@ScarifarBen felt like an idiot he really could've done better than that. He laughed awkwardly for a moment before heading down the hall towards the gym. "In here I think I left my cards somewhere. Hopefully it won't take too long to find them." Ben stated as he quickly looked around the room. "Not sure where they could be try lookin' around see if you find anything. If you do then call me. If not then well...I'll look on my own later no big deal." Ben stated as he quickly ran over too look through the bleachers, and underneath some of the mats. He quietly placed some of his cards down in specific places just to make sure he didn't look like a complete ass. He memorized the spots underneath one of the bleachers, and another next to a few mats. "No luck over here just yet I'll try the other side." Ben stated moving to the other side of the gym really quickly.

@Ammokkx

Andre stopped and looked at the kid incredulously. Was he really serious? Did he not see his practice duel? Or what he did to the shit dormie? Andre chuckled to himself and placed his hand on his face and shook his head. "You know kid my big brother is a lot more caring than I am about this sort of stuff. But fine. I'll play ball for shits and giggles. Go and prove yourself little guy. Let's see if you got what it takes to follow me into that dark trench I was forced into when I was a little boy. My uncle made me do some sick stuff.
I didn't get the way I am by playing with nice guys. I crawled my way out but I'm still one foot in. If you wanna follow me for some dumb reason, or another fine go ahead. Just remember...when you're staring your own problems in the face and a demon is laughing at you. Don't blame me. I didn't start you down this path you're choosing."
Andre said with amusement as he pocketed his new captive card and headed for class. At least now he could get rid of some of his useless fodder cards in hand.

Angelo & ???

Angelo growled loudly when he heard the mocking of the duelist, calling him a little puppy as he was forced into a turbo duel because, somehow, he wasn't on the school track anymore. He knew that he couldn't just jump offand attack the duelist. If Ethel wasn't watching then Angelo would have a few voice words for her. Angelo turned on his duel disk before he said "Believe me, when we are done I'm going to kick your teeth in for that insult. I'm going to win and I'm going to make you sing, little bird!" he said, mad as hell and ready to beat her in a duel.

"Oh my, I'm shaking in my boots... why don't we test that little attitude of yours, hm~?"

The purple figure continued to mock Angelo as the holographic countdown materialized in front of the two duelists. Both of them got ready to race for the first corner on this light road Speed World Virtua created. While it was strange the woman even had the program to begin with, the clock counting down to 0 was a more pressing concern. Once it hit and the display at the bottom turned green, the woman and Angelo took off with blazing speed while shouting:

"Turbo Duel: Accelerate!"

Despite Angelo working on his runner almost religiously, it still wasn't a match for the technology the woman possessed, as she sped ahead in an instant. Even if the runner wasn't twice as fast, it sure seemed like it was as it passed the first corner in no time flat, taking the lead already.

"Oh my! Is that all you have? Well then, don't mind me taking the first turn then..."

Angelo growled when he lost but he stayed silent. He didn't know what he could really say to that woman who beat him but he couldn't help but sense a sort of nostalgia in her voice but that mocking tone of hers made him want to beat her down in person. However he was surprised when she pulled out a card and gave it to him. He wondered what she meant by how his soul cries out the loudest to be strong which sounded right and he looked at the card she gave him and it looked amazing but it made him question why it was a synchro tuner, why would that ever help? He glared at her as she asked if the card would make him louder or more silent but then he looked at her curiously as she said to find out what lies beyond synchro. What could that mean, and why would he need this card?
He growled when she said if he didn't he would never beat her and he said "I wont loose to you again!!" he yelled to her unsure if she heard him or not as she drove off. He examined the card and wondered what she meant, all this did was raise more questions but for now he needed to talk to Ethel about leaving him alone! He sighed loudly as he looked down at his runner in disrepair, so much work that he has to redo now. He pushed his duel runner back to the cage and put it away before he put the card away and went to look for Ethel. He soon saw Ethel still in the terminal which must mean his duel was quicker then he thought it was. He then went over to her @Ammokkx "You and me need to talk, apparently you didn't understand what I meant by the text I sent you" he said doing his best to stay calm despite the fact that she literally just left him, the only blessing is that she didn't see him loose. Clearly they needed to communicate more and when he found her she WILL listen to him.

