I would bring them in, but after having had a chance to read through my characters during my break at work I've came to the conclusion that I don't particularly like a lot of things about the CS's.

Some of it to do with format, but mostly just to do with the way I explained things back then? I feel like I wasn't as mindful about certain aspects of them. I'm really not happy with Vera and Axel mostly. I can't really say what I was thinking when I wrote them because it was months ago now, but they just feel so... thrown into things?

All in all I just find the characters I wrote so long ago to be rather weak in terms of personality and backstory. Even some of their magic is explained poorly and lacks sufficient detail (at least to me).

If I'm allowed to by the GM's, I think I'd like to take this opportunity and rehash the characters entirely. I might still keep their general concepts, maybe tweak or change their magics around to something less... dumb. Basically I kinda feel like I can do better? Actually get some genuine characters ready to be introduced for the next Arc. Of coarse this is hardly an epiphany. I did write them nearly 5 months ago now. My writing has changed and my own personal standard of what I consider acceptable has changed.

I'm rambling... TL:DR The characters I wrote disappoint me and if it's alright I'd like to offer them an exclusive make over in this weeks episode of 'Pimp My OC'.

I have no qualms, but there's something I like about your two Phoenix Wing members that makes me miss them already.

Wrath growled softly as he's forced to dance back from a counter attack by the wall of bucklers and shift's his form to the Magna form. This would allow him to deal with the seven Assault Demons in front of him quickly and continue down his chosen path. Stepping forward, he brings his greatsword across in a large arc in front of him, unleashing a Cleaving Slash that tears through the bucklers and sets their owner stumbling back. However, he continues by spinning the blade around him and slicing through the Assault Demons trying to surround him.

Bringing the blade back around in a spinning slash, he slams it into the ground and slices the last two in half, one horizontally and the other vertically, their bodies falling to either side as he shifts his momentum to carry him forwards. The pattern continues, and the demons all end much the same way, sliced to pieces on Rage Bringer, but he knew his luck wouldn't hold out. Eventually he'd either end up finding the target on his own or running into something stronger than Chimeras or Assault Demons, so he remained on guard.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I never had much of an opportunity to play as my characters. Perhaps it would be best if I wait until the next arc starts before reintroducing them?

It'll give me some time to look over their sheets and see where I was going and possibly change them up a bit? I don't remember much about them tbh.

Jane frowns, realizing that her memory might be a little bit off and fighting back tears at the memory regardless. "It would have been at the same time Phoenix Wing was attacked by a bunch of Dark Mages. Now you know who they were, the Promised Butchers, a dark guild that enjoyed death. I guess Angelica was feeding them information on who was reporting their activities across Fiore. That someone was my parents, who, well," Jane sniffles a little bit, but pushes through it, refusing to break down, "aren't with us anymore. Zentir managed to track them down and killed them before coming after me and your guild. Sorry, didn't mean to bring anyone down." Jack shook his head, his eyes burning with contained anger.

"It's mages like them that make the rest of us look like psychopaths. And killing two good mages...may he burn in hell indeed, Miss Jane."

Hunter had stopped on his way out of the Infirmary to watch the last match and couldn't help but grin like a mad man at what he saw. All the mages involved were incredibly strong, but after the medics cleared out and left Luna, he frowned. Why's no one helping her? She's obviously hurt. Dumb medics... He watched Luna try and stand and growled, seeing one of her guildmates still in the stands and just sitting there, watching. When she collapsed, Hunter was already on his way out of the tunnels and on the field, quickly approaching the unconscious form of Luna. Upon reaching her, he looked at the one guild mate still in the stands. "You're a piece of scum, you know that?!" Kneeling down and wincing as his knee throbbed with a phantom pain that would fade in a couple hours according to the healers, he picked the girl up in a cradle hold and headed towards the infirmary, with a very list of not-nice words to say to the medics when he got there.
