The core of an individual is the mystery of life, which dies when it is 'grasped'. That is also why symbols want to keep their secrets.

Bio

The Harbinger of Ferocity

Agent of the Wild, Aspect of the Ferine
Nature, red in tooth and claw.

"There is, indeed, no single quality of the cat that man could not emulate to his advantage."
- Carl Van Vechten

I am, at my core, a personification and manifestation of those things whose blood and hearts run red with the ferocity of the animal world. It is this which convicts and controls my works, my writing, my being; the force and guidance in which I gain wisdom from. It is what inspires me as a creator and weaver of words, the very thing I admire as an author.

My leanings, savage as they are, are of the feline sort as there exists no greater lineage of beasts whom can be drawn from. No others captivate and motivate my talent and skill as the greatest of cats do.

True that may be @mdk, but there are those we are well aware of who desire to "even the odds" for the sake of "equality" rather than actual equality and opportunity, no less allocating resources or time to it. I have heard my fair share that somehow it is an evil thing to want people to compete against one another, how someone is at proposed disadvantage, or how it should be my duty to support them by coercion rather than my personal desire.
Humanity without competition among itself is a recipe for disaster. No amount of good intentions or noble desires will save it from doing itself in; it needs dissent and conflict within itself to function. States, nations, families, groups, all these different powers are essential and critical for the human animal. Imagining anything else is a fantastic expectation, not only one that cannot be credibly reached, but one that if somehow reached will do more harm than good in short order because people will always fail in some aspect.

The only thing nations need do better is realize who their real threats are to society and cease toeing the line of political correctness as well as vague universal humanism and globalism.
Out of curiosity, I feel the need to ask this question since it seems to have been brought up and this is the place that would best deal with it. Mind you "best" being that I might receive an actual explanation other than, "They're an 'Alt Right' group that shovels 'fake news' to push their hateful propaganda!" or some other equally limp wristed response that has no content to it.

What is so bad about Breitbart that any of the major news agencies could not be made equally guilty of in mirror? It should come as no surprise, but I would trust Breitbart to be more accurate than CNN, MSNBC, BBC and the like. I never go out of my way to read it, but the times I have, I have not been displeased with their reporting efforts or saw anything that were blatantly contradictory. For sake of timeliness, what I mean by that was how people were talking about Comey's testifying and how it somehow proved anything. It really did not, but some agencies took that as liberty to run with it.

Regardless, what is the "issue" with Breitbart?
"Your display has only made a fool of you." The savage champion replied, wholly unconvinced of the speech it and its fellows had received.

The ambient corona that ebbed from the silhouette of the animal intensified, no longer but faint wisps of afterlife ether and now faint glimmers of something more. Yet instead, with a breath of its jaws they and the rest of the entity vanished, giving only a roll of wind and an unsettling calm that upset the already uncomfortable atmosphere, albeit now as a spirit of unearthly silence. The primal voice continued its response now unseen but rather felt, surely prowling about as one imagined any resplendent predator to.

"For you know nothing of just who we are..." The air behind some of the sickly black figures rippled, wakes moving between their feet as they careened forward with their lunge, "... not yet at least."

Like a clap of dull thunder, the ethereal being returned to this realm of existence, surrounded by faint emerald haze and right among a throng of the newfound enemy's number. Far larger than it seemed before, perhaps enhanced by the illusions and chaos of the conflict that had now come, it swiped from one side to the other in the single stroke of a paw; each great digit hewing just as a man would reap with a scythe. Rather than leave the blow alone to just the force of razored claws alone, the strike manifest with vibrant light which ceased thereafter, too fast to reconcile. Instead they burned through the air and left evaporating smoke of chartreuse in their aftermath.

It was evident that whatever had chosen to disturb them and their journey might not have made the wisest of its decisions.
The feline figure reappeared beside the man hefting the rocket, the ethereal emerald mist that moved with it dispersing about their feet. Blinking a few times, the great cat drew back its ears and narrowed its unearthly glare at the being who seemed to replace the schoolgirl fashionista. They were... familiar, in that same vein of Junko, but something different now altogether. Whatever the case being in particular, the divine beast was none too fond of the many tricks and changes this place was seeing; the jungles, the manikins, and now someone's entirety.

