-The tactics section mentions Khazki being an "exceptionally trained brawler", yet she has no hand-to-hand skill. One does not simply become exceptional without being an adept (or higher).

-The second last paragraph of her bio says Khazki has been in Skyrim for the "last three years after exhausting leads in Morrowind". Is the "lead" a leftover from the first sheet? Also, I need more detailed explanations for her destinations than simply adventuring. For example, which part of Morrowind culture drew her in? What's does she wish to find with her "search in the frigid Northern promise"?

I recommend refining the final two bio paragraphs, and making sure the information is relevant to Khazki, instead of Marassa.

-Which breed is Ra'Rasargo? Bio says he's Suthay-Raht, but relations says he's Cathay.

Quick note:

When joining the merc company as a full member, you have the choice of purchasing hazard insurance. For 5-10% of your salary, your payments, savings and inventory will be automatically transferred to a designated party in the case of fatality. 5% is the basic plan with only a limited amount transferred within close proximity of the company, while 10% allows all your funds and inventory to be shipped across Tamriel. Both plans include a will.

This is optional; you're free to save yourself 10%. Limited contractors (currently Marcel and Raelyn) will not get this offer.

The insurance has existed since our earliest contract at the Reach, and it can be canceled on each payment. You guys need to tell us whether your character is buying the insurance or not.

Ps. Most new characters will start as limited contractors (receiving ~80% compensation). They can only become a full member of the company after a probationary mission or on the recommendation of veterans.
