@Crimmy Sorta skimmed that City Plot post. so the gist is there's going to be a car chase? So for the plot point would a witness end up getting involved somehow? (Lemme beat you to it first @Inkd Bull XD)

Funny, if I like the final episode of MSG: IBO, I'll probably pick up Toradora because of the director.

Sakura's in club, so she and Jin could have likely heard all the screams and shining lights of the drama club, which means there's an excuse to go group up with Kaede and all the people chasing him to the clock tower.

Because that's the main plot device at the school.

The one that's starting the School Side plot.

If @Mistress Dizzy and @DJAtomika group up with the rest of the School Side Plot folks, then I should be able to get that steaming ahead.

So, to recap, for the school folks:

Kaede, Rena and Akihito are running to the clock tower, with Sakura following. Jin was last spoken to by Sakura.

Senhime and Aloha-kun were left at the clubroom after the others ran off.

And Hantaru's could likely run into the other runners while heading to Lit.

And for the City Side:

Koizumi and Katsu are on the streets (not sure where @Rosalite is right now, but @Conflagration I should be able to get you started once everything's in position), Daisuke and Kimiko are also on the streets, Kiritsugu's near my plot hook so that's all-g, California Roll Arina's probably going to be on the streets once she walks back from grocery shopping, and Reiji's entrance depends on whether @Inkd Bull wishes to post before or after I hit the plot hook.

Here's the list of characters and their players.

Noticing the plot hook doesn't need friendship, though. A classroom exploding into light and the people running away from it should be decently noticeable.

Oh yeah, these robots are 190kg (400 pounds), 1.185m (almost 4 feet) tall, and have a max speed of 20 kph (12.5 mph).

Well, normal ones are.

And School Side Plot, I'm just waiting on @Mistress Dizzy before I get you guys to the clock tower.
