Those were the ones I remember, anyway. Primal Rage, probably the first. Goldeneye and Starfox were shortly after, but I had to put em in top 3 cus they were very memorable. Had a Sega Game Gear, and one of the batman games is probably among the first three I played. Man, that thing ate batteries so fast.

Oh god.... Take a walk down memory lane - the three I remember playing first were...

Pong on my uncles Atari:

Donkey Kong on my baby sitters arcade version she had in her game room:

And The Legend Zelda on my grandmothers NES, lol (The woman actually mapped out the entire game on graph paper - god love her for that obsessive gaming personality even at her age back then.)

I can't recall exactly what the first three were. They were probably simple, educational kids games my Mum set me up with before I was old enough to remember.

But ones that stand out to me are:

Still give them a go these days for pure nostalgia.

@Gelatinous Cube I found a glitch with Cosmic Cosmo that give you unlimited health. It was something easy if I remember where you just have to beat stage one, pick up all health packs and not get hit. xD

And speaking of Apogee, they made some awesome games! Hocus Pocus, Raptor, Crystal Caves and Maths Rescue!

There were probably some before both The Lion King and Toejam & Earl but I just can't quite recall them. I've been playing video games since I was an infant. Those two were also for the Megadrive and not the Genesis since - as most people know - despite that they were the same systems, NA had the Sega Genesis while EU had the Sega Megadrive.

I still have both my Megadrive and Amiga laying around somewhere in storage. Never getting rid of them, even if they don't work. I also occasionally revisit Toejam & Earl through emulation. Same with the Micro Machines games.

and just next door at the pizza shop:

We didn't get an NES until a little later, and since I've got an older brother, I was pretty limited. But I'll kick your ass in SSBKB.
