"No, no," Theray mutters, pulling her phone from her pocket and dialing the number to the health clinic.

Sorry for not roleplaying, end of year exams/assignments/homework were taking over my time (I got 3 hours of sleep on Thursday night to finish them -.-) Anyway enough about me, what about you?

As soon as the boy mentioned her name Amberlyn pursed her lips, unsure on how to reply. Was she supposed to be straight-up on it or not? She pondered on the thought for a while before deciding to take the prior path Amber tucks a lose lock of auburn hair behind her ear. At least finding who her husband was to be was a lot easier than she thought. From the corner of her eye she noticed her parents muttering happily to each other, watching their daughter and the boy she was betrothed to in their greetings. She wondered if Alexander had just not bothered looking at the name card placed in front of her or if he just wanted something to say for conversation's sake.
"Well...," she starts gently, "I should probably introduce myself," She outstretches her hand as the beginning of a handshake. "Amberlyn,, she says simply, not bothering with formalities despite her mother's lectures leading up to when she met her future husband, not that she was meant to know who she was betrothed to until tomorrow but her parent nervous, yet pleased, glances said otherwise.

Bio/about: Despite the glasses Jacqui doesn't really give off the impression of a geek but she is, and a big one at that. She was raised as an only child in the middle of a city to rich parents who earn their money through hard work and eventually become owners of a large franchise. Her parents themselves were quite geeky so it is something Jacqui had grown up with.
When she first joined the school her looks caught the interest of some of the popular kids but eventually they couldn't put up with her "Endless droning" about the latest video game or which Star Wars movie was the best. She never really found interest in the popular group, some of them were quite nice but she didn't care for the drama or antics of most of the others.
Despite sport none of Jacqui's grades have dropped below a B (which are often outnumbered by As) and she spend her lunchtimes with a small group of geeky and nerdy guys and girls.
On her weekends she can often be found doing charity work and has been on 6 mission trips oversea; Africa (twice), Fiji, Peru, Costa Rica and Uganda.
Other: She is obsessed with horror movies (I had something else but I forgot >.<)
