Tattoo Magic - Nicodemus's body is his own medium for many runic tattoos that enhance his body and magic. Most tattoos are temporary but there are few that are etched permanently: 
Rune of Strength: Placed on various key points of the human body, the runes make his muscles stronger and faster while arrays carved onto his bones have made them nigh unbreakable.
Rune of Life: Engraved onto his heart using freely given unicorn blood, granting him endurance and vitality that could only be challenged by few.
Rune of Lightning: A series of runic tattoos, located at the base of the skull, that quadruples the reaction rate by superconducting the neural system.

Rune Mastery - Possessing a prodigious knowledge of all known runic languages and then some, Nico can utilise multiple runic 				circles and arrays to accomplish various feats of magic:
Barriers: The overall durability of these barriers depends on the quality and complexity of the runes, on a whim using his Tattoo Magic he can block medium-grade magic with ease. With a pre-prepared runic array magic on the level as Abyss Break could be withstood.
Seal: Able to seal away inanimate objects for later use (i.e. on both wrists, storing kunai markers) or in the case of high-grade seals the same for attacks. Often Nico would seal away his opponent's attacks, using his tattoos on his own body.
Teleportation: Keying his magical signature to his kunai markers, he is able to instantaneously teleport to these kunai at any given time.
Limited Elemental Magic: There are runic symbols for all five main elements; fire, wind,lightning water and earth. Nico, using his extensive knowledge of runes can employ these elements (his affinity with each is weaker in the line of order: left to right) through the use of many runic tattoos across his body, even allowing for some combination attacks. However he is easily taxed using it and his control over the elements pales in comparison with a magic user who specialises with the elemental affinity.

Imperial Eye - Hereditary ye magic granting abilities that has been passed down through the royal Flamel bloodline, which is unlocked and activated after chanting an incantation. Far more taxing on his stamina to use than either Tattoo Magic or Runes.
King’s Sacred Commandment: Any form of Caster magic is able seen as ‘colored strands’ of intent shaping the magic and the ethernano powering it. With this ability Nico can discern different types of Caster magic with just a glance and even snap the link between intent and ethernano which causes the magic to cease be. Though this is only possible within the range of his perception.
King’s Divine Judgement: Requiring direct eye-to-eye contact, the Imperial Eye can judge whether or not a person is innocent. For the guilty it induces an illusion where they relive the torment and terror they have inflicted onto others. This ability can be effectively resisted by the strong-willed or the insane.
King’s Transcendant Blade: Requiring the full recital of the complete verse of incantation, it can call upon a giant building-sized sword to fall from the skies onto a selected area. The impact is devastating, shaping the very earth with its power, making sure to leave nothing behind in its wake. There is an hour-long cool down after each sword.

History:

Long ago when the title of ‘King’ meant more than just being a political figurehead, when a King took the responsibility of protecting and governing his people into his own hands, the land of a larger, more powerful Fiore was under the reign of the Flamels. A dynasty that had lasted countless centuries withstanding gods, demons and dragons, that had ensured a period of peace and prosperity throughout its lands. But as in the nature of good things, it did not last; the Flamels had gone lax and weak within their long era without conflict and with that, they were grossly unprepared for the cataclysm that will be recorded in the history tomes as the ‘Dragon King Festival’. Between the war of dragons and rise of Acnologia the Flamels fell from power, their lands upturned, armies destroyed and castles demolished.

Five hundred years into the present and the last remaining direct descendant of the Flamel bloodline has been born into the world without lands or wealth and after a gruesome childbirth; parents. Even centuries after their reign there are still men loyal to the name though not for noble reasons, the faceless men that have taken om the newly-named Nicodemus Flamel wish to manipulate him as a boy-king. But they would be foolish to think a child with an old name would be enough to regain his rightful seat of power, they hired the best of tutors; educating him in languages, sciences, mathematics, politics, combat and most especially magic. 

With time he grew into a young man worthy of the title that is rightfully his and with that the men who took him in offered up a piece of parchment left to him from his dying mother. On it were scant remnants of his Family Words: 

I am the Soul of the King
My blood is royal
And my soul is noble 
I seek what is rightfully mine
So I shall transcend existence 
And ascend to my divine throne
For I am the King of the Soul 

With these words uttered Nico had brought upon divine judgement among the conclave of liars and manipulators, seeing them for who they really are. Uncovering their true intentions and in his rage, he had summoned Ea from the skies and demolished their stronghold with ease. 

