We can see very few colors. We can see colors that are not in the light spectrum. Ergo, it is entirely possible and possibly plausible for there to be colors that we can only conceptualize at present.

That's the issue. We don't have the physical capability, which means that any other "colors" could be named whatever anyone wanted, but it has no correlation to anything we see.

My personal favorite 3D sonic game was Sonic Adventure DX.

It can theoretically there's just no known way to do it yet. Sort of like clear is a color that can't be actualized.
Their old artist is too busy so now they have a team of artists working together but they just don't have any plans for a new one atm.
Scientific discovery and theory doesn't apply that way here. We have the light spectrum and the color wheel; there is no physical way to conceptualize more.
Darn. That show was great.
