They are, but theyres only one problem. A moral one. These are mere children that were raised to be soldiers from the moment they could hold a gun. Originally shinji planned on scrapping the project, but the children involved had no home. Their barracks were the closest thing to home they knew. Seems like shinji took them in as if one of his own.

Well for one, Another secret project of Shinji's has shown promise. A new breed of soldier. These ones are hyper intelligent, incredibly and in depth aware of their surroundings and outplace every soldier that's ever taken a timed training excercise. Not to mention that they have abilities like no other. I just need to get to archiving all the data properly.
