To provide you with my reason for lack of posting. I dont have any excuses, just really cant seem to gwt into the mood to post.
I guess my answer is that the mood becomes easier the more you do it. It's a feedback loop habit; the more you push yourself, the easier it gets. In the same way, the more you give into the difficulty of it, the harder it gets.
