That was an undercover terrorist. Andy Indigo was a menace that no one will tell you they support now.
ES had a hand in it. I fought him, myself. I was there. I tried preventing its fall. The fact that someone got a hold of IA armaments and used them to perpetuate a disaster of that level is unthinkable. The worst thing weve had happen is our Grand Hall got terrorized by one guy. He killed like 8 corrupt politicians with planted bombs. Best part? That guy is in jail, right now.
