I'm sure whatever I forget or leave out Ojo chan 42 can tell you.

The compact was broken and in Chicago Nora(Dracula vamp) meets Grant (Vampire) and saves him from an angry mob. He leaves and comes back with Piper(hybrid). Lol Piper takes Grant's virginity and finds a soul connection in him. Nora called her to discuss going to the vampire council to find out what happened. Piper goes back to her room to find Grant has disappeared completely. Barkley knocks Rick out with sleeping pills so Nora can keep him from following her. The girls go to the council 5 hours away. They don't get much information before one of the council realizes that Piper is a hybrid and orders an attack on her. Chaos erupts and the girls get outside. At the same time Grant is setting off a poison in the air duct. He waits to set it off until he sees Piper and Nora are outside then he sets it off killing 6 of the 9 council members.

Nora and Piper race back to Nora's and barely get there in time to get Nora in the house where she is confronted by Rick and old pal Ben shows up. Piper goes to hunt in the woods. Grant shows up in time to save her from assassination by his employer's goons. Piper talks to Grant and is devastated to find out what he has been doing. She bolts back to the house gets her stuff and takes off. Grant gives chase and catches up to her and there is a power struggle between the two and Piper submits and lets him have the dominant role in their relationship.

MEANWHILE in New York

Jean and Sasha run into Vladmir and .....she interviews him there is a vampire chasing them who wants to kill Sasha. They end up at Vladmir's where he and Sasha proceed to fall in love and have sex. (I'm not as up on the details on this side.)

Grant and Piper

Grant was driven to another shanty bar, looking no more extraordinary than any other place. He was driven to the street the bar was on, but at the other end. When Grant stepped out of the vehicle, the driver rolled down his window and spoke to Grant.

"Ask for Mat."

The driver rolled up his window and took off. Grant closed his eyes, taking in every sensation he could. While Grant preferred solitude, he sure did enjoy nature at times. Grant walked down the street into the bar. Same as before, this bar had the amount of clientel and same atmosphere. Grant walked over and took a seat at the counter.

"Good evening bartender," Grant said,"I wish to order nothing, for I am meeting my friend Mat at this establishment. Might you know of him?"

The bartender eplied."For sure he is a regular. What buisness do you have with him to meet him here?"

"I wish to inform him of the dread that sleeps within."

The bartender nodded and pressed a concealed button under his counter top. A door to the side of the bar opened. Grant, same as last time, went through the door and sat in the chair surrounded by a single spot light. A mysterious voice spoke out.

"What is flavour of fear?"

Grant responded."Sublime my brother."

The voice spoke up again."How did you fair Grant?"

"I completed my mission with ease. I believe I killed half the council, the other half horribly disfigured. Even though they are not all dead, they are in a complete dissaray. There will not be anything to stop you while you complete your plans."

The voice laughed."Very good. But you have something to hide from me, dont you? Do not think you can hide ANYTHING FROM ME YOU HALF BREED VERMIN!"

Grant was suddenly flung from his seat and across the room, hitting the wall very hard. Grant picked himself up and dusted himself off.

"I have nothing to hide. If I have not mentioned something it is because I felt it was unne-." Grant was cut short by the same force that flung him, this time choking him by his throat and lifting him in the air.

The voice spoke and was not happy."I know of your little hybrid. And you know what I am going to tell you. You must.....delete her. Also, there is a journalist that has information. She doesnt realize it but this information could be my downfall. You will delete her as well. You shall know her as......Sasha."

Grant was let go and fell to the ground, massaging his throat. Grant responded hoarsly."Y-yes.......Creator."

(Hours later)

Grant was in the woods, tracking down his Hybrid lover. He could smell her miles away, and even from this distance she made him nervous. Could he do it? He had several ways to kill her without using his strength, but could he? He did not even understand what she was to him yet.

Piper had just finished off a mid sized doe and she was in the lake washing off in her human form. She was swimming and floating in the water. She sat up suddenly hearing a noise. She looked around and she heard it running quickly. "Grant? Is that you?" She looked hard into the brush and her senses picked up his scent and she smiled. She walked out of the water in the direction he was in. Like most wolves her nudity didn't bother her at all. She knew it would make a difference with Grant though. 

"Grant come here." She caught sight of him in the trees. "Okay love hide and seek it is."

It was bothering her that he was not responding to her calls. "I know what you were doing?"

Grant moved swiftly through the trees, quietly and unseen. 
"What do you think I was doing?"

Piper turned around and she looked at him and frowned. "Who is over there? And why do they smell like you? What's going on Grant?" She pointed to where the other person had been not a moment before.

Grant spoke softly.

"What do you think I was doing?"

"I still think you are messing with me and I do-" A gunshot is heard and Piper falls to the ground. Her breathing is labored and she is looking at him with accusation in her eyes.

Grant moved without thinking. He knew that His master had sent a backup team, and he knew what his backups strategy was. As soon as They were in position, Grant chose to save Piper. He knocked her to the ground before the bullet hit her, and when he landed he scratched his finger, drawing blood. He sent a small sharp blood spike at one fo the trees near him, snapping a near invisble line. When it snapped, two heads rolled out from the shadows. They were the heads of his backup. As Grant moved silently a few moments ago he had been setting up traps, designed to kill Piper or save her deending on which action he chose. Grant looked at Piper in her eyes.

"I am sorry Piper, but you are in danger. It is my fault."

She got to her feet never taking her eyes off of him. "Who is trying to kill me and why? It's because of last night isn't it? What were you really doing there? I know it wasn't worry about me either.I want the truth."

Piper looked at him and said "I trusted you."

Grant stood up slowly. He could not meet Pipers gaze.

"Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak knits up the o-er wrought heart and bids it break."

Grant sighed softly.

