All her classmates gave a short introduction to each other, they all were somewhat special. Some looked funny, some had some amazing quirks that were super obvious after they had displayed it. With some of the students it was hard to notice what their quirks was. It was kinda hard to keep track of all the names but Anna tried to remember as much as possible with the people she had already interacted with in front.

Although the whole class had noted Anna her presence already it was still kind to at least let them know your name. As one of the last students she introduced herself in front of the group. Anna stood up from her chair with both hands held in front of her lap as she talked looking somewhat nervous.

"Hey... My name is Anna and I'm 15 years old. Please feel free to call out to me if you're hurt. I-I'm kind of good at it. Oh and please forget about the smell please... I-I fell..."

Anna sat down with a somewhat blush. It was a little awkward to talk about herself but she was happy to know that other people didn't laugh at her yet.

The day went on, during a lesson the concierge came in to ask for Anna. They had found her keys and ID card in the sewer pipe. They were sealed in a plastic bag to contain the smell. They had been cleaned almost 10 times and still smelled just like her.

Anna had also gone to the doctor to get a look at her knees and shower in the doctor's office to attempt to wash off the disgusting smell. Well at least the last bit of sewage had come off.

The week has passed by in a flash, or a post so to say. It was very relaxed, they had some tests but still mostly free to do what they want and get comfortable around the campus. There were still lessons though, they were mostly teachers introducing themselves and a minimal amount of homework so it wasn't to hard either.

So it was friday. The hero apprehension test was coming up today. It was lunch so they still had some time but Anna her heart was already bumping in her throat. She wasn't used to fighting, Anna was only good in helping others fight and not fighting herself, but up till now she hadn't really bonded with anyone she could help yet. She didn't know if it was okay for her just to help someone of her group without them getting angry at her.

Anna shifted her legs uncomfortably. She lightly bit her lip as her back bended forward a tad. She nervously looked around as the teacher began talking. They had to dress in their gym clothes and go to training ground beta.

Anna had changed into her gym clothes and followed the others towards training ground Beta. She had put her hair in a high ponytail so it wouldn't get in the way. She had outfitted herself with a small waist bag filled with first aid supplies. It was casually hanging on the side of her hip.

So Anna was in the second team, she was happy that she was with the heroes at least. She probably wasn't a very good baddy. The first game was setting up, both teams went into position and it wouldn't take long for them to start. Meanwhile the second teams had to wait till they could start their game.

Shoko Iseki

Shoko's classmates were a group of varied personalities, a few of them strong, to say the least. The girl payed close attention to everyone's introductions, putting names to faces quite easily -- never something she had trouble with. There was a small confrontation between the boy called Ken and a girl named Sayuri, though nothing much came of it for the moment, to Shoko's relief. Her turn came around prompting her to stand and introduce herself, sticking to just her name and foregoing any demonstration or explanation on her quirk like a few of the others had done -- she didn't think hers was interesting enough to warrant that.

The first week of school went by quick enough, not much different from any other school she had been to, as the classes were either normal everyday ones or meant to prepare them for the true heroic learning. Shoko spent her time with any of her classmates that would stand her quietness, ending up with Ako -- the boy who had stayed back with her when she healed the nurse -- most of the time.

Soon enough it was the Friday of their first week, and the class was lined up to do their first practical hero-related test -- a hero team versus villain team simulation, taking place in an impressive replica of a part of a city.

Having been running for the past few minutes, Shoko's breathing was heavier than normal. She scanned her surroundings incessantly, mind racing as fast as her heart was beating -- more from nerves than anything. While she had always dealt extremely well with nervousness, even finding that it helped her perform her best, in whatever she may be doing, it didn't change the fact that it wasn't the most fun feeling.

This is the part she had been terribly worried about since she first applied to Komei. Over the course of the week, she had started to learn more and more of her peers Quirks, and the other seven that were involved in this exercise with her... well, they could do a lot more damage with their abilities than she could with hers. No; she definitely wouldn't be helping much in open conflict, beyond healing off one of her teammates injuries to give them a second wind -- if she wanted to be a hero any where near her parents or brother, she had to think.

The girl listened to her teammates talking over the communicator, biting her lip as she located one of her teacher's clones. Ken and Daichi seemed okay with being split up, only gathering if one of them needed help, but the more she thought, the less she agreed.

She grabbed the clone by the wrist, dragging him with her rather forcefully out of sight and into an alleyway. Taking a breath to calm her nerves, she spoke over the communicator. The thought of being a villain had, of course, never crossed her mind -- but it was time to play the part as best she could. She wouldn't let herself hold any of her classmates back; her team deserved a competent peer, and the hero team deserved the best challenge she could give them so they could learn.

"We should all get together now, with the four hostages -- keep them all in one place, defend them together," she said, as strong as her voice had been all week. "If the heroes do the same and group up, we'll have a chance in battle instead of being picked off one by one. And if they're splitting up, we wait for them to stumble upon us and beat them with numbers."

Shoko paused for only a second to wait for her team's input, but reconsidered and quickly began speaking again, not wanting to waste any time.

"We should pick a building to meet in -- limit the amount of directions the heroes can come at us from, and play to our strengths. Your guys' Quirks seem like they'd be most effective in close quarters, so we should force those engagements." Another short pause to think through her words. "Remember -- according to what Yoshida-sensei said, they need to save all four clones to succeed. Don't be afraid to let one go if it means you getting out to regroup with the rest of us."

