He sorta doesn't want to get in too deep. If he knows anything, it's that trouble arises from poking your nose too deep.
It's less Damian doesn't like him and more he has no idea what happened the day before. Or at least, not the full idea.
Is there a list of places to investigate, and what we'll find where? Otherwise, with every person making their own stuff, there might arise conflicting accounts.
We're essentially left to our own devices, but Caits will determine if we actually find anything.
Jack watched Grant head back to the Sundown and sighed, powering up his own boosters and heading back to the ship as well. I've got nothing left to fight for, not now. Not after how long our wars gone on... Still, Jack knew he couldn't just get himself killed for no reason. Even if it didn't want him, he would continue to fight for Earth so long as he drew breath. Landing and reboarding the Sundown, Jack disembarked from the Duel after initiating the lockdown and heading to the locker room, where he promptly got in the shower.

Damian nodded his thanks and took off at a run, exiting the Stadium and taking to the rooftops to maintain a moment of quiet while he reviewed his map. Let's see...eight different lacrima, different colors, hidden all over...Well then...let's start with...this bar. Folding the map up and storing it, he summons his twin Hermes Blades and takes off across the roofs towards his chosen destination, a little bar called Captain Jack's Rum-ery. If he was lucky, he'd find at least one of the color he needed there without much issue. "Of course," he mutters, "things never go according to plan. My luck I run into Mister Pissy if he's in today's match."
Praying to whatever god might be out there for an uneventful first location, Damian began formulating who he could run into and how best to fight them.
OK, wanted to make sure.
