Wait! I just had the perfect idea. Honestly, I should have thought of this right when the beam hit. 0-Point Technique: Portal! *a large portal appears above the base, taking in the beam and sending it out into space somewhere so that the mountain is untouched* Simple as that. Why waste our magic power absorbing a beam when we can simply slap two points in space together?

Clearly, the only option is a geothermal, tropical area.
-Aphrodite- Do we have any actual way to functionally change the climate for a long period of time? One that won't wind down without help? I suppose the volcanic idea would make that work.
-There are all kinds of movies with volcanic, tropical islands. Of course it would work.