Finally, she finished. "So, Daichi; think that building you're in will work?"

Even as she asked, the girl was off running towards the starting area, clone in tow as she kept out of sight as best she could behind the buildings.

Yoshida Sensei

After releasing the 8 students into the training ground, he turned and moved to the surveillance room. "Alright, everyone else we will watch from here. On the streets and inside buildings we have surveillance so that we can view what everyone is doing" Inside the room there was a large monster that took up majority of the room, off to the side was a computer to navigate through cameras. Mr Yoshida took a seat at the computer and used the surveillance cameras to show everyones location. "Looks like each of the students took a hostage as expected" The camera showed all the footage, even Daichi hiding in the closet with the clone. Mr.Yoshida face palmed and shook his head and switched the camera to the other students. Su-Mi and Hiruko in the grass, Aki and Ken on the rooftops. Ako sleeping on the job, and Shoko on the move.

Ken Hashimoto

Ken sat at the top of the center building scouting the area quickly, Daichi had seemed to be following him but soon broke off to do his own thing. Once he saw something flying from rooftop to rooftop. "Looks like the book worm has found me, as much as I want to entertain him let's all
Meet up at Daichi's location like shoko said. He is likely the only person who can resist my gravity powers."
Ken moved down the stairs and picked up the hostage putting him over his shoulder. If they coordinated an attack with Daichi their defense would be near impenetrable.

Though Aki was gonna reach the building rather soon so he was most likely gonna be on his tail. Ken made his way down the street. Though Ken saw Aki he wasn't aware of Su-Mi and Hiruko on ground level ahead of him. "Shoko in heading to Daichis location, ill meet up with you." Ken said taking a right and running through an alley way then made a left making towards the starting location. "Is being so close to the starting point and with all the hostages really such a good idea?" Ken took a back door into a building to catch a quick breath. He placed the clone down to the side and looked out a window. The building Ken was in is located on the main road and a couple buildings down from Ako at a water fountain.

Aki Ogawa

The colorful, neon boy flew through the window with ease and in great time, his barrier crackling loudly as Aki looked around for any stairs to the rooftop floor. Sadly, he had dismissed Su-mi's warning of not being seen, and thus, alerted the watchful Ken quite easily. The villian's footsteps pattered down the flights feverishly as Aki entered, the clone passing by the neon boy in an instant before disappearing down another set of stairs. This sudden phenomenon startled the hero, indeed, but soon enough Aki regained his wits and barreled down the stairs after Ken.
In order to make-up for Ken's advantage in speed, Aki started jumping down the large array of stairs almost a whole 6 steps at a time. His barrier gladly helped with this kind of movement, much like it had done on the rooftops. Aki, pursuing Ken to the best of his abilities, tuned in with his team again. "He saw me. Ken is leaving the center building with a hostage, I'm in pursuit.", Aki informed his squad.
Once out of the large building, both racers speed down the roads and alleyways of Beta. Aki, here, had a grand disadvantage. Becoming winded, Ken started making leaps away from him before turning into a tight alleyway and disappearing into another building. This gave the no-longer neon boy time for respite, his wheezing quieting down as he approached the small structure. He would have to be much more stealthy now: taking Su-mi's words to heart, Aki entered the building as quietly as he could. "Ken is in a stout building a block or-so away from the center of Beta. I'm infiltrating, so try to find any other hostages while you can. I'll call if I need help", the boy whispered before opening the heavy metal door into the complex.

The first floor of the building hosted nobody whatsoever, but, skulking up the narrow stairs, Aki found that he could not say the same for the second floor. The boy crept into a room who's walls were composed of mostly glass, and there stood Ken with the hostage in-hand. His back turned to Aki, and conveniently faced towards the window, the boy made small silent steps towards the villain. All he had to do was grab him, then Ken would be immobilized by Aki's barrier. He just had to grapple him. Just... Had... To...

Sqqquik

The floor, a light metal substance of sorts, gave a horrible squeaking sound as Aki approached, both arms extended, at his target. Ken, whipping around to see the plain boy behind him, was suddenly tackled by the small hero. Aki's arms wrapped around the villian's waste in an instant, gripping his own wrist's to provide an even greater grip. Aki's barrier shot on, grounding both boys to the ground, and thus the sequence was complete. "I have him!", Aki yelled triumphantly into his comm. Now, he could only hope that this action could keep Ken immobilized for long.

Ako

Ako gets bored of his nap, deciding to test out an idea he thinks of from his nap. The shield-maker gets up, which didn't take long due to how short he was, and quickly grabs his backpack and the clone. Making sure he takes dark alleyways and the usual least-attention seeking routes he knew of, he stows away the clone inside a random dumpster, hopefully across the street from a clothing store.

"...clothes...off. Now. Head in...and make no noise."

He makes sure that the clone does what he orders, and even uses a dirty rag from inside the dumpster to gag him. The teen leaves the clone inside the dumpster, not feeling so bad for taking his clothes at all. After doing so, he goes across the street into the clothing department looking store, and grabs a mannequin to dress up in the clone's clothes. Finishing the makeshift dummy with a department bag over the head of the dummy to make it look like an actual hostage, making sure the hands and feet are wearing gloves of sorts and the same shoes too. Heading back outside and gently tossing his communication device at max volume down a sewage drain so that it would still have signal by not falling far away from the grate's entrance.

