Force powers: Force speed/jump, Force push/pull, Force scream (learnt from her father, who picked it up in a holocron), Force persuade, minor skill in the Shatterpoint ability (which her father began to teach her, from one of the holocrons he found), Shock (learnt from her father, rarely uses it now)
Personality: Aria is quite wary and guarded, she keeps people at arms' length until they can prove that they are trustworthy enough. Her most fatal personality flaw is that she is quite selfish and tends to look out for herself before others, has been known to run from a fight at the expense of someone else in order to spare herself the trouble etc.--she knows it's wrong, and she's hoping Mex can help her to overcome the tendencies so she can help more people and make up for the bad things she's already done under her father's teachings.
Bio:
Born to a Dark Jedi, Khoan Saal, and a diplomat, Myla Thulie, Aria was taken from her mother at the age of 4 when her father realised she was Force sensitive. He managed to escape Dooku and Sidious' notice using some Force cloaking techniques and generally just staying low and out of the way. Khoan took Aria to Korriban, the old homeworld of the Sith, where Dooku and Sidious didn't really go as they were more concerned with Coruscant and the more obvious worlds. Here they spent time in the ruins of the old Sith Academy, where Khoan would search the tombs and such for artefacts and holocrons which he could then use to teach himself and Aria more Force techniques.
Khoan would often have Aria accompany him on his searches of the tombs and other ruins, where they would have to face up against Shyrack and Tuk'ata to name a few (this is where she acquired her scars, during one such tussle with the tomb beasts). At the age of 16, Khoan had Aria return to Coruscant and tasked her to kill her mother as proof of her loyalty to the Sith code, and while she carried out the task Aria was never the same afterwards. Plagued by horrible dreams of the event and riddled with guilt, Aria finally began to realise that the Dark side presence she had been learning to control and that her father drew upon was not a good thing. And in the nick of time, Khoan soon located another dark presence, a shift in the Force of great Dark side power which he intended to investigate further.
Not wanting anything more to do with it, and terrified of what might happen, Aria bolted and fled, covering her tracks as best she could by disappearing into the Coruscant Undercity. Over the next few years she tried to lay low and stay out of her father's sight, and got into some bad habits, getting hooked on stimulants and drinking quite a bit as an attempt to get rid of the memories that haunted her. She would continue on this path, desperately trying to sever her connection to the Force until she encountered Mex shortly after her eighteenth birthday. Sensing the Force in her, Mex brought Aria back to the Grey Order where she has been following his teachings ever since.
Equipment: Standard Jedi robes, double bladed lightsaber/saberstaff (blue colour), two single bladed red lightsabers (her old sabers, which she keeps in a locker in her room and rarely takes them out), a handful of common lightsaber crystals, a couple medpacks and other basic first aid items, holocron containing info on the Shatterpoint Force ability which she took from her father before fleeing, a pet gizka called Nerf
