Lukas Liekos-Werewolf

Lukas lifted her chin and pulled it back to his and he pulled her up against him tightly and he lifted her into the air and kissed her exposed tummy. Then bringing her back to his face he buried his head into her neck and when it tickled she laughed and then he knew he had her. He set her on her feet and the instant her feet hit the ground she was laughing and running around the playground as he chased her. She zigged and zagged around on an instant and he finally caught her but he had to launch himself in the air and when they both fell to the ground he tickled her til she was screaming with laughter and yelling "Ok Ok! I give up!" He couldn't seem to take his eyes off of her and she was having trouble too. When he sat up on his knees but still pinning her down with his hands. She smiled lacing their fingers together. "Now that you have me Mr. Liekos whatever are you going to do with me?" She said flirting innocently and batting her eyelashes at him. He chuckled and began kissing her deeply.

The hoots and hollars and the catcalls of the group of wolves that had encircled them was more than enough to make Piper stiffen up and push him up. "Who...oh I'm so embarrassed." Piper turned her head as Lukas lifted himself off of her and pulled her to her feet and into his arms possessively. He raised his hand to the group. "Brothers and sisters this is my mate. We have BOTH imprinted on each other. No one will mess with her, is that understood?" Piper wondered how often both mates in the couple imprinted on each other. She was fairly certain that it wasn't something that happened often.

The circle of wolves nodded their heads and seemed to have a new respect for her. She was positive that was because of Lukas. He grabbed her hand and ran with her into the apartment building and into his apartment. Once there he shut and locked the door and Piper grinned and took off her shirt and threw it at him and she ran for the bedroom. She was tackled to the bed in gales of laughter. His shirt already floating to the ground. The rest of the clothes and shoes were forgotten as his hands and mouth claimed her as his, before he gave in to her pleas for him to take her. When he teased her she pulled on her wolf strength and flipped him over and she took charge and returned the teasing and she was kinder and gave them both what they wanted. After they were both exhausted and sated Lukas lay with her in his arms and kissed her softly. Piper murmured, "I love you."

Piper lay there breathing hard when one thing struck her as terrible. It scared her so much that she turned to Lukas and hugged him so tight he realized something was upsetting her immensely. "What is it my love?" Piper looked him in the eye. "I'm hybrid." Not understanding the problem he nodded. "Yes, I am aware of that and I love you anyway." She sat up and informed him."No, you don't get it. I can do whatever I want with no problems as long as my maker, Lucinda, allows it. It's not something I can ignore it is part of being a vampire. If she tells me not to see you again I physically won't be able to see you as long as she lives."

Lukas looked at her a moment "Get up, get dressed we have something to do." Piper got up and dressed. They were out the door in a matter of just a few minutes.

Casey Green

Casey was scared nearly to death as the wolf had bitten her. She screamed with agony and it ran off deeper into the woods. Casey tried to get up to run but her ankle was firmly broken and she cried out when she tried to stand. That was when she saw a man coming through the trees at her. All her mind registered was that he was alive and trying to help her. Casey was in shock so she didn't respond to his questions right off. Her mind wasn't listening. It seemed to catch up all at once and she grabbed onto him for dear life begging him not to leave her there.

Her heartbeat was echoing in her head louder than it had ever been. Her back was bitten into high up closer to her shoulder. "I was going to a class and I was running late so I took a shortcut though the woods and I heard the wolf but by then it was too late. I ran but it attacked me. When I screamed it must have scared it off. How bad is the bite? Do I need to go to the hospital?" She laughed a fearful and disbelieving laugh, "at least I wouldn't turn to a werewolf until tomorrow night, ha ha no full moon til then." Casey closed her eyes and looked like she might pass out. "Please, you have to help me get out of here. I can't walk. I think my ankle is broken." The last thing Casey saw was the handsome face of a man with a couple of distinctive scars on his face.

Alex & Claudia

Alex yelled. "Piper! Come back here!" When she walked away he stared into Claudia's questioning eyes. His lady had the power to calm him and right now he was needing that so much.

75 years ago? What was Piper talking about? Claudia laid a hand on Alex's chest as Piper dragged her wolf out of the bar. As soon as the hybrid and the wolf left, she frowned at Alex. "Was all that really necessary? It's pretty difficult for us to resist the person we imprint on. You can't blame Piper for that." She took a deep breath, not really sure she wanted to ask. It was one thing to assume that there was something between Alex and Piper in the past. But it was another to actually hear it from him. Apparently, she didn't even need to ask.

He put his arms around Claudia and said, "I owe you an explanation." Since Tabitha and that loud guy were at the bar and she was capable of serving them he took Claudia into the office and closed the door. Alex looked suddenly worn out. He sat in the chair and sat her on the desk so he could wrap his arms around her and pull her to him. Alex let her see a side of him she hadn't yet. She got to see the vulnerable side of him, the one he protected at all costs.

"Lucinda saved Piper during her wolf transformation. When she brought her home and we met it was like love at first sight for both of us. Things were great for about 87 or so years. We had trouble the last 13 years or so. She wanted to spend time in a pack and I wouldn't let her go. Yeah I was a bigger asshole back then. Eventually she wrote me a note and left. For a long time I resented the note. For me it was like I got no closure on the relationship. I was a walking functioning open wound. She stayed away for 25 years. By then I was with Sookie and that only lasted a couple of years. When Piper came back she said "Hi big brother." So we never spoke of it and just slipped into this place were we can do everything together except talk about what happened." Alex looked up at Claudia and he reached up and kissed her deeply. "You know I love only you. I want only you. There is just this hurt that was never fully healed. I still care about her obviously but I don't want her back. I need you to know that."

