@VitaVitaAR Looking forward to it!

How elaborate are we talking? Like...a transforming gun? A gun that is secretly two guns? Or a gun with a grapple hook?
Here's my character. Let me know what you think!

Pandora listened the officer speak dispassionately about the idiots in charge of EAGLES. Terror tactics and what not. Secretly it helped Pandora to know that other people thought what EAGLES was doing was wrong. She wasn't entirely filled in on the situation herself. Though she doubted that little girl with the cake was a mass murdering pyscho path. She had been wrong before. Infact, she had been wrong about just exactly that- a little girl with a cake did turn out to be a supervillain. Still that was only one time and- hold on, she was getting side tracked.

Suddenly, this monotone man came alive infront of her. Pandora narrowed her eyes and nodded along, pursing her lips. He seemed to be annoyed with her.

"Look-" Pandora cut herself off with a sigh and then pinched the bridge of her nose. "I am...I am helping, okay? I'm here to help. I'm helping! This insurgency is officially sponspored by my god damn flower pots. I'm here for it, all right?" She gestured broadly to her flower shop, seeming frustrated.

Frustrated at what? That you can't treat everyone around you like garbage and expect them to trust you?

Pandora glanced over at Alpha. "We're on the same side, then. If you had found us out, I'm sure your fellows would already be busting in here." Pandora spoke quietly, almost as if she was talking to herself instead of Alpha.

"Bypass? Aria? Bullet? This cops on our team. He's a traitor." She called up to them, looking at the ceiling as if she was searching for the soles of their shoes. She looked over at Alpha again and shrugged. "Nothin' wrong with a bit of treason, mate." She 'reassured' him that she wasn't insulting him. Pandora waited to see what would happen next, her hand on her countertop.

This is a mistake.

What, trusting the cop?

No. Getting involved.

Pandora didn't have a good answer for that. Or a good answer as to why she was thinking to herself like she was another person. Maybe it helped to have someone to talk too, after all, even if that person was yourself.
Will get a character up in the next few days, ideally! Question: Most of us will be fresh recruits, and the training starts at 16. Does that mean the default character age for the RP is 16?
Man I love killin' vampires, count me interested please :)

Immediately Pandora could tell he knew at least something of her past. Usually coppers didn't stand at attention when interviewing potential suspects. She had sneered slightly, slightly repulsed by a display so many had done to her in the past and she had done to so many others. If only because Christina had most likely been the one to tell. Or at the very least, HERO. And Christina worked for HERO, and Christina was awful so...this was probably Christina's fault. It didn't really matter.

I thought I would have been able to keep my secret for at least a little bit...I suppose a few decades isn't so bad, relatively speaking. Has it really been a few decades already?

Pandora nodded along, trying to act cordial and respectful. "Right. Yes, I had been. But it looks like I'm going to be with EAGLES now, hmm?" She shrugged haplessly. "I haven't seen anything suspicious. If I do though, I'll-" The florist paused, narrowing her eyes.

Pandora then knew something was up when he saw a "glow" of sorts around the sides of the cop's...ears? He looked up slightly...then back at her...

"...she's crying...", he monotoned.

Pandora shook her head, furrowing her lips. "No," she said simply, formulating another lie. "No, that's..." She trailed off. After a moment she paused, leaning back into her flowershop. Then she stuck her ear into the wall, using it to hear the above floor slightly better. She retracted and """"smiled"""" at Alpha, squinting her eyes and scrunching her nose.

"So she is. Why don't you come in? I'll put on a spot of tea." Pandora said, her voice dripping with bitter sarcasm. She opened the door to let the officer inside and then closed it lightly behind him.

So, he's probably not with EAGLES, then. He would probably have played it smoother had he actually detected the dumbass upstairs. No doubt an arrest order would have already been given. I suppose we'll all have to take the risk on this one.

Pandora walked into the middle of the flower ship, her hands on her hips. At this point, the polite florist act had faded completely. With an annoyed look on her face, she glanced toward the ceiling and looked as if she was about to shout something, but decided against it. She looked towards Alpha and opened her mouth to say something, before she decided against deciding against it.

"Really! Crying!? Fuck's sake!" She shouted, her voice easily carrying to the folks on the second floor. Then she glanced towards Alpha. "Alright, cop. What do you want?" She said, raising one eyebrow and giving him a hard look.

A few minutes passed, and the ocean wind and the blazing sun resulted in the soaked student being dried off quite quickly. Soon she was confident that she wasn't going to immediately ruin Isabelle's gift with saltwater, so she went ahead and put the replacement outfit on. Besides, her old one had been through a lot, though she had done her best to maintain it. But with no laundry machine or clean water to wash with, this new uniform was really a blessing.

"You know," Sakura said with a litte chuckle, "I joined my first big fighting tournament on a whim on my way home from school. I just showed up in my first year uniform. After that, the look just kind of stuck." She shrugged with a smile. She spoke to anyone nearby, anyone who wanted to listen. The memory had occured to her and she wanted to speak of it. Sakura was an open book, intentionally and otherwise.

