Anyone older than thirty who holds a respectable position or long held job, or is successful. Two of which King Arthur is a good candidate for.

If that is the rule, then I think Iron Knight is the only "adult" in the room.

Edit: Sorry, Hound. Forgot Vigilante again. He has time traveled so much, I wouldn't know where to start. lol.

I won't say they're all "wee teens". Also, before I continue, I will give a warning that the ages of characters that I do not own may not be accurate. Iron Knight is in his early-30's. War-Pulse is definitely an adult (he chooses when he wants to act like one). Thunderbolt and Boom are probably in their mid-20's. Not sure about Radiance's age, but she is definitely not a teenager. Same goes for the White Witch. Arachne will have graduated from college in season 2. Raptor (et al.) and Lyger are still in college, but they are upperclassmen (I think that is true for Lyger).

So Eva is the only "teen". And since she is 16/17 (I think), she would probably still be in high school or entering freshman year in college, if she had not dropped out.

<Snipped quote by VATROU>

Iron Knight is probably the oldest human there. Also, the box awaits you... ;)

Fair enough :) wasn't overly familiar with their ages personally. Been trying to get to know them better~ sorry if that came off wrong.

Eva has dropped out although who knows, maybe she'll head back to school. She probably won't at least not for any long duration. And no. The box cannot take me for such a comment.

Sudden realization that the heroes are wee teens. Certainly capabale but they're so young. Poor Icon, dealing with the apparent difference in maturity levels is bound to be hella frustrating.

Riley's barely a year old, though she is physically a college age girl. :P

We better get ourselves a clear definition of "adult."

Let's not state it's because of age, because I'm technically an adult if we're going by that but I sure don't act like one. XD

You can be above 30, hold a respectable position or long held job, and/or be successful yet still not be an adult because you fail to act like it. :P

I divide being adult up into three areas:

Physically. Emotionally. Mentally. I'm pretty no one is an 'adult' in all three of these, lol. *looks at some of the behavior of the heroes currently and chuckles*

Name: Bjolfur Valbergsson

Alias: None

Character Alignment: Walking the Line

Identity: N/A

Character Personality: Bjolfur is a hot head in both a literal and metaphorical sense. He is prone to fits of anger and is very prideful, but can also be respectful to those whose hearts beat like that of a warrior. Bjolfur is a beast of strength and pride above all else, preferring the most direct if often the most violent ways of solving his problems. To him, the will to power is everything, either you are strong or you are weak, either the wolf or the sheep. While he is slow to make friends, those who earn his respect have his upmost loyalty that does not falter. Even if he is destined to die in battle, he wouldn't have it any other way. Bjolfur enjoys the thrill and exceleration of combat and conflict, almost never turning down a challenge. When not in a battle frenzy, he prefers to craft jewelry and decorations made from the finest golds and jewels and appreciates those who do similer work with gusto. Those who insult or imascualtes him rarely live to tell the tale.

Uniform/Costume: None

Origins: Bjolfur Valbergsson was born a red dragon in a lonlely mountain, abandoned as an egg in a nest made of gold. Everything he learned he learned by himself, how to fly, how to hunt, and how to craft stone walls and trinkets from his treasure hoard. His life had not changed much since his inception, hunting cattle, burning down a village or two and taking the treasures to his personal mountain lair. Fast Forward 1,000 years into the modern age. One day as Bjolfur sat upon his vast horde of gold chewing on some poor cow, he discovered something new to himself and what few dragons ever experience; ambition. Specifically, the ambition to do something greater. It was then that he realized that he wanted to live on in legend, to be remembered by all the world till the end of time, and to bask in the glory of it all. The dragon had found a new mountain to climb, a new goal to acheive. Thus his journey began. His idea; to find the strongest warrior on earth, challenge them to a duel, and either win or die trying, which is still a win for him because either way, he will be remembered.

Hero Type: Supernatural

Power Level: World Level

Strength Level: 100+ Tons (Can crush Tanks and lift several story tall buildings)

Speed/Reaction: 100+ MPH Land and Air via Wings (Can keep up with a Jet Fighter)

Endurance at Maximum Effort: 5 Hours

Agility: 5X Normal Human

Intelligence: Slightly Above Average

Fighting Skill: Untrained

Other Powers:

Flame Breath: Can breath white hot fire that can melt through almost any metal

Wing Beats: Just by flapping his wings he can create hurricane force winds

Claws and Teeth: Can cut or chew through almost anything

Dragon Scales: A type of dermal armor that is nigh inuvlnerable to most forms of attacks

Fire Immunity: Can survive any form of heat, no matter how hot, even when tossed into molten magma

Telescopic Eyes: His snake like eyes can see clearly dozens of miles away and can use infravision

Poison Tail: Has a long spiked tail that can inject a deadly toxin analagous to Black Mamba Venom into whatever is scratched by it

Toxin Immunity: Is immune to any sort of poisons, toxins or venom

Ancient: Can live for thousands of years

Snake Tongue: Can be used to smell and track for miles

Immense Size: Bjolfur is three stories tall and long from head to tail and thirty feet wide

Resources: Extreme (Owns a mountain and possesses over a thousand years worth of stolen treasure)

Weaknesses: Extreme Cold

Needs to eat, breath and sleep

Focused fire on a single scale over a period of time can degrade it, making an opening.

Supporting Characters: None, Bjolfur enjoys his independence though is not entirely against making new friends.

Do you know how to post Pictures on RPG Boards?: No

Justine is 24, college graduate. Successful reporter, even as a freelancer, making significant cash. Physically, mentally, and emotionally she is a relatively well-adjusted young adult in her prime. I think she qualifies.

I don't really think a dragon would fit into this game and setting. This is a superhero rpg, not so much an actual fantasy rpg. So I'm going to have to say no to the dragon.

This isn't a rush or anything but it's been three days since I've sent Chris out in to the world and I have yet to hear back from any of the GMs.

Again. No rush. She is a season 2 character after all. I just wanted to know if there were any corrections to make or if she was good.

I think the main issue with Dragons may be because, they're Dragons. I mean how do you ignore a giant lizard flying around that can turn cities into dust.

@Nightknight I'd play around with the idea more, get NMS and Ded involved in the process. I think if your Dragon wasn't super powerful all the time and had to follow similar Rules as the Greek Gods do, then maybe he would be accepted. If his power is limited or if he couldn't act in his more powerful Dragon form and had to rely on a weaker human guise. I'm just tossing around ideas.

If Dragons are super powerful and wholly iconic as Dragons. Then making them appear less could get then accepted.

Still a thing. Icon just has been busy with Umbraxis and the current event. ;)

@Blue Demon: I'll take a look at it as soon as possible. I was just a little busy the past couple days.

Part of the problem is that this is first and foremost a superhero roleplay, not general fantasy one. Sure, magic and fantasy elements might appear in Marvel and DC comics, but they are not the most important part of these two universes. In my own opinion (I cannot speak for the other GMs), these fantasy elements should not exist naturally on this Earth or have long since faded away. They should be regulated to their own corner outside of Earth (cf. the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes episode where the Red Skull was pulling monsters out of the other Asgardian realms).

It does not make sense for a large dragon to appear in this world, which for the most part should be devoid of these types of creatures.
