Darius opened the door and Held a gun to Chris' head. "Let me see your right arm." Chris must have passed inspection because he was pulled inside and Darius hollared. "Get Miss Nikki!" He looked at Chris with the gun still pointed at him and he looked out the small window in the door and said "You got friends with ya?" Darius counted three more, all kids and probably siblings.
Nikki had just left her room when she heard Darius yell for her at the front door. "Crap, what now?" She turned around and went towards the front door. He was letting in what appeared to be a group. "Did you check them?" She asked as she neared the door. There were two men and two kids. The oldest of the bunch stayed off to the side and seemed not to know the others. After checking both men's arms she said,
"The rules here are simple. You help with what needs to be done and you can stay. If you try to hurt someone who already lives here you will pay with your life. I checked your arms because we were attacked yesterday. They drove a bus through the fence and one of the walls into the school. We have killed all of them that we found and they even made it easy for us, they all had the same tattoo. They are the responsible for several deaths, the beating of a woman and a six month old baby and the rape and beating of another woman." She looked at all of the reactions.
"My name is Nikki Hyatt and this is my school. If you can't handle that Darius will let you out." She turned around and started to walk away. "If you are staying then follow me." Nikki showed them where they could eat and continued on so they could stash their stuff in their rooms. "This is your room." she said to Chris. "Women and children are upstairs. Men who can fight at a moments notice are down here. I am also down here." She took them all upstairs and showed all three kids where they were staying. They were down the hall from Kat and Grace and Jenna.
