I think it would be better that only you play your charachters. That way we don't have them do something outside of the personalities you are giving them. I think it would be better if you had them go off on their own that way when you get back you aren't trying to figure out what we did to them. :P I hope you can get back soon. Just let us know what's going on hun. :)

Tia heard Velocity speaking to her and she sighed. "I do for at least a couple more hours anyway. I saw you come in, nice speed or blur." She stood up and shook his hand. "You've come at a crazy time. So if I forget something please excuse me and our current mess. As you can see the HQ was attacked while we were gone and they basically tore the roof off of the sixth floor R&D. They took a lot of experimental and valuable equipment. Due to that Wicked is coming down from the agency. It is not going to be a kind visit so you might want to hide. I would if I could, believe me. Let's go get you a room and settled in."

Tia took him to her office and gave him his comlink and key card. "The card is only needed the first time. It allows you to set your fingerprint and visual id." She showed him how to get into his room. Tia headed back to her office and started on the massive amount of paperwork that was called for in this situation.

SHIVER and TIA

Shiver thanked the doc and looked in the mirror. Her powers weren't back but at least she could see Tia and not worry that she would be found out. She walked back to her room and changed. Then she called Tia. "Omega said you were looking for me?" Tia looked up at her and asked. "Yes, are you ok? You seemed a little off when we first got back." "Nope, I'm all good." Shiver replied.

"Oh hey, Nice job on the creature and the rescues today. You were really moving." Tia's cell phone rang and she answered it when she saw who it was. "Hello Wicked, Yes, I know you saw the report on Tv. I hadn't because I needed the inventory done first and I....Yes ma'am. No ma'am ...we are already..." Shiver quickly walked away. She could hear her mother's yelling through the phone and Tia looked like she might burst into tears at any moment. "Yes, your room will be ready." She heard Tia say and she texted Omega and Miles that Wicked was on her way.

Tia got off of the phone and sat on the edge of the top of the building. Wicked was coming and she sounded like she wanted blood. The government and the military were breathing down her neck about the stolen project. She closed her eyes from the burning tears. She hated fighting with Wicked it always made her feel terrible. How do you feel good about arguing with the Earth's guardian angel? Not that Wicked was infallible because she wasn't, not by a long shot. She even had glitches that seemed to mess her up more and more over time. Wicked was on her mind, memories of her childhood with her and now she wondered if this would be the final battle. As much as they fought since Tia had become an adult, Tia always expected that one day it could be a deadly fight.

Shiver put on one of the pool robes that would hide her injuries. After making sure she was covered she walked to the medical building taking the long way around so that Tia wouldn't see her and ask her why she looked like she was in pain. Having been raised as sisters the girls knew each other as well as they knew themselves. She asked for Dr. Evergreen and was put in a room to wait for her.

When the Doctor came in Shiver said, "Whatever I tell you you can't tell anyone right?" Starting this with those words piqued the doctor's interest. Shiver started her story after the doctor nodded.

"A couple of years ago I found out about a genetic defect I inherited from my mother. If I overexert myself too much my two active powers stop working. So right now my ice powers and teleportation powers are down. And the best part..." she said sarcastically, "no one else can heal me and there is no cure for it because it is in my DNA. Tia doesn't know this. If she did she would never send me out on anything even remotely dangerous. She would keep me in the office doing paperwork. I don't want that. I have been hiding out from Tia til my powers come back. So I am suffering because of it. I know you can't heal the genetic DNA part but can you help me with this?"

Shiver pulled the robe off carefully and showed the doctor her back in its nearly black bruised state. The robe had irritated her skin and she was shaking a little bit from the pain.
