According to article 8-a9.1 of the Clearance Protocol, a member of the council is allwoed to bring their significant others to work in periods of extensive work in an attempt to boost morale. Article 8-a9.2 mentions that so long as they hold a civilian multicard and are accompanied by a member of the council or higher position, they are allowed to pass through the HQ up to clearance code 6. This is a clearance code 5 room.
