Made some adjustments. I change Leeroy's type, tweak his backstory a bit and find a suitable hatchling picture. I also change his power, hope it's not underpowered or overpowered. I think it fits well with his lazy nature. @The One

Rebirth: Return of the Dragons!

Personality: Leeroy is a lazy, laid-back dragon who waits patiently for his prey, burying himself underground for days rather than to chase them down on all fours. He's the type of dragon that doesn't put too much effort in things if not necessary. He's the type of "work smart not hard" kind of dragon. Despite his sluggish nature and policy, he's extremely agile when traveling by the means of burrowing underground.

Bio: Inside a cave rich in sand around the area, A rugged flightless dragon was about to hatch. An eruption of sand violent burst out from a scaly egg and Leeroy hatched from his shell. The first thing the tiny dragon does is crawl out of its shell, bury himself in the deep sand and sleep again in the comfort of his birthplace.

Power 1: Astral Time Freeze - At the cost of leaving his physical body motionless and turning into his astral form that can move around freely, Leeroy is able to stop time and freezes everything(including himself) in an area to an extent. Leeroy barely uses this since ability effect only lasts for 5 sec max and has a limited range, it also requires a lot of concentration.

Type of Dragon: Earth Dragon. Able to conjure massive sandstorms around him to blind or trap his victims. He can also cause earthquakes with a roar, produce scorching sand from his mouth, and earth swimming.

"Now, now i'm sure there's a good reason why he's on the floor like that" Billy winced, panicky waving his hands, trying reason with the burly dude grabbing the man on the floor by the neck, hoping to defuse this tense situation.

"Judging by the way he acted, I think he's looking for something.." The young detective assumed. "now, how about we forget all of this and grab some breakfast like agent Sorra suggested huh? huh?" Billy said with an uneasy smile, still trying lighten up the tension in the room.

That's strange, I sense a powerful soul nearby Billy thought to himself after momentarily looking at the new arrivals. it could be any one of them, it's hard to tell I mean most of them aren't even humans after all.

It was the break of dawn. Just as Billy was planning to hit the hay after a tiresome patrol last night, he remembers something very important to do today. "Oh, right! the team meeting is today!" Billy gasps and notices the ray of sunlight shining to his face from the alleyway he was in.

"No rest for the wicked I suppose" He sighed while brushing off traces of alien blood from last night's scuffle from his metallic baseball bat. The boy hops on his bike and pedals his way into the busy streets, grabbing a box of donuts along the way towards work. Billy made it into the headquarters just in time, slapping the haggard look on his face with his hands and prepares himself to look a bit presentable. "Well, duty calls," Billy walks with a focused look on his face. He greeted the guard and offered him some donuts along the way.He swipes his badge and enters the facility where he will met with the rest of the crew.

Well somebody woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning Billy thought to himself as he walks in with a coffee at hand, noticing the muscular agent in the building, he seemed to troubled by the look on his face. "I suppose you're here for the team meeting as well..You're Griffin right?"

Name: Billy "the Slugger"

Species: Human

Weapon: Standard MIB Sidearm and a Metallic Baseball Bat that is glazed with Holy water.

Skills: Proficient in exorcism, can see, communicate and grab lesser spirits and a natural born scrapper and brawler.

Weakness: Billy is only human, his body is vulnerable to physical pain and injuries.

Bio: Ever since he was a boy, Billy acquired a unique trait of seeing the unseen, wandering souls and malevolent spirits alike. It said this unique ability came from his great ancestors who are able to transcend and cross path between the living and the dead for many generations. This talent didn't last long and become dormant for a long time when Billy reaches his adulthood.

Billy lived a normal life after then, having a wife, a loving daughter and graduated in becoming a cop. After which, he got promoted to a Detective in a short period of time. Billy was assigned to go investigate the mysterious disappearance of people in a town near the city only to find himself abducted as well. This abduction was caused by Aliens who have been secretly kidnaping and using people in conducting weird experiments with their genes. Billy was one of them.

His growth has been staunch and somehow reverts him to his teen self. Fortunately enough, The MIB was able to apprehend these aliens and rescue the people on the ship. However, in Billy's case, he couldn't return to his family and his former life due to his new form. This transformation somehow made Billy's sensing skills active again. The MiB was kind enough and accepted the shrunken adult and took him under their services.

Now using his youthful appearance and keeping his training as a police officer, Billy serves as an undercover agent working for the MiB and was later on transfer to BoSA for his spiritual sensing skills.
