LET THE FUN BEGIN! *is writing up a reply*
Damian Gerard|Phoenix Wing Hotel

Damian bit his lower lip and pulled Master Jamie and Penny off to one side, a little more out of Lucas' earshot. "Why not take Lucas with you? You want proof he has heart? He's willing to put his own safety aside to help find Mithera. And besides," Damian pulls the necklace out of the pouch and shows it to Master Jamie before storing it again, "the Golden Laws are after this necklace, which he doesn't even have anymore. And Penny and I kinda had a date planned for tonight." The last line is finished with a sheepish grin that said Damian was hoping Master Jamie would understand.

Jack Goran|Dragon Fang Seating

Jack chuckled. "Some maker mages have that affect on people because they have to be confident. Or perhaps you feel she doesn't belong. It's difficult to tell."
@Zarkun I imagine the toxicity will be a welcomed sight.

Do you think I could make it MORE toxic?
@CaitsThe link in your most recent post either doesn't work or is incomplete.
PFC James Hunt|Le Haye Sainte

James wouldn't have said anything even though it was pretty obvious she held the typical strong racist opinion against Darcsens. Hell, he was glad to see they finally had some proper support until he himself could get his training as a Sniper done. But she had to go and ask if she could go off alone. And if there was one thing he'd learned in the regular army, it was you never went anywhere alone. "OK, miss high and mighty, let's get two things straight. First, you don't just pretend you weren't introduced to your squad and not give your name. That's just disrespectful. Second, you don't go anywhere alone, especially in the valk damned field. You're just begging to get killed then and none of us would be the wiser. I swear, did you even pay attention when the militia was training you? Cause if not, you and I aren't going to get along very well."
Can't resist, must post a venemous reply. @Lennon79 I apologize ahead of time.
That's right. Got my names mixed up.
That's the scientist guy, right?
Jack jumped when Grant came on over the com channel and hit his head. "Ow, sonova- Hold on, hold on, I'll check." Turning off the speaker from his end, he muttered to himself and checked the external cameras on his suit. It took a moment of checking, but he finally found Mask looking at the sign on his mobile suit. Turning on the external mic, he finished his grumbling before speaking. "Hey Mask, Grant's getting impatient, let's go!" He cut the speakers and opened the cockpit just enough to pull the sign back in before closing it and starting it up.

"This is Gundam Duel, requesting permission to disembark." The handler quickly gave it and off Jack went, feathering his boosters after jumping to land next to Grant. "Sorry if I wasn't moving fast enough, had to double check some of energy flow through my suit."
James Gerard, December 15th, 6320--2:36 to 3:15 pm-Mantle Level--District 20, Olympus

As the Russian sat down, James did his best to ignore the man's ethnicity, but being Immortal made grudges hard to let go and the Russians were a grudge the Spartan had a hard time letting go of for some unknown reason. Then the Roman walked over, the smug look on his face, and suddenly the Russian seemed like better company. "You would do well to remove that smug look, Roman, or I might just ruin your day for you." This convinced the Roman to sit a little further away and allowed James an easier time listening to Scarab.

While she spoke, he got a waitress' attention and ordered their strongest drink, which arrived just as Scarab proposed a toast. The Spartan, grinning, held up his glass. "Stous néous athánatoi." After downing the glass, he looked at Scarab evenly. "You're aware I am not a man of subterfuge, right? I may not be of much assistance this time."
