Current @SaltSight Game was Astlibra: Revision. Found it on sale bundled with another game I've been wanting so I gave it a shot and got like, straight indie JRPG of the early 2000s injected into my veins.

Final Fantasy: Stranger in Paradise is the funniest shit I've ever seen while also not being a bad game. Just crack open some cold ones with the boys, blare Limp Bizket, and Kill Chaos.

Sorry for the lateness in posting. And, sorry that it will likely happen again as finals week is coming up for me. I'll do what I can.

Also, @Eviledd1984, sorry for dragging the quest out so much. Schedule has been terrible overall for me, between schoolwork and other rps.

Magnus was relieved that there weren't any hard feelings between him and Rebecca. There was nothing he enjoyed more than pleasant company, and understanding company was in even shorter supply. He never really had a lot of friends back home, so he was glad he didn't miss the chance to make another one because of...formality and dress codes.

Happy with the conclusion, he figured that maybe he and the priest woman would get along well...she seemed quick to understand, and he'd heard that priests were generally nice people. The one he'd met at port certainly was. Regardless, Magnus eagerly tore into his portion of the game, ears perking up as the door opened and Freyr and Neil walked through. Waving an arm at them, he was glad to see that they were back safe and sound. However, from Neil's explanation it definitely seemed that something weird happened. Shooting Freyr a concerned look, he hoped that nothing bad happened on the job.

The Dragon's Dressmaker

@Eviledd1984

Nephele was ecstatic, taking the box in her hands before nodding. "Of course! After all, once I'm gone from here, there will be no need to guard this place. Perhaps, they'll accept all of this as an apology." the dragon woman spoke, gesturing a hand towards the piles of glittering golden items and various other valuables. "Frankly, its been troublesome to keep them all cooped up all this time...you wouldn't believe the number of barbarian hordes I've had to confuse into believing there was a ghost haunting the fog." Nephele said, taking a deep breath before suddenly exhaling a thick screen of fog around herself from the neck down, discarding her previous ragged and shabby clothing to don the black dress that seemed to suit her very well, now looking a lot more respectable than she had with just a n empty sack of spuds for covering.

Taking a deep breath and looking over herself as the fog faded, a tinge of red covered her cheeks before a smile tore at her lips. "...I haven't felt so excited to receive a gift since...I can't tell you when. Even if it was a job, I humbly thank you from the bottom of my heart." she said, bowing to Maria before suddenly shoveling a couple handfuls of coins into a leather pouch that was bulging with the amount she put into it. Easily 1,000 gold pieces were clanging about in that bag, before Maria would find it being plopped into her hand. "1,000 Gold should suffice. I request that you leave the rest for the villagers, as they'll need the funds to recruit a militia before danger strikes. Also...as additional payment," the black dragon said, before suddenly pulling a jewel encrusted sword from the pile, gleaming in the torchlight before Nephele suddenly took out a waterskin of some sort that reeked of something foul. Gingerly applying some of the red smelly liquid within, she poured some of it out and onto various splotches of the golden pile, then splattering one large slash across the back wall. "You get to be a Dragon Slayer." She said, before slicing through various bits of the cave with her claws, fabricating a battle that never happened.

Having thoroughly ruined her home, the dragoness smiled softly as she held the sword's handle out to Maria. "The villagers will want an explanation of how you lifted the fog. I don't want them to believe you to be an accomplice of mine, so...simply say that you stabbed the dragon in its sleep, slashing it until the struggle ended. Rabbit's blood is good enough for the smell and color, but say that my body dissolved...or something of the like." Once, and if, the sword was accepted, Nephele would walk to the mouth of her cave and start to walk out and into the fog.

"We will meet again." she said before seeming to dissolve into the fog itself, which was quickly starting to evaporate. Once the air cleared, it would seem to Maria that she was...walking the way towards the Guild. Now, Maria was left with a bloody sword, a sack of gold, and a hell of a story to tell the villagers that would no doubt start fanning out once the fog's fearful shade was lifted.