"...bait...set."

Heading back inside the store and looking for a clothes rack to hide in, he leaves the dummy tied up to a chair...hidden behind the cash register so no one could notice. However, he purposely put nothing in his way and toward the counter so if anyone did come, he can catch them by surprise and do his regular shield bash trick.

"...ready...rest time now."

Su-Mi Kim

Su-Mi stared hard as she watched the figure quickly disappear. "Great thanks to lover boy we lost 'em" Su-Mi huffed. "be nice he's trying" she whispered before turning to Hiro. "Ok, Ok, the plan still stands. I have an idea. Aki, of course, ignored my advice and seems to be playing tag with Kenny-Boy" she growled As she was no longer Su-Mi..But seemed on the brink of triggering her quirk due to frustration and anger. "Now, It was Stupid of us to all split up right at the beginning of the assessment... So we should corner around where Aki is and give back up. If we take down the big Boss then we can knock out the littler ones....What do you think?" he turned to Hiro for confirmation as they huddled against the corner of a tall building. She wasn't sure where Sazama was but she wouldn't dare get in her way unless she called for assistance.

"Do you know what scratch that. that's an awful plan we would just get in the way...Ok, let's scope out the area...Unseen and then we see how we can retrieve any hostages under the villain's noses." She ducked down low as she was almost crawling along the side of the building. There she spoke into the communicator. "figure was lost..However we will scan the lower area and get back to all of you when we see any possible trapping points. Aki...If you're after Ken it's best if you go near chase him towards the entrance of the city, there are two conjoined buildings that are perfect for cornering him...just a suggestion" she called quickly before heading out into the streets. Su-Mi scanned the windows of the buildings carefully. "Make sure you check alleys and dead ends...Everywhere..If you find anything suspicious tell me" she called out before heading down the street a little further. There she heard hurried footsteps. She gasped as she traveled further. She whispered into her communicator. "Someone is nearby...Head towards the fountain down the street into the junction of the main route...I'll meet you there...that's where we can assess a good access point to find them."

Then she ran swiftly towards the where the footsteps came from. Unsure who or what but she kept her distance and kept hidden. She was going to prove herself today...if it isn't with her quirk then it would be for her smarts. "Do not be seen. Though I am about ready to snap and take over. This is taking too long!" "patience...No one has really seen what we can do..."

Sazama Nyko

Sazama moved closer to the source of the heavy breathing. She reached a closet door where it was obvious someone was on the other side. The breathing was extremely heavy, not normal of that for any average human. The only person she could think of was the monstrous mutant in their class, Daichi. Sazama shuddered at the thought. Especially the environment they were in, cold and dark dimmed lights. A "monster" waiting in the closet, it was the exact things she hated and for that reason, she was afraid to even go near the door. She didn't want to hold her team back though, if a villain was in that closet, then a hostage would be in there too.
"D-Daichi...I know it's you in there. Please come out and maybe we can negotiate hostages?" And by negotiation, it would of course mean a brawl over who can take the hostage. Sazama tried to open the door but it seemed as if Daichi had a good grip on it. "I don't want to do this but...Celestial Takeover [100%]"
She put one glowing hand on the handle and the rest of her body held against the door. She hoped the heat would be strong enough to burn the handle to the other side making him release it or make the closet hot enough to make it unbearable. She knew she couldn't risk breaking in on the account of the hostage, so the only way would force them both out.

Ken Hashimoto

Ken sat and took a breath, "You guys alright?"Ken said as he faced the window. The coast was clear, Ken turned around and was tackled by a shorter boy. It was the book worm boy, once he wrapped his arms around Ken he used his quirk a force field.

"I have him!" Aki cried out.

Ken tried moving his legs to gain the advantage but I was no use, "You got balls ill give you that, but if this is as far as you thought then you have underestimated me"Ken held his right hand out and a black ball formed out of it. He only had 2 black hole orbs and a gravity well orb to use up. After that it was all basic skills, Soon the orb had reached 50% power. He took the black hole orb and smashed it into Aki's back causing a small explosion that sounded like a loud pop. Ken right hand had came out covered in cuts and bruises. A direct hit with his black hole orb would cut, bruise, and tear Skin. The track jacket on Aki's back surely had a hole in it. If he had used 100% damage could have been worse, "Let go of me!!" Ken shouted as he pull back his undamaged arm and fired a left hook at the boys head.

Ken fought brutally. His black-hole attack made a sizable, explosive pop on the plain child's back, and, with a startling yell, he followed this offense by recklessly punching the bookworm. Aki was becoming exhausted, the shots Ken was dealing out were enormous bouts of damage and his body was already tensing up trying to keep the barrier afloat. Indeed, if it weren't for the barrier, Aki's back could very well be nonexistent. Assessing the situation, Aki came to the conclusion that he had to end this fight fast. Ken's magnitude of power was not healthy for the neon boy in the long run. Luckily, Aki had just the things to end the fight: A window and Ken's leg.
Ken's legs were in a wide arch, a position that showed he was trying to get an edge through body techniques as well as his powers. This set-up, however, was not helpful for what was to happen. Aki, repositioning his leg behind that of the villian's, started to throw all his body weight into Ken and towards the window."Fine. I'll let you go. Please get ready.", Aki said, his leg tripping Ken as he was shoved, wrestling-style, out the window of the two-story building. The bookworm felt horrible for this kind of trickery, but knew it was not entirely against the rules. As said, the buildings of Beta were hilariously short, and thus, the fall Ken was taking could hopefully only give him a sprained ankle. The glass splintered away from Aki as he stood there almost as battered as the student below him. In fact, if it weren't for his barrier anchoring him down, he would've been down there as well. "I'm really sorry, but it was just part of the battle. I'll pay for your medical fees", he shouted at the prone Ken, unbelievably relieved that the fallen boy's body was still alive and moving.
Picking up the heavy hostage and starting up the stairs to the building's roof, Aki estimated that he had just about enough energy to roof-jump to the safe point, even if he were to pass out when there. The boy tuned into his comm, his voice a little hoarse from the exhaustion caused by Ken's encounter, "Hostage acquired, and Ken is prone on the ground of the building. He's probably hurt, sorry. I'm going back to the safe point to cash in our target"

