@MissCapnCrunchWell, I sent a PM to the writer of Ithobal to discuss a possible scene for the tournament if Ithobal and "Lord Jeyco" were to ever clash, but I haven't received a response yet and his response determines if Lord Jeyco even competes or not since his sole and only reason was to go at the Heir to the Gully family lol. Otherwise, I would just have him head back to his ship and set sail before the drama breaks loose.

@MissCapnCrunchAlso, for the actual RP'ed out portion of the tournament, since from what I've gathered we're only RP-ing the duel part, can whoever Trystan is up against fight him in a melee?

If so, how are we going to calculate who is stronger, faster, etc.? Is it assumed that age = better physical and tactical abilities?

Jon Clarke or Thom Clarke for a random entry, space filler. They are the nephews of the character I am creating at the moment.

@MissCapnCrunch You can use Kevan Moor, Thurid and Tommen Guild as random NPCs. I think they'll be people who have "accidents" and get taken out of the tourney.

I just need 3 more names and then I can get to work on the tournament stuff.
You guys want to roleplay out some of the activities yes or no?

If so, the one I would chose to do is the hand to hand combat with weapon of choice.

There are going to be 5 events with 2 getting eliminated each round until a winner is named.

The tournament will definitely bring a lot to talk about :)
I plan to have 5 events, each eliminating 2 people at a time.
The death of the king will all be revealed at the end of the tournament as well.

I'm thinking what I'll do is split up the events into smaller posts so you guys have time to if wanted- place a post in either acting out your part in the tournament, reacting to who is in the tournament or reacting to who was eliminated for each event.

My events will be:
Archery
Hammer throwing
Jousting
Mixed weapon fighting
Pheasant hunt
