Fairy Tail--The New Generation

Welcome fans of 'House of Anubis'!

I want to have a group roleplay about this amazing tv series.

However, I noticed that the story of the English version is slightly different from the story of the Dutch version I watched.

That's why I want to create our own version with original character and our own story, so that everyone is on the same page.

I am going to write out a plot and the rules after I see that people are interested.

Anyone interested?

I am looking for players that are at least 18 years old in real life (due to the dark themes, smut is not allowed) and who are able to write at least two thick paragraphs with good grammar.

Fairy Tail--The New Generation

Jacob Hunter

Name

Hunter, that is all you need to know.
He does not like to be called Jacob.
The reason for that is none of your business.

Age

He is 19 years old.
His birthday is on the first of March.

Guild

Fairy Tail is the guild he belongs to.

New or Veteran Member

He has been a Fairy Tail member for the last two weeks.
However, he does not know any names yet and has not tried to make any friends.
Talking to people is not his favorite thing to do.

Location of Guild Mark

His Guild Mark is located on the front of his left shoulder.

Color of Guild Mark

His Guild Mark has the same color as is hair, which is a dark red color.

Magic Type

Imagination Magic

Imagination Magic is a type of Spatial Magic, which allows the user to create their own beings from their imagination.
The beings have a physical form, which means that they can get hurt and tired from fighting.
However, they are not able to die on Earth if the user still has magic left.
The being is automatically teleported towards the world he lives in, where he can regain his power.
If the user does not have enough magic to transport his spirit back, the being will be able to die.
If the user dies, its beings will die with him or her and the world will disappear.

The creation of the first being consumes a lot of magic as the user also has to create a world between Heaven and Earth.
The world will be used as a living place for all the beings that the user will create.
There exists one world for every Imagination mage.
That is why the first being that is created, is often a small and weak one.
The creation of a being will always consume a lot of magic, but the effort it takes becomes less after a world is created.

To be able to use Imagination Magic, the user has to have an Imagine.
An Imagine is a special pen.
When the user draws with an Imagine, the drawing comes to live.
The amount of Imagines on Earth is limited, so one is often gained from parents or other family members.
However, an Imagine will not react to any kind of mage.
For someone who does not have Imagination Magic, it will be a pen like any other.

There is a rumour among Imagination mages.
After you create a being that is stronger than a mage from class S, your Imagine turns into a gold color.
It is unknown if the rumour is true and what the golden Imagine will due.
Another rumour says that creating new beings will become very easy and will not consume that much magic anymore.

Sofia

Sofia is the first being that Hunter created.
It is a small, but cute cat.
She is very stubborn and pretends to hate everyone that is not Hunter.
It is a big contrast with her voice, which sounds very cute and sweet.
Many other mages undervalue Sofia as she does not look dangerous at all.
It is unknown what she is able to do as Hunter hardly ever fights with her.
However, that does not mean that she cannot fight.
The only thing that is known is that mages throw up whenever Sofia gets angry.

Shelly

Shelly is actually taller than is shown in the image.
She is as tall as a ten years old girl.
Her magic is similar to Flare Corona's Crimson Hair Magic, but without the use of fire magic.
Her hair will listen to her, so she can fight with it.

Strengths

He is often seen drawing and has a lot of talent for it.
His drawings always turn out good enough for other people to see.
He never draws locations or things that are not alive, like fruit or a landscape.
All of his drawings are cute and look as if the artist is a girl.

He is a good listener and likes to listen to other people.
He will not interrupt someone when they are telling a story.
When someone gets to know him, they start to feel as if they can tell him anything.
They start to feel close to him, sometimes closer than he would want.
When he tries to tell them that he wants them to slow down with their friendship, they never take it well.
That is how he loses his friends.

As he does not want to lose anyone else, he is very protective of the people he likes.
Even though people will not notice it, he loves Fairy Tail and its members.
They are protective of their family and trusts its members.
He hopes to someday become someone who is able to be as happy and social as the other members.

He is not good at talking to people.
He does not know what he has to say, that is why he keeps quite.
Other people often mistake it for being rude or asocial.
He is interested in making friends, but he does not know how to do it.
His face does not show any emotion, except for the fact that he always looks as if he is angry.

