Why do you think there is a scale model to be built first, @Terminal? The GLORIOUS LEADER deserves nothing but the best. As for the labor to build both the scale model and the final version? There are always volunteers. Everyone volunteers to serve when it counts most. The very act of asking for volunteers is a crime, after all, we all serve willingly. That being said...

Comrades, we all live and serve
On the behalf of the Glorious Leader.
Do not try to resist. We have seen
Enough to know that He is supreme.
Disloyalty will be rooted out.

My first priority in this trying time,
Even as the Glorious Leader watches me,
Seems clear. It is not to resist.
Sometimes resistance is futile.
At this time, I just want everybody to remember:
Games are one thing, but this is not a game.
Everybody needs to do what they think is right.
Support the GLORIOUS LEADER. That is what is right.

Death to the Glorious Leader! His vitriol shall not deafen mine ears, nor shall my throat spew his bile! The resistance need not hide behind these coded missives. Our hatred must be open and loud, lest the weak and impoverished think themselves alone in this fight.

I have some interesting ideas for this contest. I usually just stick to TTL, but the temptation is great, so I might just break my rules and do both. I only hope my idea isn't the same as @PlatinumSkink's, as I have an inkling it might be.
