Could go with a sort of "Blade Dancer" gimmick, but idk if your character uses swords. There isn't much magic casting amongst the cast, so a spellsword could be cool, too.

Well anyway, for practical purposes of this RP, whatever Annalise 'creates' will probably last until the RP ends.

If she needs to eat everyday (or even every week/month) then it's going to make a dent on the guild's coffers. Which will likely cause (IC) drama.

With that in mind, don't you think Bart will kick Annalise out once she starts feasting on the guild's gold since gear won't always be present for Annalise to eat?

Potentially. For the most part, it'll just be original characters, since Phantagrande is a ways away from the setting.

An interesting character but err, some problems. Nothing technical, though.

Firstly, while Bart may have delved into dungeons searching for guild members, he's not capable of delving far and deep enough a dungeon to meet Annalise. Also, he won't go looking in one unless there's someone in that dungeon who is very famous/infamous.

Lastly, I'm a little wary of Slimes in general since there's very little that can harm them. Yours here seems nigh invulnerable.

I mean...Nephele's location for recruitment was incredibly far out of the way, in a spot that technically doesn't exist on any map from this century. Also it doesn't say that Annalisse is any more durable than a regular slime, so the standard jelly weakness of Fire, Lightning, most forms of magic, etc are pretty effective against her, I'd think.

Mostly though, just trying to say that if Nephele meeting Bart is canon, then he's gone to some pretty far-flung places looking for something. Magnus' home is technically a dungeon too, if you think about it.

@The Irish TreeI'm not sure if there's a point of caster having it. Its not a part of their legend the only reason is that they killed the original owner. Besides not being a part of their own legend swords are synonymous with the saber class, possibly Rider/Berserker. Caster doesn't usually spawn in with a physical weapon based noble phantasm. So I'm going to say no on basis of it not really meshing well with the character's legend, and class. It doesn't seem to have a good reason for being there other than just because.

Description: An imperfect version of the legendary sword of Hrólfr Kraki, equally legendary king of the danes. A blade of unparalleled sharpness, and haunted by the protective spirits of Hrólfr's most fearsome berserkers, numbering twelve in total. It is a supremely powerful sword capable of eviscerating even the most durable of foes...or at least it would be for Caster, if not for her violating two of its stipulations of use.

The sword carries with it two rules: That it is never to be drawn in the presence of a woman, and that the sun is to never touch its hilt.

As a descendant of the Vanir, her half-elf nature is like that of the sun itself. Merely coming into contact with the sword causes its power to drop in rank, and her gender causes its power to drastically drop once more. In addition, due to Caster being the one to personally cause the deaths of eleven of the twelve berserkers decreases the blade's legendary status, as it is the version pulled before the final Berserker, Vöggr met his end at a much later date. Thus, only eleven have "died" as far as the blade is concerned. Ordinarily, the blade would cut with the force of twelve men behind it, but Caster's version carries only eleven...and eleven men that have been weakened beyond what they are capable of.

The only way for this Noble Phantasm to reach true power would be in the hands of a man of true Danish descent, as then the stipulations would be lifted so long as the user didn't fight in the sun, or against or in the presence of women. Were Caster to perish, this blade, even in possession of another, would fade with her.

Draft for my idea of Caster's weapon. As for "why" she'd have it, I'm going to pre-emptively say that I kind of interpreted it as that it is because she caused it to be haunted, as well as killing its original master. In the original legends, it was also frequently snatched from his tomb, so it wouldn't be uncommon for someone other than him to have it.

A hurried set of footsteps echoed through the halls of the Clock Tower as a boy younger than most amongst the halls sprinted, running as fast as he could, all of his strength being put into every step he took as he mentally repeated: "I'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATE I'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATEI'MLATE!" as he dashed past students carrying books, and even having to pass through various parts of the building that connected to the museum.

Just a few hours prior, Joachim Heikkinen had just departed from the plane he'd arrived on, luggage carried behind him as the young boy, left alone in the almost entirely foreign environment, found himself rather lost just trying to GET to the Clock Tower. Oh sure, seeing it was easy, but the streets of London proved more...confusing than expected. Or rather, his sense of direction was far worse than he could have expected. He wasn't used to traveling, what with his studies taking up most of his life; The most experience he'd had with London was when his father would bring them to talk in person with a few Lords of the mage's association...mostly to brown nose in bids to arrange beneficial marriages that, really, never were destined to work out.

That wasn't what mattered now though; A summons from the Clock Tower, as well as an invitation to a Holy Grail War was a once in a lifetime thing for a magus of his low standing, and as such he knew that failing to even show up would be more than just an insult to them. As such, he was reasonably panicked when he couldn't find the headmaster's office right away. After being scolded by a passing professor, and finally getting instructions from a girl kind enough to give him the time of day, he arrived and slowly pushed the door open. He'd been running a fair bit, and he was frightened at the prospect of not being in time, but it seemed that so far only a handful of the other masters had arrived as well. He didn't know what kind of favor his father had to put in to have someone so...young be put up as a master for a grail war, but he knew that he couldn't lose focus. Faltering here before the already accomplished magus would lead to him being regarded as burden...perhaps he'd even be killed for his servant if he wasn't mindful.

Clearing his throat silently, he took a seat and said: "M-My apologies for being late. I'm Joachim Heikkinen; I specialize in healing magecraft. Its a pleasure to meet you all." feeling a bit calmer at having a chance to introduce himself before he took in the other Magi around him. One was obviously the most conspicuous of the bunch, wearing a turban as well as a full mask over his face. That was...a bit off putting, since he couldn't even look him in the eyes, but Joachim quickly looked at the other two present. A well built looking man, and a fiery haired woman clearly of high standing. He gulped, feeling utterly out of place amidst these undoubtedly experienced Magi...no, he couldn't feel discouraged now! It wasn't like he was completely inexperienced; He'd seen blood, mended bones, held the dying, he was definitely as prepared as he could be. Now, he only hoped that he wouldn't get laughed out. Either for his height, or for his youth. Regardless, the box clutched tightly in his hands was proof that he wasn't here as a stand-in. An honest to goodness catalyst, if just a small one, meant that he had prepared ahead of time to summon his servant. Even if it was just a chip, it was the genuine article for a summoning.
