I disagree. Anarchy is self government, people accountable not to a central government, but to each other. However, it is human nature to assemble a governing body because the majority desires to be ruled. Don't assume that others have the same misconceptions most do.

Not to any extent of anything on Earth. Dark is, but absolutely not. In theory, its great. In practice, you get the worst of human nature.