The tension in the air was thick, and Daichi exhaled like his lungs were cannons. Every breath was loud, and Daichi was left none the wiser of the incredible amount of noise he was generating. The sweat of the clone drenched Daichi's back in a slick sweat, causing him to whine slightly in disgust. That sound was immediately ceased when the sound of a creaking floorboard occurred two stories below. Daichi nearly stopped breathing, but almost immediately began to hyperventilate, breathing at a dangerously fast rate. Someone was climbing the stairs, someone was climbing the stairs, oh god, oh god, oh god-.

The creaking of a door near the beginning of the third floor caused Daichi's mind to race far faster than the dim boy was ever meant to. He heard the sound of a girl's voice, but it was to far away and too muffled to make out who was talking, and what was being said. Daichi, despite having barely any room in the small, enclosed space, immediately began to shiver in fear. The thought of losing that extra credit, which was going to be his sole lifeline in his academic career, and arguably his only chance at graduation... It terrified Daichi, to say the least. But then again... Hurting someone was just as horrible, if not worse... But... maybe it was okay? The nurse was available nearby, and maybe the teachers would step in if Daichi lost control... Daichi made his decision, but nearly lost control of his bowels when there was a hesitant knock on the door. A voice, which Daichi recognized as the sleepy Sazama, rung out. As it did, Daichi slowly touched the communicator on the side of his head, and silently whispered out a status to his teammates.

"I-I have t-trouble here, requesting backup i-i-immediately... I-if that's not t-too much to a-ask..."

As he gave out the response, Daichi felt someone pull against the door. He wasn't too worried, however. He was far stronger than a little girl, and there was no way in hell she would be able to open that door with him on the other side. Daichi doubted if her entire team pulling on the door would be able to open it, especially considering how dark the building and, by extension, the closet was. Daichi began to calm down - after all, he was pretty much assured safety, right? There was no way hero's would risk breaking down the room when there was a hostage inside... Daichi's recovery was short-lived, however, as the handle slowly began to heat up.

It took nearly 8 seconds until Daichi realized that it wasn't his hands sweating profusely, but rather the quirk of the intruder. It seems that the girl was some kind of pyrokinetic... As Daichi came to this conclusion, the handle began to grow hot... It wasn't like the heat itself was going to seriously injure him, but his grip began to grow slick with sweat, and it sure as heck wasn't going to be easy to hold the door like this... But... she would have to stop eventually if he did hold on, the hostage wasn't nearly as tough as Daichi himself... No. Even though he was playing the villain, Daichi knew that sacrificing another person was surely not the right choice. Daichi got himself ready, and threw open the door as hard as he could, easily ripping it from it's hinges. Now, easily towering over the girl stood Daichi, who was far stronger than he had felt in any of the PE classes before. But his stamina was probably still weaker than this girl, who was now covered in glowing tattoos... Dismissing the glowing circuits that covered most of her exposed skin, Daichi quickly got himself in a tight position, covering the doorway with his massive frame. As he did so, he entered into a safe guard, almost taunting the girl to try her luck with direct combat. During all of this, he kept himself silent. He knew that his voice was not the proper tone for a villain...

Daichi tightened his stance, matching the way his boxing instructors had taught him at the age of 12. His mother, always the worrier, wanted to be sure that Daichi knew how to protect himself... Which was already pretty easy considering his quirk... In the darkness, he looked truly intimidating, the only parts of his body clearly visible being his beady eyes, and his shining teeth. Daichi, however, saw his surroundings with perfect clarity, and noticed how the girl dodged his famous door-attack, which he had just invented seconds ago. Daichi briefly questioned why he was going to throw away a life of not using his quirk, a life of calm and gentle peace, by attacking this girl... But then he remembered the kind, smiling faces of those whom he helped back in Kyoto... He was doing this so he could do more good like that. Even if he had to hurt this girl... She was going to forgive him if he tried hard enough to make amends. The same could not be said about Daichi trying to forgive himself for failing something he is supposed to be amazing at...

Being sure to cover as much of the doorway as possible, Daichi prepared against an assault of heated strikes. Despite this, he felt a little... off. Why was she so confident earlier? Why did she say that weird phrase earlier when the heating began? Daichi shook these questions from his mind. That didn't matter. All that mattered was winning. He needed that extra credit... He needed all the help he could get to graduate this dang school... Daichi snarled slightly, in hopes of threatening and possibly unnerving the girl. He refused to move besides that, praying his teammates hurried to his location soon. Even if they didn't, however, Daichi wasn't to worried.

