Seems like he trusts you a lot. And if I'm being quite honest, its not like him to give people work. He's more the type to put everything on himself. It gets him hurt. I still remember serving alongside him during his first tour in the military. An excellent commander. Whatever he has going on... surely its a reason to delegate paperwork.