As the words spilled out from Alex's lips, Claudia had no idea how she was supposed to react. Knowing that he loved someone that much to carry the pain for so many years was... She shook her head. She had no words to describe it. She couldn't even imagine it. Like the way she couldn't imagine losing him. But a part of her began to resent Piper. Because she left him in this state. Because he loved her that much. Because while she had definitely imprinted on him and while he told her he wanted no one else, she had no idea if he'd eventually leave and go back to her. Because there were so many what ifs. She sighed and let him kiss her, responding with the same intensity but keeping silent afterwards.

Alex watched her face and he could feel a difference in her kisses. It tore at his heart that he had hurt her. Alex pulled back and he said something that he couldn't have ever thought possible. "As much as I loved Piper for over 100 years and as bad as losing her felt...If I lost you...Nothing could hurt me worse than losing you. I think it would kill me. Please Claudia." This time he kissed her so gently and tenderly, the love was so deep and pure that when he moved to kissing her neck it made her body shiver in reaction. "God I love you Claudia."

Claudia heard what he had to say and saw the sincerity in his eyes. And even though she was sure she'd still feel threatened by Piper, she knew that she'd stay by his side. Now, tomorrow and for all of eternity. She intertwined her fingers through his as they kissed. "Nothing will keep us apart. I love you too, Alex," she whispered.

Alex kissed her and whispered into her ear. "I think Lucinda just walked in. Let's let her run the place for a little while." Alex went back to kissing her and only when the door opened did he pull back and look at Lucinda. "What did you do to the bar? You broke it! There is broken glass everywhere!" Alex dropped his gaze in guilt. "Yes I did that."

"Well? What happened?" She said putting her hands on her hips. "Piper...and I-" Lucinda glared at him. "So the two of you pick NOW to talk about something that happened what? 75 years ago? And you thought it was okay to break my bar! That's real mature of you both. Now get out of here and go cool down!"

"Lucinda, she imprinted on a wolf." Lucinda's expression changed, "What about Grant? I thought that's what it supposedly was between them." " Apparently not, but who she imprinted on is the problem." Lucinda prepared herself. "Who?"

"Lukas Liekos, one of Samuel's wolves." Lucinda barely managed not to scream, enraged that it would be one of their enemies. Calming herself seemed to be something she did better than Alex. "I'll deal with that when I see her next." Alex nodded and he pulled Claudia with him and they left the bar.

Claudia remained silent all throughout Lucinda and Alex's conversation, shaking her head a little when Piper imprinting was again brought up. She really didn't think it was anything to worry about. And she told Alex her thoughts once they were out of the bar. "Having Piper imprint on this Lukas can work to your advantage, given of course that he imprinted on her as well. If he truly imprinted on her, he would no longer be loyal to anyone but Piper. Not even the commands of the alpha would make any difference."

"Yes or it could make her loyal to him and whatever he wants to do." Alex thought for a moment and smiled. "But Piper is hybrid which means she is Lucinda's to command wolf or no. Lucinda can command her to stop seeing him or at the very least to bring him to our side." Relief flooded through his body and he seemed less stressed.

Claudia nodded. "Exactly." She looked at Alex. "So... where are we going?"

Alex North

When they reached the clearing Shade was standing there watching the small fire he set to burn what was left of her. He was also saying something in his native tribal language. Alex didn't know what it was but he knew that Shade had loved Kitty but she hadn't ever seemed to see him as anything but a brother. He ran them over to the small fire and he set Claudia on her feet and kept his arm around her. They stayed there for quite a while before eventually going back inside the house.

Casey Green-Human

Casey walked towards the wooded area. She was running late and she only knew of one way to get there on time. She darted into the woods and she slowed so as not to twist her ankle on the uneven ground under her feet. The branches caught her hair every now and then. Casey's heart skipped a beat as she heard a wolf howl in the not too far off distance. Chills ran up her spine and she hurried her steps and kept as quiet as possible. She heard it coming up on her from the side and as it leaped at her she dropped to the ground and it sailed over her and she got up and ran faster dropping everything as it was now just not important. The large white wolf turned towards her and Casey stepped into a hole and fell breaking her ankle all she could do was roll up into a ball giving it her back to bite but not her face or chest. She screamed as the wolf bit her on the back and ran off.

Alex North

Alex had seen Claudia when he turned around and saw her darting into the woods. He had seen her and he followed her to make sure that she was alright. He could smell those other wolves and the thought that there was more than she could handle on her own worried him. He followed his nose and when he got there she had already laid waste to the first wolf and she was ripping the second one apart. Thankful that she was ok he wiped the tears from his eyes.

Alex got to her realizing that she had been bitten and was injured. He bit his wrist and put his blood directly over the wound and when she changed back he told her to drink and put his wrist up to her mouth. After she was healed he took off his shirt and put it around her so she wouldn't be naked in front of Shade. "Let's go back to the house baby."

Kitty Kitchell

Kitty lay on the ground with Charlie barking at her and he was backing up towards the house. She was totally ignoring his warnings and he turned and ran through the doggy door as the wolf attacked his master. Kitty's screams were deafening. The wolf was tearing the skin off of her bones and the pain...the pain was horrific. Charlie was jumping at Alex when it started and he got there in time to see it rip Kitty's heart out. Shade was there at the same moment and as Alex crushed the wolf's body in fury and grief he watched Shade cry as he held what was left of Kitty.

Alex dropped to his knees in anguish.