After all, what could a girl who didn't even reach his shoulders do to him, even if she had hot hands? Daichi was about to find out how wrong he was shortly.

Old Testament (Edited from the preceding RP)

The bus jostled forward after it picked up the remainder of passengers and parted from the stop rejoin the flows of traffic. Among the headcount were generic, borderline identical white collar businessmen and women, newspapers and phones practically glued to their hands displaying how poorly the one yen coin and peso were currently performing. There were also your average folk, average trade workers, average children... in general, the layout was quite, evidently, average. Save for one denizen on this voyage for however many stops he needed to traverse. This boy was anything but nondescript. It wasn't that he looked out of the ordinary. In fact, he was a member of the Japanese teenage populace whose hair somehow naturally deviated from the common genetic palette, the spectrum expressed by many manga and anime characters. At least he didn't have blonde twintails. Yet this was real life, so genes were obviously to blame here. That being said, whilst the boy was confounded by ties to reality, that didn't mean he was unable to enclose himself in his own little bubble.

In laymen's terms, he was in a muse. His thoughts surged rapidly in perfect tandem with the numerous sources of electricity that surrounded him, as if they embodied a grid granted just for his access, powered by Ai Ninomiya's soothing yet vibrant voice. And of course the prospect of whether he brought too little or too much manga. Of course.

"Huwawawa, crap, crap, did I bring enough?! He wracked through his memory, checking and double-checking the mental list he had organized the day he sent off his belongings. But then another predicament surfaced. What if he took up too much room? "Wait, I'm living with other people, right? What if I take up too much room?! Crap, there's also the mobile system. And all of my DVDs! Also my contraptions and workbench! And my dakimkur-

Well, they weren't exactly mere thoughts anymore. Ender anxiously machine-gunned words under his breath with his face deep in his palms. Passive gazes couldn't help but to be drawn to the peculiar spectacle. While he continued to ponder how utterly screwed he was, the boy failed to keep track of how many stops the bus had made during his partially-contained panic attack.

Next stop is...

"Tertiary character say what... Ender proceeded to let out muffled cry once it dawned on him exactly how screwed he was indeed. "OH MY REM IS BEST GIRL NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

There was a measurement of truth consummately woven into Ninomiya's melancholy lyrics. He was in earnest "On His Own." Ender rested on this notion while dedicated a few sparse moments to catching his breath before the gates of a particular academic institution. From Aomori to Musutafu. Not as long of a journey as surely a number of his classmates surely made, but his attempts to facilitate the flow of oxygen weren't made out of exasperation from his travels. The city was... loud, its volume still remained nearly just as intense even on its outskirts. "You anticipated this, come on. Just keep breathing. Breathe." It would take some acclimating, that was for damn sure. To gauge the sensation as just nauseating was understating it. He could at least be thankful for the saving grace that the school wasn't oriented in the nucleus of the city. The glass was always half-full of mountain dew as far as Ender was concerned. The boy gulped down the last of his unrest, smoothed out his posture, and drew over the scrunched up expression with a youthful smile. It wasn't the time to be stagnate! No! A school life full of wonders and new expanses was before him! Every great story always starts with that first step, the first quest, the first NPC, the first happenstance encounter! "Link Ring Link!" The boy chanted with an immeasurable amount of jubilation as he launched into the air

And then Ender face-planted into the cold, unloving pavement before the school gates. "Urgh...death...flag..."

New Testament (Intro filler y0)
At some time during the week:

Ender produced his phone in a deft, laudably autonomous movement when the ringtone permeated the music already playing through his headphones. With another flick just a quick as the prior motion the cellular device's bluetooth was turned on and transmitted whoever was on the other side of the call. Except it was already obvious to the eccentric student who had rang him, since that ringtone only belonged to one individual.
"Oh, hey dad! How goes it? Haven't pissed off any of the government workers as of late, riiiiight?" The boy facetiously chirped while reclining on his bed, placing his head on a pillow sporting a Nagisa Furukawa case. He patiently listened to the series of vivid accounts that transpired during his time away. The man wasn't one to show it, but he was most likely aching and had upped his workload to keep his mind preoccupied. To him, Ender was a son, an apprentice, and the only family he had.

The feeling was mutual.

"Don't worry, don't worry, I'm acclimating just fine." He attempted to put his father's worries at ease and threw his arms behind his head, "Just wish it was a little quieter, that's all. But you win some and you lose some, yeah? Anyways, classes have been going... well, they've been going. Wha, oh, a charge to my card...?" Ender cast a glance at the bag of freshly acquired manga located at the foot of his bed. The loot was from a nearby store he had researched well in advance to the semester. "...School supplies." He squeaked, not fooling anybody, let alone the man who raised him. "N-Nanodesu. Eheheh... Alright, alright, I know. Focus on school. Speaking of which, there's gonna be an exercise at the end of the week. Yeah, already! I was surprised too! You may want to make some funeral preparations." Instantly the images of characters such as Ken and Daichi came to mind. Real protagonist material. Though the former may be striding the line of the dark swordsman with long locks trope. A shiver ran down his spine at the prospect of facing off against those individuals, along with many other members of class 1-A. "Well, I gotta log off for now. Really have to catch up on Fate/kal- I MEAN STUDIES. YES. STUDIES. ERM. BURNING LOOOOOOOVE!!!"

