devaronian is the race you're looking for. They're basically thugs for the hutts for the most part.

Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

Again I'm honestly not to thrilled about the concept of freely enabling flight but I'll allow it as its a maybe and can be used for plots later. I'll accept it.
@Whoami I'm not sure if there is a precedent for flight that isn't a very high tier spell, or something along the sort I'm fine with the character otherwise. I do have a bone to pick when it comes to flight as it gives players, and npc's a variety of ways to get breathing room, and other advantages. I think the pope may have used flight maybe Filo but she's an actual bird creature queen.

Also like I've stated in the above paragraph there hasn't been a first wave.
Well @The 42nd Gecko can solidify an idea he wants to do then we'd have him, you me, colorless, and reflection which would be enough to make a bare bones cast for an OOC. I intend to make a pair so that means Reflection can go with one of you, and then colorless can work with the one left over unless everyone wants to double up but Gecko seems to be having issues with servants.
@ColourlessKingI suppose this has no hard place in canon so I'll allow it.
@Guardian Angel HarukiAlright well aside from cleaning up the CS I don't see anything wrong with it if that was you confirming my former statement. I'll accept the Cs.
So basically her sub-race can transform into a mermaid in the water? @Guardian Angel Haruki I'm not sure if races work like that in the shield hero universe but I'm willing to bend it as there won't be too many, if any, occasion when we'll be by a large amount of water to make such a thing truly viable.
It's alright just making sure you're still in this game.
Also here's the OOC anyone who still wants to apply can do so within.

I'd like to repeat level is superfluous it will only be a way of showing how far our characters have come, or in a way to show you a gauge of how strong the enemy is.

Biography:
Born in rural Maine young Cole was born to a group of successful fisherman, and belongs to a long line of such people dating all the way back to the inception of America. Cole's parents were often too busy to raise him so Cole was actually sent to Connecticut to live with his uncle Phil who was taking care of the grand parents. Phil was more of a laid back sort of of parental figure, and much more geeky than Cole's actual parents. Phil was a teacher in Hartford, and used his money to help bring Cole up to be a rather nice, if not quiet young man. Cole tried his best at sports as a young man often taken to local games by his grandfather on the weekends when he was feeling well enough. However they weren't especially his forte, and he ended up simply stopping sports all together in order to hang out with his Uncle, and his friends around a DnD table.

Eventually Cole moved back to Maine where he finished school, and helped his parents out for a time. He helped with a lot of his parents' warehouse work while they managed the financial, and business aspects. However one aspect seemed to remain a near constant in his life after his teenage years. He was constantly teased, and picked on by a jock by the name of Chad Buckley the head of a football team when he was still in Hartford. Growing up Chad seemed to never actually give Cole a break, and though he never got too physical it was unrelenting. Thankfully Chad was dumber than a sack of bricks when he was younger, and Cole managed to prank him in return multiple times in retaliation. Chad would reappear in Cole's life later as he moved to California for an college course in business to further consolidate his life. However by pure coincidence Chad's scholarship also landed him in the same school, and Chad, while mellowed out somewhat, still was a bit of a prick. Cole's hope of life changed as he grabbed a strange book, and was quickly transported to a new world...

It happened in an instant a flash from a book, and the world changing around four individual normal folks from different worlds. As if they were fish pulled from different environments and being thrust into an completely different ocean. The Four heroes now sit in the middle of a magical ritual circle surrounded by a large group of men. Some of them in priest outfits, other ones in suits of armor carrying weapons from times past of their world. Of course none of the new heroes knew exactly what had just happened but for the individuals in the room they were met by a cheer of happiness from the clerics in the room who excitedly congratulated each other. In particular a young man wearing priest robes, and a small pair of round glasses. In the hands of the heroes were weapons they hadn't used before. Strange objects: A sword, a spear, a bow, and a shield. Too the more nerdy among the group it was clear that they were now in some sort of isekai scenario, kind of like some of the MMO's they had played before except this time it was clearly real enough as the weapons attached to them felt alien in their hands. And their sight was obscured by a menu of sorts if they focused hard enough on one person. The cheers died down and the boy walked forward and cleared his voice before talking to them all cheerfully.

"I'm so glad it worked! Thank Grand Master Eric for his instruction! Inform the king, and queen immediately that the heroes are here!" a young man in brown robes stated quickly as a soldier nodded, and ran off quickly. The young man spread his arms wide in welcome, and quickly pressed his glasses up his nose. He had messy brown hair, and wasn't particularly handsome. He seemed genuinely happy to see all of them here. "Welcome brave heroes! Welcome to our world! I'm sorry if you did not wish this, but we have called you here for good reason I promise you. My name is Hans Copper, and I request that you assist us in saving the world!" The boy named Hans stated as he quickly spoke up again before questions arose, "You are the successors of the former Four Great Cardinal Heroes! Heirs to a legacy of great men, and women!"

Cole looked around his blade clung to his hand insistently he couldn't seem to let go of his weapon. Not that he'd want to but the initial shock of the area almost made him lose his focus. Heroes? Were the people gathered around him apart of this new group? The last thing he remember...he remembered grabbing a book off a shelf in the library of his college. His eccentric librarian had recommended he look there for something he needed for class. He looked at the golden blade in his hand as the man in front of him talked, and he admired it it was well made, and seemed to fit perfectly in his hand. It was nothing like he felt before but it felt right in his hands as if it was made for him. And judging by the speech it was meant to be his. "I see? I can't say I'm any sort of great hero...nor do I know how I even got chosen out of all the people out there but...I don't see any other way forward. I'll help you if I can." Cole said calmly but somewhat shaken as he still was adjusting to everything here. 'This seems a lot like those dumb cheesy animes Mike from science class watched just after class...he'd love it if he were here. Whatever gotta play it cool...if this is really real than I can't loose face.' Cole stated as he waited to hear what the others around him had to say.

Meanwhile in the hall of the castle the adventurers called together to aid the heroes rested, and chatted with each other. The large hall of the castle's interior was spacious, and extremely well furnished. The guards, and knights chatted about the possible arrival of heroes, and the fact that all the nations came together to make it happen...it was quite the spectacular event. Even if it failed it meant good things for the new young King of Melromarc.
