As a rule, for this, RP slayers are pretty heavily regulated, but you have written up quite an detailed character here even for a gender bent Arturia, who is in turn, a genderbent Arthur As I see the dragonslayer issue has been addressed, I have an idea for you: Keep the character the same, but make him a "normal" *air quotes* mage with holy magic, a powerful sword, requip magic and maybe other magics. There is nothing inherently wrong with the idea you have here.