However, it is easy for him to summon them and use them.
He is not able to do any kind of sport or run for a long time.
As running away for things is a necessary ability for mages, he trains himself late at night to get better at it.
He has not told anyone that he trains at night, even though he thinks himself that he should.
He does not have any friends, so he does not know who to tell.
But what if his body cannot take it anymore and something happens to him while the others are asleep?

He started having problems sleeping the moment he heard that his brother had died.

He is not a morning person and likes to wear comfortable clothes instead of fancy, good looking ones.
In the morning, he will not react to anything you say to him until he gets two strong cups of coffee.
After the first one, he will look at you when you talk to him and sometimes even make a sound.
After the second one, he is able to talk with you.
Well, he is not much of a talker, but he will be able to say something.
He likes to have people around, but he does not know how to behave around them.

Background

Hunter lived together with his father and older brother until he became fifteen years old.
They did not have much money, but they had enough to be able to eat and have a roof above their heads.
When Hunter was thirteen years old and his older brother sixteen years old, their father got cancer inside his lungs.
They could not pay for medicine or any kind of treatment, so his brother asked their uncle to pay for it.
Their uncle was very rich, but did not get along with their father, so he would not give the money as a gift.
However, he did give it to them with the condition that Hunter's brother started working for him.

They were able to let their father stay in the hospital and pay for his medicine and treatment, but it did not work out.
Their father died two years later, but their uncle still wanted Hunter's brother to work for him.
He said that they still had not compensated for the costs of the treatment and medicines.
One year later, Hunter's older brother died at work.
He keeps on blaming his uncle for his older brother's death.

The reason that he does not like to be called Jacob is that his name was the last word that his brother could say before he died.
Hunter was not with his brother when he died, but every time that he hears his own name, he imagines his brother's voice.
He feels guilty that he was not with him when he died, so he hears always hears his brother's voice when someone says Jacob.

@Juvvie I have some kind of Spatial Magic in mind, it is a combination of Pict Magic and Celestial Spirit Magic

The user of the magic that I have in mind can create it's own beings like the Celestial Spirits. However, the stronger the beings are, the more magic it consumes from the user to be able to create it. After it is created, the user can summon it like the Celestial Spirits.

It won't be too strong of a magic as you can't create beings that are stronger than yourself or even as strong as yourself, because it will consume too much magic to create it. It's like how Gemini can only copy beings that are as strong as their Celestial Spirit mage or weaker.

The Outcasts Of Freya's Home

It was in the year of 1954 that Freya adopted her first child. It was a boy with dark blue eyes and hair as black as his heart. He was fifteen years old, but was as short as a ten year old was supposed to be. There were many moments of complete silence, and not the comfortable kind. That is why Freya adopted a second child many years later. Afterwards, she adopted a third one for the same reason... and a fourth one... and a fifth. All of her childs shared the same characteristics: they rarely talked to anyone, were outcasts of the society and behaved... in a weird way. One would almost call them cursed with magic. They had a supernatural power that they couldn't control and use for good.

Freya died in 1976 and since there was no one left to bring in the money, many of her childs died soon after she did. They were not able to survive on their own as they had not learned how to do that. No one dared to set one step inside of the house. Rumours said that her ghost was still wandering inside the building looking for the children that had died already. Rumours said that she would kill anyone who even tried to go inside without being an outcast of society.

Nowadays, a new generation of social outcasts with uncontrolable magic found their home inside of the building. They never knew Freya or one of her adopted children, so they don't realise that the story carries some truth. Some truly believe it, others think that it is just a story. However, they decided together to call the building 'Freya's Home'. There is an almost broken, wooden board outside that carries the name.

The new generation knows how the world works. They go to school or work and earn enough money to be able to let all the inhabitants survive. The ones who work donate parts of their money to the ones who go to school. They are a small community of their own. Everything is going well as it is now. However, sometimes weird things do happen. Sometimes it feels like Freya's soul might indeed be wandering inside of the building. Would she accept them or reject them?

- Everyone is allowed one or two characters.
- Every character lives inside of Freya's home.
- Don't control other people's characters.
- Be able to post once a week at least.
- Your post should at least two long enough paragraphs that are grammatically correct (others must to be able to understand it, but everyone can make mistakes).
- Romance is allowed, but smut is not.
- Respect someone else's limits (but you have to warn others beforehand if you have limits in dark themes, we can't predict that you have them).
- Be nice to other players, etc.
