Radical. I will attempt to start a post on Thursday. I have an unexpected open day this week. If I don't get started or finish on Thursday, Sunday will probably be the better bet. I'm also going to possibly start another proposal soon-ish. How would people feel about a slightly darker iteration of Doctor Strange?

Virgil Hawkins ♦ B I R T H D August 12th 2000 ( 16) ♦ Male ♦ Good

C O N C E P T A B S T R A C T:
My main goal for Virgil is a combination of Three easy things.

1. To find a fair middle ground between the original Comic Static, and The DCAU Static, without contradicting the style of either.
2. A More Modern, but still in character backstory, that keeps focus with the DCAU’s Effects of the Bang Babies, and streamlining them to the main world as well.
3. To create a contrast between the more high scale super villainy and the more urban side of crime, going for both a more urban crime drama direction while keeping Virgil’s side of the story relatively light.

My first goal is to establish Dakota City as a massively corrupt city, a city riddled mostly with small petty crimes that isn’t REALLY full of full on Supervillainy, but more urban crime up until the Rise of Ebon.

Ebon I want to be used sort of Like Bishop from Juice, a man who came across the power to change his destiny, regardless of those that get in his way, especially with his fear of his former gang members. From there I will start his slow takeover of Dakota City, into a more Supervillian and higher leveled threat

Static Himself I want to have more personal growth for him, going for the a loudmouth, but mallable young boy into a more confident super genius that could in his own wake rival other genius level intellects in the Universe

N O T E S:
Main Goal with Static is to not just have him attract The Titans with his heroics, but to see him grow out of his past life in my Canon as a Former Gang member into something more. where he could find himself and experiment more with both hero interaction, and his then growing scientific mind.

Everything with Static Takes place in the current day, and Dakota City is based on Modern Day Detroit, Michigan (The very same City in which Dakota City was based off of.)

Most of his and the rest of the Bang Baby's Origins and backstory are interconnected and will be revealed thoughout most of Static's Plotline.

Going to take a quick hiatus. I can't keep writing on my phone so I'm having to get a replacement part for my computer. I'm still interested and will continue to write plot points for the X-Men and professor x.
