I know, I don't either. It just works better for what I want to do with her at this point.
@Caits@Evolution365

DA was supposed to help with the baby. Without him there it just seemed like a sad reminder. Plus babies almost never live during TWD so it would be more realistic. Besides, newborns skulls are incredibly fragile as they haven't hardened yet and are easily damaged. So it's very likely a 200lb man could easily crush it's skull when he fell on it. The baby was not shot. His skull was damaged when Kyle fell on him. I described it better when Violet was holding him.

@POOHEAD189

They are fighting walkers at the moment. You could have him jump in and help them out. Read the last 2 posts I wrote and you should be able to hop in easily.
Alex North

Alex kept feeling like there were eyes on him that normally weren't there. He only started to feel them once he left Cleveland and got back outside the city. Claudia. He pulled his car off to the side of the road and went to the trunk and grabbed a blanket out and waited. "Claudia! I know you are here." He said just outside his house. He looked around and smirked to himself as Claudia and several other wolves appeared. He walked over to his woman and covered her with a blanket as she changed. As he wrapped her in the blanket he gave her a stern look.

Alex pulled her away from the other wolves out of earshot. "Tell them to leave. Shade will flip out if he finds wolves here after Kitty." He waited for her to do this.

Then Alex pulled her in for a heart melting kiss and he scolded her. "I work for the Vampire Council. The missions they send me on are dangerous and I don't want you in danger because of me. That is why I did not tell you. Sometimes I have to deal with Humans, sometimes it's wolves but most of the time I kill vampires. That is why they call me "The Enforcer."

Casey Green-Werewolf

Casey looked at Darric unsure what to make of his last comment. She touched her hand to his face and looked into his eyes. "Why would you say that to me? You saved me. You are kind and gentle from what I've seen." Casey was unsure of how she felt about this, of what to do. "Don't you want me to be with you?"

@Caits

Lol. How else besides the head was he supposed to get a fatal shot? I said he was carrying the baby on his chest.
Tabitha, Alex and Lucinda

with @Caits

Alex looked at Tabitha as she stared at him. It was only then he realized that she was smelling Garrett's blood on him. He walked towards her slowly. "Tabitha, Lucinda sent me to get you." Alex reached over and gently took her hand in his. "Aunt Tabby, Garrett...Grant killed him...I walked in just after it happened and I killed Grant."

Tabitha shook her head wildly, trying to move further away from Alex, she pushed around the table, not sure what she was even thinking. That if she moved far enough away, it wouldn't be true? "No. No, you're wrong. Go away, leave me alone" It couldn't happen again, could it? She couldn't lose someone she loved again, not like this, not just after finding it, not after...not after it made her feel whole. Perfect. It couldn't be true.

It simply couldn't.

She turned away, beginning to move through what clients were left in the bar, seeking an exit, a place to run, something, anything. Because it just couldn't be.

Alex grabbed Tabitha and pulled her to him. He held her for a moment. His heart was breaking for her and his own tears were starting up again. This had been his uncle the man had been in his afterlife for 850 years. "I have to take you there. I'm sorry." Alex picked her up and dodged the flying punches and even though she was an original and could pack quite a punch Alex tossed her over his shoulder and ran back to the house. When he put her down he looked at Lucinda. "Did you figure out what happened?" Lucinda nodded. "Tabby...."

Tabitha snarled, kicked, scratched, hit and even for a brief moment considered bite Alex, anything to get him to put her down, to let her go, to simply leave her alone. She fled as soon as he put her down, ignoring Lucinda, knowing she didn't want to hear the words, knowing she couldn't. But there was no where to run to. No safe place anymore.

There was nothing.

She darted outside, the sun for once feeling like doom and gloom. And then didn't know where to go.

Lucinda stepped in front of Tabitha and she grabbed her in a ferocious hug and she cried with her. When Lucinda got herself under control again she looked at Tabitha. "I know you loved him, I did too. You don't have to see him if you don't want to but you need to know what happened because we have to find out who helped Grant to do this. You know that there is no way that he could have killed Garrett on his own. Do you want to know what he did?"

Tabitha pushed Lucinda away from her. How could Lucinda understand? Tabitha hadn't had the luxury of having any feelings for any man that had come through. Lucinda had. She couldn't understand what Tabitha was feeling, experiencing. she shook her head, stepping back from Lucinda. "You don't understand" She roared, "I can't wait around another eight hundred years for someone to love me again. I can't just love anyone that comes along, I can't make myself feel something if there's nothing there.

Garrett was it for me. You can't understand. He was it, Lucinda.i don't need to know what happened. I don't want to know what happened. My projects, my eccentric behavior, made it easier to bare the fact that I couldn't have Garrett. And then when I did? It made life so much better. It made me feel like I was actually living. There's nothing now."

Perhaps Lucinda had never understood her at all. She didn't want to be there. How could she be? She moved around Lucinda, shaking.

Lucinda looked at her in disbelief. Tabitha had had many admirers in the past but apparently she hadn't seen them in her attempts to bury herself in her projects. "Tabitha, you are very loved. You have a family that loves you so much. I love you! We've been sisters for twelve hundred years. There will never be another Garrett...there can't be but...you don't have to grieve for an eternity. Open your heart when you are ready and let people in." Lucinda was feeling so overwhelmed. Alex looked up as Piper came outside.

"What happened? What's going on?" The fear in her eyes was exacerbated when she saw Tabitha's face. "No!..No!" She peered at the head just past Alex's feet. Grant's head made her stop and she glanced at the shed which was open and she walked over to it and saw the bodies. She screamed and cried. Alex watched as Lukas came flying out the door and cradled her in his arms. He turned away from them. His concern was Tabitha.

