Impose? We give a choice. Thosethat dissagree with our Grand Path are isolated from those that do. The only deaths are of those who support the Tier Five. For example: Shinji's use of his armies against us in our mission to eliminate the Tier Five have labelled the entirety of their military as an obstacle. We give those within it's banner a choice to join us. If they don't.... well, It's unfortunate.
