White Wolf Returns: A Homecoming for World of Darkness
For over three decades, White Wolf has stood at the bleeding edge of supernatural and horror storytelling. From Vampire: The Masquerade to Werewolf: The Apocalypse and Mage: The Ascension, our games helped shape generations of roleplayers, writers, and dreamers who sought meaning in the shadows.
Today, we are proud to announce that World of Darkness will once again be guided under the name that birthed it: White Wolf.
This isn’t just a name change. It’s a return to our roots—and a commitment to the future. A future where mature horror stories are told with care. Where community and collaboration are central. Where fans, creators, and licensees can find clarity, support, and inspiration under a banner they trust.
Simultaneously, we are announcing today that White Wolf will now be a publisher, as well as a licensor, of World of Darkness games. This means that we will continue to work with our network of licensing partners who bring you all the great video games, tabletop roleplaying games, card games, and more -- but we will also develop some new games internally, and publish them.
The first game that we will publish as White Wolf is Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 as co-publisher with Paradox Interactive. We will announce additional games from White Wolf as the publisher later this year.
As White Wolf, we will: • Reinforce our legacy as pioneers of narrative-driven horror and emotional roleplay across all our products. • Provide clear leadership across all World of Darkness media and products. • Support creators with improved tools, transparency, and canon guidance. • Maintain rigorous standards for inclusivity, sensitivity, and collaboration in storytelling.
The night belongs to us all. Welcome home, Vamily.
Name: Adrian Steele Age: Thirty-Four Sex: Male. Notoriety +3 Appearance: Steele stands at six foot four, he appears to have various brandings, scars and tattoos around his face and head. He is bald, clearly and it appears he has been for a while. He wears a blue fleeced jacket and under it an old faded punk rock band T. He wears a pair of old navy BDUs which are too faded in color. On his feet are a pair of black combat boots commonly used by Corporate Police. He appears to be of a muscular build and stands with solid stature, he always appears to be standing tall or atleast that's what he shows - at least. He has bags under his eyes, probably from sleep deprevivation Personality: Adrian is rather cold to those he dosen't trust, he analyzes everyone he meets and takes a course of action after meeting them. It can range from being friendly and cordial while he can change to a mean and ruthless brute. In private he is a quiet man who keeps to himself, his outward persona usually changes to fit the situation but around long term friends that persona may fade. Adrian isn't one to hold his tongue, he will speak his mind, his thoughts and opinions on a situation. If a job is bad he'll say it, despite back lash or any hate or praise he may get. He's honest and sticks to telling the truth - when he isn't under cover.
Honest – Disturbed – Sympathetic – Crude
Bio: So, a washed up Corporate dog?
It almost seems fitting that Adrian Steele use to be a Corporate cop, before Eurocop began to regulate everything. It's one of the paths street kids end up in, the gangs, the corps or the dead. All three very simple in nature, but situations change and people die, people get hurt and emotions run high. Especially WEST District, the last past ten years had been tough especially with the 17DEM and Eurocop going at it. Adrian started out as a Corporate Cop, he used to protect Executives, protect corporate property and take out the trash every once in a while. That was before the corps merged with Eurocop and Adrian lost his job, the young Adrian Steele took what he had as a Corporate dog and went into bounty hunting. Crime pays, but Bounties pay even better.
To fit into the life style Adrian got some tattoos, new threads, the scars and brandings were gained while he was on jobs. Sometimes captured, sometimes injured, an injury just meant a new story for Adrian to tell. This was the 9-5 for Adrian, grab some low level scum cash the bounty and go home and go out the next day. Was as in, past tense. When Adrian's sister, Maggie was crippled, the medical bills to keep her alive in the hospital were staggering. Adrian stepped up his game, went after some dark people and hauled in some high ranking 17DEM "terrorists". Adrian isn't liked and now isn't the time to start making amends, make the money, pay the debts, save Maggie and maybe become famous at the same time. Simple right? Nothing ever is. District: DST-16-WEST Weapon(s):
Small, compact, 12 rounds of 12 gauge. Revolving cylinder, the street sweeper.
A six inch old world gravity knife with brass knuckles on it, comes with some cute skulls. They are skulls right?

@DeadDrop Good post, could I ask you to clean it up a bit though? There's a few spelling mistakes (ones that can be easily overlooked), as well as a couple of grammatical errors. Just give it a once over, put it through a checker maybe? I'd appreciate it, as this is in the Advanced section.
Not trying to be a Nazi of Grammar, even if that's how I'm coming across.
Nathan's face presses into the sludge of slop that lays in front of him, his hungry mouth slurping up the gray sludge. It didn't take long as the tray found itself in an empty state. The sludge, devoured by the fiend. He licks his lips cleaning the chapped appendage of any more sledge before looking up at the guards and then to the prisoners. His face spread wide with a grin as he looked up to his fellow prisoners. "Do you feel it, I feel it in the air. The time of change is now, the Emperor commands it - something great is coming, the delegation is coming for everyone here. Soon, we'll be let back into society. Does that excite any of you, it excites me for I have more work to do. For the Emperor! Long live the Emperor!" He yells in their faces before laughing. Rocking on the bench that he is seated on "AHAHAHAHAHAHH!" He calms himself down to a small giggle
Some of the other prisoners of the other tables look over at him, whispering to themselves as they judge and mock the demented prisoners from afar. Nathan looks over to them with burning hate, alas his time of action will have to wait. They soon will be judged, perhaps by him but hopefully, the guards will be the ones punishing them for their sins. It's unlikely that things will change, he'll hang for what he has done that's why he is here, isn't he? Had Governor Freelok lied? He looked back up and maintained his smile to the other prisoners around the table in front of him. "What? Who? Oh, should we kill the officer? Do you not want to be set free or is it that you feel you are already redeemed. You aren't." He says to no one in particular before he laughs again.
He looks back up to the Captain and back to the group of prisoners. His hands gripping around his empty tray. "Throw it? We'll attack him? This sounds righteous!" He looks up to the bare gray ceiling. "The Emperor approves. Tell me when and we shall duel him, for our freedom. For honor, for glory, for our RIGHTS. WE. ARE. MANKIND!"