"It would be for the better if we received some sort of explanation." The breath of the striped, grand beast fogged slightly in the air as it spoke.

A character's total tier is not always directly related to their individual abilities' tiers. In the case of this character, who is as mortal as one can be barring that quality, they barely have enough impact for it to be a Tier 3 and sit better in the area of Tier 2. As I stated before, Godly Literature can only function in the way I presented it, as it cannot be foolproof, have perfect accuracy, or know things that are truly unknown.

With all the noise they drummed up, it was no surprise they conjured a stampede of the armed shadows. Like a tide, they washed in and over the heroes, clattering the entire way as though they were armored in chain and steel despite the utterly unremarkable qualities they seemed to have. As with the lesser shadows they had seen, these soldiering sorts were quite swift albeit probably none too resilient if history was any indication. This accounted for, their advantage of numbers had to be managed lest they get the better of the group as they did in one case; the elven abjurer got more than he bargained for as one of the shadows rushed right past him and cut back in from behind. Still a bit dazed from such an unexpected maneuver, one swiped at Haemar with a pitch sword and would have surely cut if it were not for the oddities of this place.

Thea however, faired better for as a gaggle of the black soldiers rushed her, she had enough time to narrowly draw up her sword and fight them off - rather by chance than pure skill. The whole line had erupted into chaos as the swaying black figures even bumped into one another, lashed out mindlessly, and even went about taking swipes at the cat upon the roof. Now, Katia was in no danger, being out of the attacker's reach, but that never stopped one who furiously leapt up and attacked, time and time again. Of course, this was before the purple wizard appeared again and returned the favor.

Running back out of the lane he disappeared down earlier, he set his tiny hands alight with silvery glitter and sparks, some of which bounced across the ground and all of which fizzled wildly in sound. Before his robed person, he evolved his gesturing and muttering until his hands now shown more bright, speaking aloud after to his newfound friends.

"Nah-uh! No way am I letting them get the best of you! Time to even the odds!" His cheery, albeit determined voice came as he cocked back an arm and then hurled a speeding magic dart from his finger as if he had thrown it, "Take this!"

"And this!", two shadows beside the young wayward paladin vanished into a puff of black smoke and dispersed when they were struck. Except for the third, who was hit by the glittering bolt only to have it explode into a fountain of plinking sparks and crackling, seemingly uninhibited by the attack it received. Blinking a few times, the gnome's smug expression of confidence in his magic temporarily vanished, and he hastily added a bit more comment before adjusting the brim of his large, unruly purple hat.

"Uh... th- that was supposed to have worked! Never mind! Hit that one!"

This character's Tier 3 is rated too high and can be adjusted down to Tier 2. However, Godly Literature does not give the character perfect insight or knowledge into everything or anything. This otherwise would be an always available meta-type ability. The requests must be reasonable, as must the answers be. As in, "What is that creature?" "It is an X, which are known for Y and Z. No less, it seems to likely be capable of A too, but B and C are unknowns."
@JaceBeleren
These characters are approved again. The same warnings and conditions as prior apply with them even yet.
@Saber
The character as a whole has too many Tier 4 abilities, as at this time we are not looking to approve characters who are deep into Tier 4, nearing Tier 5 territory. As a whole, my suggestion is that the tiers are reduced, but the other major reason I am declining this character is because the abilities have very minimal descriptions. As in, they tell me little of what exactly they actually do in terms of the game's context. For example, Data Manipulation barely tells me anything about it, its limits or how it affects other characters or the world; it sounds similar to magic, as is its theme, but I really can discern nothing in particular about it.

As another note, you should also remove the references to Earth. There is no Earth in Expanding Horizons and there's also no explanation for why there are so many humans or variations of the human race.
