
Backwoods Cathedral - Soul Sacrifice
The small party made up of those aligned with heaven, made their way through the crypt, and emerged in the study of the one who presides over this place. There was nothing of note here, except for a book... Akoni would immediately recognize this as a book of demons, specifically it was one of many tomes that were designed to communicate and even summon a demon... It increased the likelihood that a demon was at the heart of this affair greatly, though that much was certain already.
"Hmmm, the study... We're not far from the main prayer hall. That should be where the source of all this lies", she noted.
"Oh that book... I remember that one. Not too long ago a strange man brought it here, though I have little doubt it is related to these events. The strange symptoms we saw have been happening for weeks already", she informed them. So this book was not related...? Or maybe it was...? It was up to Akoni whether or not they would take it, as Silas and Kushiel had little interest in a book of demons.
Regardless, they were on their way through the ward, and began to swing open the door into the chapel. As they did, an overwhelming fear overtook them. Lesser men would flee immediately to this feeling, and that feeling would sustain, but an agent of heaven, an angel themselves, a man who had seen the darkest of man and demon, as well as a woman cloaked in holy magic, would resist it, and press on.

@I-Am-XBlair moved through the kitchen, leaving behind the brutish butcher. As she sifted through the courtyard for a way back into the main building, she felt a surge of power... She recognized what kind of power this was, fear. The primary weapon of a demon of illusions and deception. She can pinpoint where it was coming from, that must be where her target was.