Valeriya Iganov

The morning of a certain stranger in japan began with her falling out of bed. And then, she promptly started cursing herself for not remembering the time zone difference between her home town and Sakai, averaging out at about five hours. As such, she was dead tired for absolutely no reason, save for her own body clock thinking it was about one in the morning. She hadn't gotten the time to properly adjust herself in prep for moving here, mainly due to taking the entrance exam on the last possible day.

Slumping up and rubbing the red bump under her hair, the girl set about her task of getting ready for the day in the motel that she'd had to use until the dorms were open. It was about what she could expect, minus the cockroaches and suspicious stains on the carpet, but being frugal mattered in the long run. Last thing she wanted was to have her father worry about her having enough, so she'd need to scrimp and save. Slipping into her uniform after having had a modest breakfast of twin slices of toast slathered in raspberry jam, Valeriya Iganov was somewhat tempted to try and use her quirk in some way to speed up getting ready, but...that was kind of pointless when she had to touch something to use it anyhow. Most use she got out of it was magnetizing her toast to her, and that was it for the wonderful world of a hero-in-training getting up. She'd look into getting a job once school settled into normalcy, but for now she had to get going.

Taking a train, Valeriya suddenly felt a buzz in her pocket and quickly answered. Smiling slightly as she heard a familiar voice, she made smalltalk with her father.

"Yeah, its nice here. A little warmer than home."

"The people here are nice."

"I'm getting enough to eat, don't worry."

"I love you too dad. Take care, alright? Also, go back to bed...I can take care of myself just fine."

A conversation in Russian that warmed her heart with just the reminder that her father was waiting. Waiting for her to fulfill her dreams. His dream, too, in his stead.

Once her stop came, it was only a short distance to walk to the massive academy, not used to such large institutions being just...there. Hero Academies always seemed like far off castles that were meant for someone else. Even if it wasn't the most prestigious or important, it was her's. Smiling as she treaded into her new stomping grounds, the Russian girl was eager to start...and eager to get out of that motel. After getting orders from the lady with kinda similar looking hair, Valeriya continued dragging her suitcase along with her, the mauve bag rolling on wheels behind her as she pulled on it. She could just magnetize it to her, but getting rammed in the back of her thigh would get annoying.

The hall was filling up quickly, and as such she figured it was best to take a seat somewhere. One she did, she plopped down next to a girl wearing a pretty loose jacket and blue hair fiddling with a laptop...Was she doing some kind of video project? Over a foot taller than her, she couldn't help but be curious and use her height to her advantage, peering over to see without saying anything. Not like she'd notice...right? Just when she was about to get a look though, Valeriya was shocked as the wind suddenly kicked up from the wing beats of someone above. Not a ton, but enough to be noticeable as she craned her neck up at the guy flying. She quickly realized that they had somewhere very SPECIFIC to be, and got up quickly after only just sitting down. "...Crap, I thought I had more time...uh, nice...video." she said as she stood up, giving a passing compliment to the girl on the bench, having struggled to remember if there was a WORD for video. Her hesitance in speaking might have even made it sound like a pitying comment, despite her just wanting to say something nice to a stranger. Regardless, she'd need to hurry up and get moving to the main hall, and hustled her bustle right on over to take a seat.
Auriolus

Humans were so...quaint in their devotion to menial things. That was what Auriolus thought, merely watching them all, not at all used to the feeling of being desired. Even if her current name and persona were a falsehood, it still warmed her mechanical heart to the core to think that such care was given to her. It also broke her heart just a bit that she would have to deny their advances on her free time, considering that she was obligated to follow Ixveria to the end. Even in pointless recreational artistic endeavors. Even more awkward than trying to slip away though was how she would have to do it right in front of everyone, and for all she knew more recruiters were coming down the hallway from the other side. She had to act quickly, but at this rate she was going to be dragged off to some unrelated task while Ixveria was waiting.

