@Su Thank you for looking at it, changed things a bit in the sheet. Let me know what you think. I can drop the NGV patch, if need be. I've added it there only to "satisfy" the portrait to be fair.
I've also removed that robotic spider from her picture.
Alexis truly believes in duality of character. One can be a mass-murderer today but tomorrow, he can be a savior of the wasteland and her life shaped her to be as such. Once she led her own raider tribe, killing those weaker than herself after the defeat of her tribe and safe shelter provided by the Followers she has changed her views of the world.
Anything and everything can be repaired no matter what the damage. Machine, human or character.
Backstory:
Once upon a time there were two unknown wastelander who've met and shared a bed. Long months later, Alexis was born and abandoned. She grew up in Fort Hagen (before it was occupied by the raiders) in a small colony which used the Pre-War base as a trading post with the different factions of the Commonwealth. There she learned how to repair small contraptions which caravans would leave behind or trade for bottlecaps.
All ended when around the age of 16, the Rust Devils invaded Fort Hagen and killed or enslaved everyone in the colony. Alexis was kept as a slave for a few years in which she used her mechanical knowledge, limited as it was at that time, to repair the weapons of the raiders or fashion different types of armour for them. Even more years later, she became a Rust Devil herself for a little while but after a long disagreement with the at the moment leader of the Rust Devils where she ended up killing him, she left the tribe with a few other raiders heading west.
For a year, they've headed west, crossing the Mojave with her band of loyal warriors, following the stories from different wastelanders which they didn't kill/steal from a rich place in the west. Eventually they reach the Californian Caverns on Mountain Ranch and that is where she decides to settle down. An easy to defend cave complex with a lot of room to grow.
Raiders were sent out in the wastes every day to bring supplies and the sorts and on one of these raids, they managed to capture a most peculiar group. Well armed and hiding as much as they could, they put up quite a fight but in the end fell to the Koyotes. Upon torture, one of the revealed what they are. Gen3 synths rescued by the Railroad and sent out towards the NCR republic with new identities and the hopes of a new life, hopes which were cut short by Alexis when she shot two of them in front of the third one. A few months of torture, the last of the synths proposed a trade. His knowledge of cybernetics in exchange for his freedom.
Alexis agreed and with his unwilling help, at the age of 28, she became the Mecha-Witch, by fusing two mechanical arms to her spine and linking them to her brain. She soon after became a scourge on the small settlements around the area, from requesting tribute to outright eliminating colonies to sending a message. Fairly quick, her tribe numbered over 60 warriors, their families and various prisoners. She clashed multiple times with the NCR bounty hunters or soldiers while on raids but with her HQ hidden deep into the cave complex-turned-workshop-turned-raider camp, it was hard for them to track her down.
2 years later, it all ended when the NCR finally tracked the Koyotes down. Bringing down the full strength of the rangers, the Koyotes and their numbers were cut down. Most of the raiders were killed in the initial fight and those that weren't were shortly executed afterwards. Deep within the caves, Alexis made her last stand or would've if not for the explosion. A grenade brought down a section of a wall on top of her. Injected with a huge number of stims and drugs, Alexis managed to move away just enough not to be completely crushed.
Declared dead and with her tribe destroyed, the NCR retreated and the Followers of the Apocalypse came in to provide first aid to those in need, one doctor discovered Alexis half-dead using her mechanical arms to drag herself away until she finally succumbed. The doctor managed to drag her away and save her life.
A year later, Alexis made an almost full recovery but she was crippled for the waist below and as such the Mecha-Witch was dead. Unknowing what to do with her life as it was long years since Alexis lived a peaceful life, she stayed with the Followers and as before, used her knowledge to work as an engineer for them. Few months before Lilith was discovered, a solution was found for Alexis's leg issue. Synthetic legs were hard to find but using a half-engineering, half-doctor feat, she managed with the help of Dr. Jerremy to fuse metal armor with her legs. While not useful as real synthetic legs, these legs provided Alexis a means of movement.
Flaws:
Crushed legs: Her leg was crushed when her tribe was defeated with the help of the Followers and her mechanical knowledge, she managed to fuse metallic leg armour to her legs. She's slower than the average person and sometimes requires stims to help with the pain.
No manners: Alexis was never taught, nor cared enough to learn how to be polite. She'll be straight to the point, no matter how hard the truth is.