"Tabitha," Alex was an odd one to be comforting her but he felt so terrible. If he had any idea that this would have happened he would have killed Grant the first time he saw him instead of allowing him to live after trying to wrestle him into a hold that he obviously thought he couldn't get out of. Instead he had let Piper handle it because it would have upset Garrett if he pummeled his kid into the dirt. Hindsight was always 100%. If... If... If... there were just too many ifs that would have changed this. "Please let me hold you." Alex put his arms around her tightly and hugged her. He needed her forgiveness for not knowing and doing something about it beforehand.

"See, you don't understand" Tabitha cried, "Some people don't get many chances, and I've lost the only two people who made me feel alive. Two people, Lucinda, in 1200 years. I'm not like you! There will be no one else!" It just made it a thousand times worse when Piper appeared. It was all her fault, all Pipers fault that Grant was even around, that none of them had attacked him because it would have upset her. Her fault they even gave Grant a chance.

Tabitha might have done something drastic, if Alex hadn't hugged her.

She broke, utterly and completely, her small frame somehow smaller, turning to hide her face, tears breaking through, she clutched at Alex, but he wasn't what she wanted. She didn't want to be there, didn't want to be at the house, on the grounds.

Lucinda came over and put her arms around both Alex and Tabitha.

If you reboot and we start over I'll stay.

Dabombjk is not coming back at this time so he won't be writing.
@BlackPanther

I'm the same way.
EDIT additional information in the OOC#1 post

The Originals are special vampires because as the first they are practically unkillable. There is only one thing that can kill an Original Vampire and that is the White Oak Stake. It causes them to desiccate into nothing but dust.

They are not able to be killed by any of the following:

1. The White Ash Dagger will simply immobilize the Original until the dagger is removed. (Aka this is what Klaus did to his siblings often.)

2. Unlike regular vampires, Original vampires can't be killed by werewolf bites. They will fall victim to the same side effects (which we saw happen to Elijah in Season 1), but they'll only last a few hours.

3. Wooden daggers do not work.

4. Sunlight will make them uncomfortable but t will not kill an original.

5. Magic will not kill an original Vampire. Sorry witches!

6. They can't die from a beating or other physical injuries. Their heads can't be decapitated unless they are staked with the white oak stake first.

7. Fire is uncomfortable til healing is finished but they can't die from it.

There is only one White Oak Stake left in existence and one White Ash dagger.

These are all confirmed and are according to the TV series that this rp is based on.

Lucinda Elloise Prescott

Lucinda went to Garrett's body the instant Alex left. There was no way that Grant should have been able to kill Garrett on his own. She rolled him over and there was a White Ash Dagger in his chest immobilizing him. A few inches over there was a white Oak Stake. Lucinda gasped and covered the two items in a towel she found nearby that he had been using to clean up paint with. She pulled these out of his body and took them inside the house and slipped them inside her safe and locked them up good and tight. She pulled his head over and the tears streamed down her face as she put his head near his body and she tried to make him look a little less horrifying. She was worried about Tabitha. She wasn't sure how she would take it. Lucinda had always worried about Tabitha. She seemed so child like sometimes, so fragile. She had been like a sister to her for twelve hundred years.

Nikki Hishamie

Nikki jumped when the bullets started flying and she turned just in time to see Kyle falling to the ground. For a split second Nikki thought it was cautionary to protect Josh. She realized quickly that it wasn't and she ran to him screaming, "Kyle! Kyle!" She rolled him over to see that he had been hit and his body had landed full force on the baby when he landed. Kyle was unable to speak. His eyes were open as he gurgled blood and she grabbed the backpack open and pulled out the baby. The last thing Kyle heard was Nikki screaming that the baby wasn't breathing. As Kyle started to come back as the dead she stabbed her sword through his head.

Walkers were only about ten feet from her and she was holding her dead baby in her arms. Nikki stood up with Josh in her arms and shoved his dead body with a now misshapen skull into Violet's arms crying. Nikki's rage was taken out on the forsaken. Her sword never sliced so many in so short a time. The pregnant women were kept behind the fighters and Nikki was running straight into the middle of them not giving a damn about herself any longer.

When the shots rang out Matt turned and saw a woman running away, Jacklyn? He didn't have time to figure it out because he heard Nikki screaming but he had no time to do more than look over to see that Kyle was down and then more screaming about the baby. Matt stayed in front of Sasha and Grace and Ingrid came up and grabbed Grace and Sasha and Violet, she herded them towards a house on the other side of the street. After getting the women inside and running through the house quickly to make sure it was empty she ran back outside and jumped into the frey trying to catch up to Nikki. It just seemed like a never ending amount of walkers. She swore she was going to catch that bitch Jacklyn.

Matt glanced at the house his family was in and he had dove into the walkers. He had gotten a chance to glance at Kyle and see that Nikki had put him down. He knew he had to catch up to her. He dare not get in her way she would cut his head off before she realized it was him. Ingrid started to go after her and he grabbed her arm. "Let her be right now, just keep an eye on her." Ingrid nodded.

Meanwhile in the house Violet was sobbing. The infant only three weeks old was one of the dead and he was moving his little body in random movements and making that god aweful noise. Grace was screaming and terrified, the dog had stayed near Grace and had followed them into the house. One of the women handed Violet a small knife and as she sobbed Violet slipped it into the back of the infant's skull. One of the other ladies took the baby and covered him up. As they looked outside the window the pile of walkers on the ground was getting deep. Kyle was half eaten and so were a couple of their guys. Ashton was being eaten as they watched horrified. Violet looked for Enzo and Conroy desperately.