Thinking on her feet, Auriolus suddenly opened up a nearby window and jumped onto the sill, crouched ever so slightly before looking back at the various recruiters that were no doubt perturbed by her position, while she simply smiled, the faintest of breezes blowing through her obsidian black hair. "Farewell...everybody." she said in a somewhat depressing tone, before suddenly JUMPING. Well, it was only the first floor, but she made it sound much more dramatic than intended when she landed, the tiniest puff of dirt being kicked up before she dusted herself off, slowly turning around to look at the club recruiters who were just...baffled. "Excuse me." she said before booking it out of there, the track and field recruiter yelling that she'd be perfect for their team.

It took her a few rounds of dipping in and out of buildings on campus and occasionally just heading to the rooftop unseen before Auriola could see the recruiters heading back to their club rooms. Feeling a little bad at disappointing them, Auriola clutched her knees and traced a small circle in the dust on the rooftop. "...I really am the worst..." she said in a soft whisper, suddenly sitting up as she remembered...she was supposed to meet Ixveria just as soon as she got out of her first day of class! Feeling that she could make it up to...EVERY club later somehow, Auriola quickly touched down off the roof when nobody was looking, make sure to descend far from the eyelines of windows, having kicked up an enormous amount of dust with the thrusters in her fingers and legs. Dusting her skirt off, she ran off to Shitenhoji's Art Club Room.

On the way in, she noticed Hakuryu in his usual haphazardly thrown together uniform...judging from the degree of perspiration, he'd been training before coming here as well. Before she would deal with that, respect was due to Ixveria as the robotic woman bowed. "Good Evening, Miss Ixveria," she said, hurriedly adding: "My apologies for being late...many clubs were asking for me. Speaking of, I will need to fill out the paperwork to make my relation to the Art Club official." before turning on her heel and facing Hakuryu. "Amelia, good evening. Hakuryu, you're uniform is in disarray." she said, before without any warning starting to unbutton his uniform, fixing it quickly before suddenly running off to another part of the room, returning with a chilled bottle of water. "It is important to drink plenty of fluids during and after exercise to maintain the balance of fluids you lose while sweating. If you are ever in need of a durable sparring partner, Diligence would be delighted to join you." she said, nonchalantly handing the bottle over before sitting on a nearby chair and waiting. Though, her last offer was...not so appealing. Diligence was a bit of a bitch when it came to training. Now, she just had time on her hands, and as such began constructing a human face on paper, using simple geometric shapes to start. Art was art, after all.

The Dragon's Dressmaker

@Eviledd1984

The man counted the amount of gold, handing back her change and putting the dress into a box for her, seeming a bit perturbed by her answer.
"Well...I hope whatever cave-woman you're making a deal with is benevolent. Dragon was supposed to have died over a hundred years ago, but the curse just keeps going..." he said glumly, handing over the dress to her. "Don't forget, alright? White dress is your's too, if you get the cave-lady's answer on if the curse can be lifted." he added, seeming to have kinda wanted a more concrete way out rather than the somewhat indirect answer that Maria gave. Well, it was still a dress for an answer, so that was a pretty decent deal, even if the terms had been changed.

The way back was just the same as before, although now some villagers were watching in dumbfounded awe as Maria went back to Nephele's den. Some even tried to follow, but quickly found the fog swallow up the path with alarming accuracy, trailing behind Maria. A pair of amber eyes were lit up in the fog; it seemed Nephele was waiting with anticipation. "You're back. I didn't doubt you, but...I'm embarrassed to admit, I was anxious. And worried that I'd allowed someone out." she said, a small chuckle escaping her. "Come, come. I have your reward waiting." she added, heading back inside the cave, now lit at least a smidge brighter by the sconces along the walls.
@PaulHaynek

Was planning to post to advance Dragon's Dressmaker tonight. Last week was hectic, so I was just kinda unwinding the past few days.
