I'm open to upwards to 30 minutes to an hour to 10-20 minutes to quirkless/physically weak people. That sound fair? Shonen time is rather infamous as it is.

Its whole mechanic is based on bad luck, or rather inducing it. That's a rather black cat coin toss way of doing things. I'd recommend explaining it in better details, or just have it so that you can disrupt mechanic things with electronic signals. Because that is a tangible thing I can play with.

@AmpharosBoyAlright one more edit I'd like to make after thinking about it in case it wasn't already there and I'm missing some context in my stressed state atm is that the effects shouldn't be instantaneous it is a virus, albeit a strong one but a hero just turning feral seems to be a bit much.

@ShardAlright well could you add what the level of decay he can bring back is in? I think I can accept it after that.

@Dead CruiserAlright fair game I suppose I'm not sure if a quirk like that would work naturally in a world like my hero but its literally going to be based off a coin flip and more or less reliant on me as a gm. If you're fine with that go ahead.

@ShardSo to make this clear his power can be used a medium range, and acts like a pseudo more biological burn like effect where it just rots away things? Also when it comes to necromancy I believe due to the nature of his quirk physical based powers of people with quirks that they should be lessened, and if there should be a cut off point where his ability to use his necromantic powers should fail to work on a dead body.

@AmpharosBoyThe brains is fine but I'm not sure how they'd factor into Shade Walker's group. They're meant to be an active agent cell meant to go on missions actively to spread the organization's influence. There are other groups like the aforementioned White Skull who specializes in certain fields like hers. Unless you purely intend for her to be some sort of agent, or really side character I'm not sure how to properly implement her. And Keiko's ability is fine up until the point where they start to fail to distinguish friend from foe. That leads into a huge liability aspect to the character. Shade Walker would have had to accept the fact that he is allowing a possible actually feral villain into his active strike force team.

@Eviledd1984 Alright well just inform me if you intend on keeping him as is, or editing him. I'm still of the opinion he isn't exactly strike team material but his quirk has its uses. Not everyone has to be of blunt force, or elemental power houses.

Just try not to do what happened last time not that it was your fault what happened entirely i was partially to blame as well. I'll wait for adjustments you want to make b4 grading it I'd personally make a fresh character but if you want to reuse him go ahead.