After hitting Aki with the 2 blows he could feel his grip loosening yet the little bastard was still holding on tight. This plain boy had spunk and the fiery eyed boy respected that. As Ken tried to get the leverage it turned out bad completely unaware of the environment, Ken eyes grew wide as he flew through the glass window, he braced for impact. A large cut all on his body and on his cheek from the glass cutting into him. Ken landed on the ground breaking the fall with his right foot, spraining it. Ken laid for a couple seconds. There was not much he could do in that situation, only thing left is to get back into the fight. Ken picked himself up slowly, he was beaten up yeah but this pain compares to his life was nothing but a paper cut. Ken winded up his last black hole, after this one he would have to rely on one leg and arm.

Ken bit his lip as he winded up the the orb to 100%, Ken was preparing to sling shot himself onto the roof using the full suction power of his black hole. A dangerous method but if he time it correctly he could get to the roof quickly. The swirling orb was growing bigger, first the size of ping pong ball, then to a tennis ball, and finally the size of a bowling ball. "100%.." he said as do or die time came. Ken threw the ball at at an angle towards the roof of the building. Once it was 20 feet away Ken activated the black hole, choosing him as the target. He could feel the pressure on his sprained ankle leaving as he elevated towards the sky, slowly picking up speed as he flew. Soon he passed the first floor. as he looked at the second floor he saw the body and Aki was gone and so was the hostage. Ken smirked as he passed by and went straight to the roof. Ken released the black hole orb once he got close, propelling himself in the air. Getting a clear view of Aki at the top with the body. "That was slick what you did!" Ken shouted as he roughly landed on the building, rolling to break the fall. He got up slowly but surely, "Now is the real deal, beat me here and you can go take the hostage back, Mano A Mano" Ken said getting into a fighting stance, though Ken was near his limit having suffered heavy damage , Aki wasn't far off from kicking the bucket either. A decisive blow would end this battle surely for each team. This was gonna come down straight to grit, using 2 black holes consecutively has a high energy toll on Ken giving Aki the advantage if he can land a good hit. Ken had counter measures as well, incase he wanted to attemp to run Ken was ready to use his last card, Gravity well. Ken moved in closer keeping a watchful eye on his class mate.

Luckily it didn't take long for Daichi to emerge from the closet. Sazama swiftly dodged the door as it flew towards her and looked to see the mutant guarding the entryway with his entire body. Sazama knew she wouldn't be able to budge him even with her enhanced strength and speed without the risk of hurting the hostage.

"I've got Daichi here and a hostage 3rd-floor hospital building. He's trapped the hostage in the closet and I'm currently not able to get to him." Sazama spoke into her communicator not taking her eyes off of Daichi. It looked like he wasn't moving an inch, but neither was Sazama. But she couldn't just stand there waiting for backup, especially with her quirk on a time limit [95%] - 19 min left.
She shut her eyes and began to take deep breaths. With each breath, the tattoos flickered like a furnace. Glowing a bit brighter with each exhale. She opened her eyes, which turned into an intense gold.
"Sorry Daichi..."
Sazama said softly. She began to strip off her gym clothes leaving her with her in just a sports bra and shorts, trying to expose as much of the tattoos as she can. The tattoos that were underneath her clothing came alive, glowing as bright as her arms and legs did. She then lunged at Daichi and wrapped herself around Daichi's torso. Her arms would go all the way around so she was forced to hang off by his shoulders.
With this, the longer she stayed on the worse the burn will get. It might take a minute or two until it will really hurt him but Sazama hopes that he'll give up before then. The nurse might treat burns but Sazama didn't want to hurt any of her classmates. She used her strength to get a good grip on him, making it harder for him to just fling her off.

Aki Ogawa
Interacting with @pkken (and @KimmiNinja)

EDIT: Aki heard Sazama's call for help through the comm as he trudged across the metal roof. "Daichi? If he becomes a problem, tell him I'll burn down his dorm garden. I understand it sounds strange, but'll work", he responded. Sadly, this was another immoral string to pull, but it was a necessary one nonetheless. Aki pulled the hostage over his shoulder a little better, before another voice caught his attention

Aki's heavy breathing came back to him as he prepared to roof jump, until the familiar, cocky voice of Ken interrupted his train of thought. "That was sick what you did", the flying boy yelled as he landed on the roof. The bookworm did not know if this was a compliment or a threat and, frankly, was too surprised to care. Soon enough, though, Ken continued with, "Now is the real deal, beat me here and you can go and take the hostage back. Mano A Mano", before conjuring another black hole in his hand. Out of nowhere this jerk was showing some chivalry, and Aki was extremely pleased because of this. Running now, even if it were to secure the hostage, would be a dishonorable way to decline a dual. Placing the hostage down on the steps to the roof and turning back to Ken, Aki responded with, "Alright, I'll fight you on those terms. No one takes the hostage until we're through though, ok?", before adding in a whisper "Glad he's learned his manners". Aki spoke the countdown, both opponents squaring up until, at the count of "3!", they charged at their counterpart.
Aki ran in jerky left-and-right movements towards Ken, making sure to have his steps be as randomized and untrakeable as possible. One good hit more and the boy's only protection would surely be downed, so he had to make sure that whatever Ken dealt out he could take. Thus, another plan erupted in the bookworm's psyche. He slammed his body into Ken's, making sure to position his legs where Ken's were and keep his chest on his. Then, as the crackling of the plain boy's barrier loudened, Aki quickly grabbed the black hole Ken had brandished before, bringing his fingers to tighten around the back of both of his opponent's hands. The glowing neon mandables of Aki would cover any explosion Ken produced from his orb, an offensive that, though it could destroy the bookworm's barrier for good, could also eviscerate Ken's hands even more effectively. Aswell, covering such horrible damage with a smaller part of his barrier (his palms) helped Aki make sure that, hopefully, his barrier would not take up more energy than he had. Otherwise, the rest of his body contact followed the same formula: minimize the amount of barrier threatened. His legs were the only target for Ken's kicking since he was right-up against him, and, otherwise, the tall boy's arms were trapped in Aki's absolute grip: unable to punch.
What was ultimately interesting was that, due to Aki's height compared to Ken's, the plain boy's forehead came right up to his counterpart's neck. The bookworm took this into factor for his plan, and, almost out of the blue, slung his head back to headbutt the soft flesh of Ken's throat. Aki's forehead was another, smaller part of his barrier. Thus, he would expend minimal energy slamming it into Ken.

