Spy Academy: An Espionage Tale

I must say I am very excited for this role play. I already have an idea of some points of interest for my character and with this school being on an island I am sure there will be some chances for my character to enjoy sailing on his down time. At least if the weather permits.

I also think he will make for a good roommate and wing man. After all the greatest trick Canada has ever played is making everyone underestimate it. Look out everyone or this sly northerner just might pull a fast one on you. Of course he will apologies afterwards so you know when it happens ;)

That said if anyone needs a sparring partner to beat up on and make them feel better Devin will be the perfect fit. He is clearly the weakest when it comes to hand to hand combat in this years students. Also if people need help with pulling their characters personal stories or plot ideas I am more than happy to help with brainstorming or if you just need Devin to be at the right/wrong place at the wrong/right time we can make it happen I am sure.

That said he will not accept eating lunch indoors if it is a nice day out. Staying inside when there is a perfectly good sun outside will not be how he lives his life. Looking forward to going on this crazy ride with everyone @SpicyMeatball@Agent 47@Xandrya@EchoesofOld@Avanhelsing@Infernal Flame!

Hello Parent or Guardian of Student (Xxxxxxxx),

We at Hogwarts would like to welcome you to a very special opportunity. At the conclusion of this year we are excited to invite some of our students on a special field trip. As many of you know we have enjoyed the company and guidance of our newest History of Magic Professor Harsiesi. He has decided to offer a once in a lifetime adventure to students including your own. He would like to invite (Xxxxxxxx) on a two and a half week long adventure through the ancient and magical lands of Egypt.

Professor Harsiesi and the group of students will be allowed to accompany a field team exploring a newly discovered magical oasis city found deep in the heart of the desert. Students will be allowed to earn both school credits and experiences otherwise not allowed at through our normal school curriculum. As this would be a special activity we must first get your approval for the student before extending the invitation to them as well. This opportunity is only available to students who have passed their 4th year courses.

Characters are using travel sand to teleport to a market in the Grand Bazaar where Professor Harsiesi is waiting for them as is a store owner with some classic middle eastern tea.

I hadn't heard how your holiday week was going to be so if you are busy and can't post that is fine. Just let me know! It could be that your student and @Loki Odinson spoke to the professor and could be planned to arrive after the other students.

With there now being two other students in the shop Devin walked back to where they were all appearing. He had left the first cup of tea he had been offered by the counter and was bemoaned to see more coming and then offered to him. Not to be rude he accepted it and this time asked for as much honey as they had and was happy to have plenty provided. While he prepared his second cup of tea he sparked up a conversation with those that had arrived.

"Dag I didn't know you were going to be joining this trip." He said with a nod. They were then joined by Amelia and instinctual he stood up a little taller. They had crossed paths plenty of times through the years but only in the last few did Devin really notice her as more than just a student but also a gal. He didn't invent hormones alright?

"Amelia hey!" That itch is something awful right?" Devin seemed to have not noticed that neither of the two had been as itchy in their arrival as he had. While perfectly friendly Devin was far to excited to be particularly observant.

As his students started to arrive Professor Harsiesi welcomed them each with a big smile and greeting. He laughed as Devin immediately began to attack his own itching body with his fingernails. He watched as the tea helped alleviate the rash of itchiness. He then saw Devin do a quick clean up of the sand and returned it to the jar it had come in.

The next student to arrive was Dag one of his NEWT students selected to join the trip. He was excited to have him join as he hoped having an older student would mean he had an ally for when the students get a little too rowdy. Walking over to where the sand dropped him off Harsiesi smiled. "Welcome Hereson. I hope you found the trip enjoyable." He then extended a hand and shook his students hand. "I hope you have brought your sunscreen. Your kind have a habit of burning just a little easier than most." He of course talking about those from England.

After his oldest Slytherin was given his tea by the shop owner he was joined by the arrival of Amelia Hawkmoon" Another smile ran across his face as he welcomed her. "I believe these gentleman have the patience to wait for all our students to arrive." He then motioned for tea to be brought out for all as he joined them in their conversation already in progress.

I forgot to ask this, but will there be an overarching plot our characters get involved in or will it be mostly sandbox style with all of us getting into our own shenanigans?