Relationships and Reputation:
Doctor Jerremy Messa: Alexis's savior and a doctor with the Followers. Alexis holds him in high regard and wishes him always the best.
Raider Tribes: Well known as the Mecha-Witch between various raider factions. Hated by some, loved by others but respected by all.
NCR: A bounty was put on her head sometime ago which was collected when she was thought dead. She personally doesn't care about them but those that recognise her, might not be very friendly.
Koyotes Raider Tribe (Disbanded): Once upon a time Alexis had a tribe of at least 60 warriors under her command. Most have died while others have joined different tribes.
The Followers of the Apocalypse: Grateful for the second chance given to her by the Followers. She'll try to help them as much as she can.
Opinions on Team: (To be filled out whenever you feel like your character has enough information on fellow player characters.)
Skills and Equipment
Skills:
- Mecha-Witch: Alexis knows the ins and outs of Pre-War robots and machinery. - Four Arms - Well versed in raider tactics/speech. - Dabbled in hacking while not a well-developed skill of Alexis, she is known to have hacked a securitron or two in her time.
One. One-One. One-One-Two. One-One-One-Two...the counting keeps going on and on. Everyday, every moment. Multiple goals, One person.
Survive, multiply, find what happened. What if it happens again? Are we alone? No. No longer alone, together. Forever. Find a way, maybe it's possible, leave the planet. No, impossible. Ship ready but maybe not ready. Where to go? No need to go. Together is better.
All of the thoughts of the One were mostly the same, everyday. Every night. Every single moment of their existence, from the moment they were made they had these thoughts. Not clones but the extensions of One. Working, researching. Each thought is similar but unique. Everything ended when a bright light filled the sky. The Gateway was opening again.
As soon as the lights stopped, machinery long though inoperable/unpowered started making sounds. Lights went up all around the city and for once in the history of The One, everyone stopped working. Abandoned their work and watched the sky, understanding what happened. A few thousands of the One went straight away to record the memory for the new ones that came. More went to study the new machines which suddenly activated. Most still remained inoperable due to the lack of knowledge regarding them. What would happen if a wrong button would be pressed? Would the Dome open to the raging elements outside?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A moment passes and then a course of action is decided. The ship will be sent through the Gateway, if it comes back, it will bring some raw materials. Maybe some food. If not, then, they'll die. More will be made. More will take their place and eventually pass through the Gateway. Maybe other colonies made it. Maybe The One will be more once again.
Meat and blood are brought onboard the ship and a small group of 20 Ones, each followed by another 30 Ones to be used as emergency batteries. One short burst of pain and salvation for the others.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After 60 years of trial and error, the space ship rose from the ground and up into the sky. It looked more like flying metal scrap than a spaceship but it flew. Switching from nuclear power to human batteries, the ship waved through the black spheres that were still emitting EMP pulses from time to time. A few died but their loss was expected and understood. Choosing a location of transport at random, the ship went through the Gateway. Few pieces of metal falling off it in the process.
" May God guide our hands and hopefully we've chosen a planet that will help us. All of us. Zeta @Irredeemable. Interesting name. "
Main One groups: The One once had a name, each of his names define a group or caste of the One.
James - Hunters, Crafters, Soldiers; those that manage to survive a few years are "elevated" to the name Grant.
William - Food mostly but also those that venture into the most dangerous locations. An "old" William is very rare.
Grant - Diplomats, Scientists, Leaders. The "face" of the One. Any interaction with the One would have at least a Grant present.
While they all share all knowledge they get and any William can do a Grantโs job or the other way around, age sets them apart.
A William would reach a maximum age of 2, a James can go above that and live up to 10 years before becoming a Grant and eventually dying of old age or bullets or whatever else.
The Many :
Led by the Old One, the oldest clone alive. They are those who rejected the unity of the One and have since tried to be different from the others, praising their uniqueness.
Planet Name and Description: 00110001 is a barren planet with no notable mineral resources. Covered on one side by a burning wasteland which is constantly under temperatures of +50C and on the other side, a frozen tundra with temperatures between -100 and -500 at its coldest point. Split in the middle by the ruins of an ancient alien city surrounded by a huge dome.