Ken smirked as Aki accepted his deal, "I accept those terms" Ken said as Aki rushed into him with another grapple. He had to give Aki the props, Ken had him beat in powe and reach and even though he excelled at close combat Aki was too close to even really combat against. "I'll give you props for these grapples." Ken said smirking. The boy even seemed to be wary of another direct hit from his
Black hole, pretty smart to grab his hands as well this time though Ken wasn't thinking of further damage to himself. Aki head butted Ken in the neck, a desperate move indeed, "Its gonna take more then that bookworm" Ken said as his right leg around the boys leg, wincing a little As they battle for position. Ken then used his last remaining black hole orb, with the flick of his wrist, the orb flew a couple feet behind the two. This time the sound was a loud blast, kicking up debris into the air, and also created a sizeable hole in the roofs floor structure. This attack could be taken as a accident and a miscalculation but it was part of his idea.

The last black hole orb had been used up, this battle was most likely gonna end soon and he wouldnt have enough time to create another one."Lets take a trip Ken said with a laugh as he summoned his purple orb, this one yet to be seen. Thanks to the fiery eyes boys height, obtaining position wasn't much of a problem. Once his purple orb was ready, hee wrapped his right leg around the boys leg, shifted his body forward, and pushed off with his left leg causing the two to get knocked off balance towards the whole. "Gravity Well!" Ken shouted as the purple orb glowed bright. Being outside of the safe spot of the radius, Ken was victim as well. The concrete around the hole soon caved in under the weight of gravity, almost like they had 80 lbs on their shoulders. They flew into the 4th floor with great impact, Aki on the bottom and Ken on top. Ken grunted from the shock of impact suffering some damage to his legs. Falling with that amount of pressure couldn't have knocked an average person out but Aki's shield protected him from some of the impact damage, but was it enough to put him down for the count?

Interacting with @pkken

It was all a purple, metallic flash to Aki. A large hole opened up behind where Ken missed, a blinding purple orb decimated the building, and suddenly Aki was face down in rubble and dirt. The only thing that surprised Aki more than what he just witnessed was that, simply put, the hostage was still intact. Out of some strange occurrence, or perhaps his own reflexes, Aki had caught and protected the hostage with the whatever was left of his barrier. Getting up slowly from the thick, grey dust that now caked the ground around him, the plain boy allowed the clone to get up as well before turning to his opponent. Aki could only assume this was the tall boy's doing, a quick and decisive maneuver that not only destroyed the building, but also the bookworm's chances of winning. If Aki were to fight with his quirk now, he risked muscle spasms, or worse. He approached Ken quietly, his gym uniform ripped and soiled with grime almost as much as his counterpart's, and extended a hand of surrender towards the villian. "You win. I can't fight. Well done", Aki said in a hoarse, and almost proud, tone. He waited until Ken hesitantly shook his hand before talking into the team comm. "Ken's at the building where I was with the hostage. I'm not gonna be able to fight anymore"
"My team is probably coming. Thought I'd give you a fair warning", Aki informed the victor of the dual. The bookworm was not sour about the outcome of this fight in the least. It was good exercise, and Ken had made up for his brashness in class. Anyways, he never needed the extra credit in the first place. Aki smiled at Ken slightly, concluding with, "Now, if you'll excuse me"

Blaargh... Plop

The bookworm became sick all over a piece of rubble before fainting abruptly, his body slamming into the destroyed ground and bringing up a large cloud of dust. Aki was never an athletic or enduring person, so this battle truly took everything out of him. He would have to improve his physique if he was ever to become good at this heroing thing. But for now, he needed to rest...

Su-Mi Kim

Su-Mi Had heard the several loud crashes and grunts not too far from her location. "that doesn't sound good...." She ran towards the noise drawing closer and closer to finally see the conflict between Bith Ken and Aki. "Oh shit..they really are going at each other," she muttered to the voice who only responded with. "Are we just going to let that cocky bastard beat him?!" Su-MI shook her head as she felt a flare of anger. "HELL NO!" she shouted out loud as she ran. "Ken's at the building where I was with the hostage. I'm not gonna be able to fight anymore" Su-Mi heard as she headed to the origin of distress. She replied back quickly. "hang tight, tries to leave the area I'm right there!" she announced as she quickly ran into the building. Or what was left of the building. Smoke, rubble, and dust adorned the area. Her eyes squinted as she looked to see Aki sprawled on the floor. Her heart raced..."oh no....Raja please there's no way I can do this without y-" "That's it! Wheres the bastard!" the voice called Su-Mi felt her fist clench..once again without her control. Raja was almost to the breaking point. Su-Mi's face hardened as she spotted Ken standing there tall and proud. Su-Mi wouldn't be so tactical in these situations...but her stress levels and anger levels weren't high enough to make her go into a frenzy..yet.