"Same thing happened this time, too. Was on my way home from school...and then, I wasn't..." Sakura had accidentally made herself a little sad, and it showed on her easily readable face.

Fortunately, another distraction had presented itself just in time. Fish! Lots of em! Sakura peaked overboard and saw...a lot of fish! When visiting the harbor cities of Japan she would occasionally glimpse the mega barges that brought in their boatloads of fish. But this was a fantastical amount of fish.

"Ooh, wow!" Sakura exclaimed. But what caught her attention almost immediately was the epic battle happening behind the fisherman. "Hey! Hey look!" Sakura held onto the railing with one hand and pointed at the encounter with the other, and she was literally bouncing up and down. "Those two are having a street fight over there!" While in a fight, one didn't have much time to express how much fun they were having. But as a spectator her enthusiasm for martial arts was plain to see.

"I'm rooting for the clown! WOOOOOH! YEAH! Go clown!" She began pumping her fist in the air. Quickly this evolved into her punching, until she was doing a full on Shotokan karate routine on the edge of the ship. With strong punches, high kicks that were so high they borded on vertical, and ten foot leaps into the air punctuated by spin kicks that propelled her forward.

Upon realising she was missing the fight, she skidded to a stop and turned her attention back to the faraway fight, squinting at it. She gripped the railing and leaned far forward. Far, far forward. It almost looked like was going to go over again.

"I-I can't just go home, especially right now! If Seraph is as bad as everyone says he is, there's no way I cou- I can just let him go!" Chad had said, typically.

Pandora rolled her eyes and made sure to squash whatever liking she had taken to that idiot. Stupid. Stupid, Pandora.

He doesn't even know what he's fighting for. But he's willing to die for it. How many times have I seen morons like him? Had he been born at the very end of the 19th century, he would have made great cannon fodder in the first World War. Nothing an NCO loves more than a brave idiot willing to take a bullet for a cause he doesn't understand. Pandora thought bitterly, tuning out whatever else The Bullet had to say.

"Whatever. Just don't come crying to me when-" Pandora began, her cynicism beginning to rise up inside her like a kettle of water over flame. However she was cut off when there was a strange noise, a flash of light, and a woman appearing in the middle of her flower shop.

"Ms...Pandora?" The young woman said, tears in her eyes. So, this was what HERO had to offer her? Perhaps Grace's feeling of inferiority came from Pandora's orange, withering glare, like a terrible teacher glaring at a pupil they despise. She began to tap the wooden cashier counter, rhythmically with her fingers.

"I'm sorry for the intrusion, I hope I'm not bothering you...I'm Grace Mok, or Bypass...Patti and Eliza, I mean, Murmur and Aria, are coming through in a moment. I'm not sure if you've seen the news, but blah blah blah we're terrible and bad at everything we need your help immediately. Pwetty pwease?" Grace asked with a stupid look on her face. Or something like that.

"Again, sorry for barging in, but teleporting onto the street would've been suspicious, and the Wings might've picked it up," Grace continued.

Pandora squinted at her and nodded along in a way that wasn't reassuring. Two more girls burst in, following shortly after Bypass. Patriciaa and Eliza were there names. “I’m- I’m Patricaria. Whatever.” One of them said. Strange name. The two girls that followed Grace in looked like literal children. Though even after all this time, unmalnourished children was still a sight the ex-child labourer had to get used too.

There was a knock at the door. "...Miss Pandora...this is Alpha aka K Nine...member of Hero One now officially with CPD SWAT...please let me in...we need to talk…” A strange, hesitant, monotone voice came from the door. A super cop. This terrified Patricia, who had been falsely accused of murder, apparently. Pandora believed she was a good judge of character. Patricia was probably capable of killing all of those people- by accident- and then promptly throwing herself guilt ridden off the nearest bridge. But on purpose, and then lying like this? Probably not. At the very least she had Bypass' approval.

Who cares? Who actually cares if she's innocent? You don't, Pandora. I know you don't. Pandora blinked. It had been a while since she had talked to herself in such a way. Such a long time in which she had forced herself to act in such direct conflict with her nature, that that nature manifested itself in her consciousness as a chastising voice she could hear in her head.

Pandora closed her eyes and bit on her lower lip, smiling. She laughed quietly. Shook her head. She opened her eyes and made steely eye contact with Grace. "Go upstairs. Now." She whispered harshly, the smile gone as fast as it had came. "You too." She pointed at Chad, without looking.

"Coming, officer!" She shouted to the door in a cheery voice. "I'll see what the nice police man wants." She said quietly, to everyone. She smiled with too many teeth at the people inside her flower shop.