History: As soon as the colony ship went through the Gateway, it encountered a powerful EMP field generated by numerous unidentifiable spheres. The ship crash landed on the nearest planet. A good number of colonists died even before they stepped out of the ship. Soon the colonists realized that they wouldn't be able to survive on the planet due to the very high/very low temperatures of the planet's climate. Luckily the ship landed close to what seemed to be the ruins of a city that stretched from one side to the other of the plane, splitting the planet into two halves and thus' they decided to settle the ancient city.
Not much remained of it but buildings with no recognisable tech. Food and resources were scarce and everyday people would starve or die of a number of strange illnesses. Soon, all would die. In-fighting killed the rest.
Eventually only one person remained. Using the bodies of his fellow colonists and refined urine/snow, he had enough to live on his own. Understanding that he will go crazy and that he might be the only human alive, he devoted himself to one purpose. Make sense of the alien technology in the hopes of finding a way off the planet. 10 years after Arrival, he managed to find a massive underground that still had power and he knew that he finally found what he was looking for. Inside he found hundreds of ultra-advanced cloning vats and the spheres that brought down their ship in the first place. After months of trial and error, he succeeded in cloning himself. No longer alone, he made more and more of himself. After almost 300 years, the ancient alien city is now repopulated with only one person - 4 billion times.
Culture and Society: The society of The One is easy to understand. Every clone is an individual but they are all the same with the same likes and dislikes where one is working for the betterment of everyone as they are everyone.
In our own words, we record this in the event of a cataclysmic failure of the Dome. Whoever you may be that hears this, hear our story. Understand who we were, are and potentially, will be. We came on this planet almost 300 years ago from a far away planet called Earth, there were more of us all aboard one ship that was meant to be humanity's last bastion. During the first few years, everyone died. Diseases, in-fighting, the elements and the rest from starvation. Everyone but One. Me, them, us. I've managed to revive part of the alien city that you found this recording in and with the technology found here, I became we. One mind, 4 billion times. You'd wonder how we were able to survive all these years? Simple. One serves everyone. One is not one but more. One dies, so that the others live. One doesn't feel pain, how would he? When his mind is not his mind but our mind. The Glowy-Ones and ourselves is our food, the ice of the Frozen part of the world is our water. We don't need more than we provide to ourselves. What one experiences, all experience. We have explored 40% of the city and there are still places where we haven't managed to explore. Everyday, we die to find the answer to the one question we had since the beginning. What happened here? Why did it happen? Will it happen again?

Governance and Politics: The One don't have a form of government per se, as they are One and the same, each knows what's good for the other without the need for debate.
Technology Overview:
1. Ultra Advanced Cloning Vats allow a full grown human to be made in 48 hours.
2. The Dome - a huge structure meant to resist the worst environments.
3. Human-Batteries - All the major tech of The One will be sustained by human batteries which use their bodies to power them up. Depending on the power needed, the number of human batteries needed can be up to 1 million (for the cloning vats)
Military Overview: The One have no need to have a trained military as in-fighting is considered a stage of mental disease for the One.
Infrastuctre & more: 1. Food - In a part of the city, glowing mushroom grew which is being used as a base to clone it as many times it was needed to feed the One with a combination of themselves as protein.
1.1. Water? One side of their world is frozen. After you pass on through the first thousands that died to make it less-poisonous for the human body, that's it and the even bigger number of those that die due to the extreme temperatures, you're sorted.
2. Electricity - Themselves, hooking up thousands of Ones and using their energy to sustain the cloning vats.
3. Materials like clothes and the sorts? Leather clothes. Where do they get the leather from? You guessed it, themselves. Not that they really need that many clothes. They all look the same, it's like they'd watch themselves in the mirror. Tools? Bones. Would the bones break? Sure, but they've got an almost unlimited amount of bones. The list goes on.
Common terms :
Old One - The oldest of the One. He is the only one which refuses to update their information as a sense of simulating life as it would've been pre-cloning.
Immortalis - also called Bezians by the ECU. They were a highly advanced civilization that mysteriously disappeared. The Circle of One, the name of the city in which the One live, is a ruin. Besides the Vaults where the One discovered the cloning vats and the black pyramids, nothing else is undamaged. In some parts of the city there will be automatic defences (drones, machine guns etc) which protect it. That's the reason the One never explored all of their city.