"I wish I could tell you, I truly do, but right now is not the time. I.....am not who I say I am not entirely. I can answer three simple questions then we must move. More than likely back to Miss Nora's manor."

"Did you kill members of the council last night?"
"Are you responsible for the bombs in New York?"

"What am I to you?"

Grant sighed, and spoke quickly.

"You ask not simple questions but so be it. Yes I murdered council members, No I was not responsible for the bombing, although the bombs used were of my design, and you are a bright light in my otherwise dark and lonely world. I dont know, I dont know how. I could say soul mates but I have never believed in such a thing."

Piper had no words for the turmoil that was going through her heart and mind. She transformed and ran to Nora's barn and changed into clothes and ran inside the house into her room. She was unsure what to do and she had no excuse for running through the house with her hair wet and she grabbed her bag and out the door she ran.

Nora stood up worried. "Rick go after her." By the time he had gotten to the door Piper was gone.

Piper ran and when she got deep enough into the woods she stopped to change to wolf again. I would be easier getting to the pack in wolf form. 

Grant followed in haste. Grant suprised himself and would later write of his actions as man who was completley foolish. He stopped by the manor, tracking her by her scent, and stopped in front of Nora.

"Where did Piper go did she say?"

Nora grabbed him by the throat and hoisted him in the air. "What did you do to her? She was a mess and crying! No she didn't say. She was too busy grabbing her bag and running as fast as she could." Nora threw him against the door. "Get out of my house! You better hope she is ok!"

After Grant picked himself up from being thrown he sped towards the scent of Piper. He ran as fast as he could, and when he could not run a second longer he ran harder. He had to catch up to her, to make her understand........she had to. When Grant finally did catch up to her, he stood facing her back trying to catch his breath silently. 

Piper was shaking and leaning against a tree about three miles down the road. Once again she had great judgement of people. This time she gave her heart to a murderous vampire who was going to get her killed. She looked through her bag and she stopped. Not turning around she asked him. 

"Are you here to kill me?" Piper asked.

Grant walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. He kissed her neck, then slightly bit her earlobe, taking in all of her scent that he could handle.

"I......was suppose to. I was sent back to kill you but I realize now that I could never do that. Or maybe I knew all along, and I was fooling myself into thinking I could."

Grant turned Piper around and kept himself wrapped around Piper. He then kissed her softly.

"Piper......I cannot say that I am in love, for I have never known love. What I do know, is that being with you feels more right than anything else in my entire life. I need you Piper in more ways than one. If I were to lose you....it would be as painful as the day I turned."

Piper looked into his eyes and she could see the truth there. If nothing else he was telling her the truth about his feelings. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. She knew that she should go into hiding and disappear and part of her wanted to but she didn't want to leave him. She hadnt realized how important he had become to her already.

"I'm not sure that Nora will let you back into her home. So where do we go now?" She leaned forwards and kissed him tenderly at first then passionately. She kissed him frantically as if he would be taken from her at any moment. 

Grant kissed Piper back, then hungered for her. Grant picked Piper up and held her against the tree, not being able to hold himself back.

"I say we go.....into a land of flesh and pleasure. For we should feel happiness before talking of sour notions."

Grant began unclothing Piper. 

Piper nearly ripped his clothes off in her frenzy to have him. Most of his clothing was still useable and hers went into the pile along with his. 

A power struggle took place until she let him take the dominant role. This was telling for their future roles in their relationship.

Piper was gentle with him even when he was a little rough with her and she kissed him deeply and she understood his words. Soul mates, she was wondering about that as he pleasured her til she couldn't think any longer.

Grant knew he could be slightly timid at times, and he knew that he had hurt Piper in such a way that required him to be more than he was. Grant decided to be risky, and be more aggressive with Piper. Grant was still slightly gentle but he tried to do what he could to make Piper lose herself, and lose any train of thought she had. He knew he still had a mission, and that his master would forgive him for not killing Piper as long as she was with him. Grant realized that what he was doing was more than just necessarry. He wanted this. He wanted her. Grant set Piper on the ground, and lost himself in her flesh.

Piper lay in his arms and she knew she would do anything for him. She couldn't leave him, he had established his dominance over her. As part of a pack she had no choice but to obey him in most things.The problem was that he wasn't part of a pack but he was too important to her to walk away from. She buried her face into his chest and worried about what their future held."You may not know what love is but I do. I love you but please don't take advantage of that and hurt me." Piper kissed his neck and let her teeth graze it lightly.

“Hear my soul speak. Of the very instant that I saw you, Did my heart fly at your service”

Grant spoke softly, slightly dazed. 

"I have to kill a women named Sasha."

"Who is making you do this? Why do they want her dead?" Piper continued kissing his neck and jawline to his lips.

Grant breathed hard, and growled somewhere deep within his throat. He returned her kiss once.

"He is one who is shrouded in darkness, to speak his name is a curse upon thy self. Trust me when I say you do not wish to know of him. And he is not making me do anything. I do not prefer my line of work, but I can do nothing else."

Grant sighed again.

"As to why her? She needs to die, that is all you need to know."
Piper didn't like this answer but her ears picked up running vampires. The sun had gone and Nora was looking for her. They quickly got dressed or at least mostly dressed. "Nora, over here." She called. Nora looked at them in the state they were in and she smirked. 

"You two are not permitted to fight like teenagers. I won't have it. Now come inside before all of the crazy vamp killers get out." Nora turned to go back and stopped and looked at Grant and Piper. "I got a call...6 of the 9 members of the council died last night within minutes of our leaving. They wanted to know if we saw anything."

Piper kept her cool and said "They were fine when we last saw them so how could we know anything? " Piper grabbed her bag off of the ground. Nora was still suspicious. She would let it slide for now.