The way to the upstairs could be seen behind the group at the back of the flower shop. There was a wooden door, slightly ajar. Using the lighting, one could infer the existence of a staircase. Upstairs was Pandora's home, full of warm carpets, rugs, odd antiquities and outdated technology. The TV was playing, the very same channel Grace, Patricia, and Eliza had watched not moments ago in Patricia's home. Pandora's living space was strange. The kitchen seemed entirely empty, the bathroom was dusty like it had never been used. Other than that, it looked like an old crazy grandma lived there. Which, of course, one did.

Pandora wondered if this officer knew who she was. Given that he had already shown up at her shop with no other reason too, she assumed he did. Given that the only ones who knew about her identity was HERO, she assumed one of them had told her. Given that Powers seemed to actually respect her and was dead or missing, that meant that fucking bitch Christina must have told this cop who she was.

Why are you going to the door? Just tell him they're in your home and be done with all this. This was over before it even began. And by 'this' I mean your life. Haha.

Pandora opened the door partially so that Alpha could only see her body and face. She leaned up against the doorframe and smiled. "Hello, officer. How may I help you?" After she said this, she considered redeploying her strategy. Playing dumb probably wouldn't work.

"I'm assuming you must be here about all this nasty EAGLES business I saw on the telly?" Pandora asked, the cheeriness leaving her voice. There were layers to her deception, both in lying to the officer and in lying to herself. Revealing one truth- that Pandora wasn't just an innocent, dumb florist- might gain Alpha's trust and allow her to keep the real secret. If he asked about the fugitives, she may be able to play it off as if they simply hadn't come here for her help, and that she would let him know when they did. This was Pandora's strategy. If she could keep him from entering her shop at all, that would be ideal.

The final, deepest, and most important lie was the one Pandora told herself: that she would be able to keep this heroic act up. One last time.

Sakura grabbed ahold of the rope and began to climb back onto the ship. Her red face got even redder as the kid turtle leaned over the edge and literally pointed and laughed. Sakura giggled alongside him, because let's be real, it was pretty funny. Still, it was embarassing and made her look stupid. So it was some conflicting emotions. With Isabelle, Geralt, and Sakura, she was quickly back onboard. She tumbled over the edge and put her back against the rail. Her wet hair flopped into her face and she brushed it aside, her big round eye squinting from underneath the soaked strands of brown hair.

"Thanks, Mister Geralt, thanks, Miss Isabelle." She said gratefully, rolling up and squeezing her short shirt and wringing some of the water out. Her shoes squeaked against the wood and Sakura stuck out her tongue, making a disgusted face. Wet socks was one of the most unpleasant feelings in the world. She took off her shoes and socks and stuffed the socks into the shoes. She frowned at the acrobatic display of Bowser Jr and tried not to take his teasing too personally.

Sitting down with her legs crossed, Sakura was just underneath eye level with the cute talking dog lady. Sakura smiled at the sight, but the smile quickly turned puzzled. Reaching out, Sakura accepted the towel but was a little hesitant with the school girl uniform. "Wh..." She was about to ask where she got it.

It seemed Sakura thought against it, though. "Um...arigato." She said, rubbing the back of her head and smiling. She folding the outfit and set it down a few feet away from her sitting position. Casually, she flung off her old uniform, leaving her comfortably in the workout gear she kept underneath. A red top and red bloomers nicely matched her red fighting gloves and her red shoes. Red, one could infer, was a color Sakura liked.

Using the towel to wipe off her face, she wrapped it around herself while she dried. "Phew. Water's pretty chilly." She commented lightly , trying to play it cool. Sakura wasn't one to shy away from attention but...it had been a long time since she had pulled a blunder like that. She was proud of her physical capability so getting dunked on by the universe like that was a nice reminder to stay humble.

Chloe Bridgette Cakebread-Yonaka

Yonaka stuffed her hands into her pockets. She was still covered pretty soundly in her own blood, her jacket, top, and skin torn. Overall she seemed pretty content with the situation, exhaling a bit. She did seem a little worried on behalf of the Reaper's users as almost all of her squadmates aimed and made threats at him.

"Oi, oi, I said he's alright now. Look at 'im. He's fine!" She gestured at him with an open hand, the palm reddened by her own blood. She smiled brightly while gesturing for everyone to lower their guns. Yonaka believed Till.

"'ello, Mister Lindman. Name's Chloe Bridgette Cakebread-Yonaka...the first. You can call me any-a those names, should you like." Chloe introduced herself with a little bow and reached out to shake his hand. Again, her own hand was a little bit covered in blood from the shallow wounds Reaper had cut into her white body only a minute ago.

"Mmm..." She turned around, searching for something. "Seems Lilliane's fucked off. Oi, Lilly! Lil-" Chloe turned around to try and find her, but was cut off when someone approached holding a gun. Chloe blinked and raised her hands.

"Ah...yeah..." Chloe said, nodding as if she understood what she was saying. She turned over her shoulder to look at Taras and Kiara. "...Yeah, don't speak french, do I?" She said with a smirk.