Now Nicodemus Flamel is set on a journey to reclaim his throne through his own power. What shall lay on his path to do so?

Personality: Without question, Nicodemus’s most prominent personality trait is his ego. This is true whether it manifests itself in his “vengeful monarch” or “noble champion” modes. Though capable of kindness and fairness, he’s usually impulsive and overconfident, with little regard for the consequences of his actions.

Guild and Guild-Mark Location: -	

Three Strengths: 
1. Groomed to rule; skilled in diplomacy, court politics, managing matters of the state, etc.
2. Possesses an iron liver, has yet to meet anyone able to drink him under the table.
3. Displays an indomitable will by meeting his body, mind and spirit’s limits and exceeding them. 

Three Weaknesses: 
1. An arrogance which is common amongst royalty though he still recognises those who are well above himself.
2. Has a tendency to rely on his two lesser magics before resorting to the Imperial Eye.
3. Any slip-up using Rune Magic can lead to severe magical backlash even if Nicodemus is second to none in this field of magic. 

Greatest Love: Studying ancient languages and rune arrays.

Motivation: To overthrow the current king, gaining the throne, through his own individual power not by the machinations of others as a puppet.

Alright, I'm, uh, I'mma be the kill joy. So first off, the Tattoo enhancements. I appreciate your attempts at both originality and individuality, but there's some problems. First and foremost is they are runes, not tattoos, meaning that their separation from his rune magic with it is simply unnecessary. Then we have the abilities given for each rune.

I can accept stronger and faster from the Strength rune, but the bones...that's not a rune of strength, that's a rune of near invulnerability. And not OK. That removes his ability to suffer consequences for stupid decisions to dive in essentially. 

Increased vitality and endurance...let's not make it Unicorn blood, and I can personally accept it, can't speak for my fellow GMs @Caits and @Expolar though.

Finally, we can to the Rune of Lightning. Reaction speed is SO much more than simply the neural system, and if the muscles can't keep up with the signals being sent, it's useless. That said, refer to my issues with nearly unbreakable bones.

Then we have Imperial Eye...that's a beast of a different issue. So, it's fairly impressive combination of both problems and good work. Biggest problem is King’s Sacred Commandment; while you did a good job writing it, and you clearly TRIED to balance it, you've just made it so that so long as he keeps you in front of him, you can't fight him with a very FEW exceptions of characters, one of them being mine, who have martial skill without magic. And then the giant sword from the sky, King’s Transcendant Blade, needs a minor tweek. Something like that isn't simply cast and wait another hour. The way you describe the power it has, when he drops that blade, he's out. Plain and simple, no cooldown, but a recovery period of a day MINIMUM.That's a lot of magic power pumped into it and shouldn't just be a "Oh, I dropped it, and I can do it again in an hour" because that is a stupid casual level of use for a super powerful spell. It implies that he's able to outlast any enemy's magic power with no real challenge. Coupled with the fact he's got bones that essentially can't be broken and apparently a reaction speed faster than a trained speed magic user and he's a god.

And then there's the backstory. That's, uh, impressive and well written for sure, but it's also written with no clear understanding of Fairy Tail's universe. Dragons and Humans were at WAR, and I'm fairly certain kingdoms didn't exist in that period of time, or not the way you described it. Just...I have to ask, how much of your character did you discuss ahead of time with Caits? Because I fear the answer may be none.

Wrath grinned as the attacks suddenly stopped and, while he knew he now had the upper hand, he also knew he needed to keep his guard up in case the broodmother attacked again. Remaining his guarded stance, Rage Bringer up with both hands on the hilt, one close to the bottom to allow for wider strikes when needed, the Nephilim speaks. "Well, think about it. You said you devoured Silitha's remains in order to surpass her. Not a bad move, as her remains would contain a nice bit of power for you to use for yourself. But, well, couple of things that should have been red flags for you. You look more like the late Queen of Spiders AND the moment I came in, you wanted me dead, ESPECIALLY since I was a Nephilim. So, with that out of the way, I want two things.

The first is access to whatever is supercharging your webbing back in the tunnel I came from so I can either take it or destroy it. Don't care which. The second, well, the second is eyes and ears across the jungle. In return, I can help make sure you and your brood are left alone. The third is a weapon, but I don't want to kill you if I don't have to and that right is reserved for someone else anyways." Silence reigned for a moment as Wrath let his words sink in and then he spoke once more. "So what say you?"