"You did this?" she asked playing dumb. "You sure seem powerful" she muttered bitterly. She stayed her ground as she slowly made her way towards Aki. "Oh lord...Aki.." she kneeled to him lifting up his head. Now she was starting to get scared...If Aki couldn't handle him...How in the hell could she?! "Trust me..I know we can"

The battle over and Ken the victor he let out a good smile, the first since he has been here. "That was a good battle bookworm, you have earned my respect, as a class mate and a hero in training". Ken said shaking his hand firmly, the plain boys hands soft and warm compared to kens hard and cold. He looked over to the clone that was intact. Once Ken her Aki give his information he knew that this is as far as he'd go, it would be a miracle if he got out with another win. Soon Su-Mi came, tending Aki and sizing Ken up.

"Oh lord....Aki.."

Ken turned and gave a smile, "Aki, you are the first to gain my respect, though we are from 2 different worlds." Ken backed up against a pile of rubble unable to stand, his ankle suffering too much damage, his right arm bleeding and covered in bruises. Ken stared directly at Su-Mi his eyes piercing hers, "You see, the odds are in your favor to win. Go ahead and take the hostage, its futile to try to stop you. We can fight another time when I'm at full power." Ken said sitting next to Aki's passed out body. Ken turned to his communicator, "I have won the battle but lost the war" Ken said over the communicator to his teammates. He then turned to Su-Mi with a meaningful grin, "Lets get your friend to the nurse" Ken said as he supported Aki up, wrapping the kids arm around his neck. He wasn't all bad and annoying, just a kid with a shitty childhood, sometimes he could be sweet at least.

Shoko Iseki

"I-I have t-trouble here, requesting backup i-i-immediately... I-if that's not t-too much to a-ask..."

"I'm coming, Dai--"

A loud explosion started Shoko, causing her to throw her gaze over her shoulder, in the direction of the noise. Who was involved over there? She wasn't sure, but she had to guess Ken.

Approaching the building she believed Daichi to be in, she spoke over the comm. "Ken! Ako! What's happening?" she asked hurriedly.

Inside the building now, and before any answer came, she heard another crash -- this time smaller and directly above her on another floor. Daichi.

Brow furrowing, Shoko ran up the stairs, following the sounds of the struggle. As she steeled herself and entered the room, spotting Daichi and Sazama, Ken spoke over the communicator.

"I have won the battle but lost the war."

The girl paused, clicking her tongue as her eyes widened. There was a lot to take in in that moment. 'Lost the war?' What did that mean? Was he hurt? And more importantly, why was Sazama all but naked and clinging to Daichi?

Shoko quickly got over her shock, realizing it had to do with her quirk -- and she really didn't seem keen on letting go.

"We haven't lost anything yet," she said as strongly as she could into her communicator. "Get over here."

Think as many steps ahead as you can, she told herself, analyzing the information she had as quickly as possible.

"Daichi!" she yelled, making sure to get his attention. "To the roof!" She would have startled herself with how forceful she sounded, if it weren't for the adrenaline pumping through her -- this was easily the most vocal she had been in many years.

She immediately left the room, mind still racing. They had been forced to engage with heroes before they had had a chance to meet up -- but that didn't mean they should stop trying to regroup.

She had two choices right now -- bring her and her hostage to the roof ahead of Daichi, or get back to the ground, just outside the building. The riskier play was undoubtedly the roof, but she decided that risks would have to be taken to come out on top here. She just hopped Isshin-sensei wouldn't hate her too much after today.

"Daichi," she said into her comm. "Make sure you have your hostage. If you can't get Sazama off, jump off the roof back first. If the threat of that doesn't get her to let go, the impact will." She paused for a moment before adding "Don't worry about any injuries to either of you."

She was breathing hard as she made it through the door to the roof, having been in a full out sprint for the last few minutes.

"Ako," she managed. "Is everything alright on your end?" He had been completely silent thus far, and though she knew that was likely just him being himself, she wanted to make sure he hadn't been engaged yet.

Without pause, she dragged the hostage to one corner of the roof, leaning over the edge to see both how high they were and what the side of the building looked like.

She smiled through her labored breaths at her findings.

As long as Daichi came up, she had an easy way off the roof, with at least one of their two hostages in tow. The other... well, the other was the reason why Shoko was worried about what Isshin-sensei would think of her.

Heart pounding in her ears and eyes locked on the door to the roof, the girl waited a few tense long seconds.

Ako

Ako goes out of his hiding spot for a moment to look for a few packets inside jackets that serve as stuffing of sorts. Before going to stuff the makeshift hostage with fluff, he heads into the backroom of the store thinking/hoping that there is a microwave there. Briefly heating up the fluff, he decides to make this dummy an easier thing to mistake as a human by stuffing the inside of the clothes thinly so it would be able to feel softer and warmer. After doing so he goes back to the hiding spot, patiently waiting to see how this works out. He does hear some distinct noises, but shrugs it off.

"...other ways...to win."
