To be fair I found out about the program after some prestigous council members thought it a good idea to pass the effort under my nose. When I caught wind of it I only approved it under specific conditions due to the 'soldiers' invloved specifically requesting to continue their training. However, they are only used in field operrations under my direct guidance and supervision. No children are dying in my hands just because someone thought it was it was a good idea to 'breed' supersoldiers.
