There is Zen in Dragon Fang for those who need interaction there and James in Phoenix Wing if you need interaction there. Zen will have just come back from avoiding the necromancer mess and James is sitting in a corner of the guild hall, studying a book and muttering to himself as the glow of his magic pops up now and then. If needed, knock on the door to Master Jack's office to get his attention.

@Lugubrious In your Nero post, you said there was a mumbled conversation between Time Lord and Jack. That conversation was in the Guild Master's office with the door shut.