Camryn barely even flinched as she got covered with water again, though she did give a wince in sympathy when Meio fell in the pool. "Sorry about that! You look alright, though, so that's good."

"Yeah, I'm Meio! Gwahaha, I must have quite the reputation for the ladies to come and search me out all on their own!"

Camryn's concern quickly changed to exasperation, tinged with nervousness. She had never considered herself to be especially pretty, and the little romantic attention she got while at public school reflected that. Of course, it had also likely been due to how awkward and nervous situations like this made her. (One time, she had tried to escape a date proposal by dodging into the bathroom, but instead missed the door and crashed right into the wall. The resultant bloody nose still had the desired effect, though, so Camryn counted it as a win in her book.) But on the other hand, Meio's grandstanding and assumption that she was into him annoyed her a tad, which did at least help with the nerves some.

"What'cha need? For you, I'll gladly be of service!"

"Right, I'm gonna be honest, this is kind of a tall order, but I'll be direct: I need your copies of Golden Flying Fish and Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord. It's for a good cause, I promise! We're looking into who attacked one of our friends a few days ago, and we found someone who knows something about it, but he won't tell us unless we give him both of those cards I mentioned. And my friends and I have gotten together a bunch of WATER and Fish-themed cards to exchange them for! So, can you please give me Golden Flying Fish and Moulinglacia? I'd be really grateful if you did!" Camryn's nerves had gotten the better of her partway through her speech, and part of her sarcastically wondered if Meio would take that last line to mean something... unfortunate, but Camryn thought she did pretty well. It also probably helped that she had unconsciously pulled her best puppy-dog eyes on him.

"R-Really? You mean it?! Alright! I'll follow you anywhere, teach!"

Genta jumped in excitement and fist-bumped the air, clueless to the fact Andre was already walking away from him. Once the excitable Earth Dorm was done celebrating, seemingly oblivious to his own injuries, he noticed Andre having already left the room and quickly darted after him.

"Wait up, teach!"

Andre didn't realize just how clingy of a fan he had received that day, with the boy stumbling behind in the hopes of catching up to his new idol.
After wondering what kind of weird, special Shogi ruleset 'Shokugeki' was supposed to be, Cream responded less than amused to Joshua's indifference. She withdrew her D-Ceiver and tapped an option on it herself, sticking out her tongue to Joshua.

"Boo! What does that D even mean? Duel? We're already gonna do that, silly! Bluuh, you don't deserve a sweet duel, but I'm gonna give it to y'anyway. So, like, shoo. I'll be back in a bit."

Half an hour passed in the Action Duel arena, just like Cream had promised Joshua. He had already taken his spot in one end of the courtyard, surveying the rather thick crowd that had been amassed. Just about every colour of uniform in the school was represented, surprisingly enough. Even a few rare Divine students could be spotted watching the duel. Joshua's attention was then whipped back to the entrance on the opposite end, where the figure of the earth-dorm girl appeared in. The only strange thing was that she'd changed out of her brown blazer and skirt. Cream came walking in wearing a long, white longcoat and equally white, plaid skirt that went down halfway her thighs. Her previously 'cute' look was now a lot more serious and mature, despite still being of short stature as she'd exchanged her ponytail for long locks of hair that lazily rested on her chest and back.

"Alright, I'm here, I'm here... I'm a nice girl, y'know? I keep my promises. Oh, and I make lots of 'em too. Like this one! You get to choose your Action Field. You'll need every inch you can get, y'know?"

Cream still had that eccentric way of speaking, but her posture was a lot more calm. She wore a confident smile and had her right arm on her hip. Her left only had a round, white disk on it with seemingly no slots for monsters or spells and traps. A deck had already been inserted, but she made no effort to raise up her arm yet.
Lite was easing up when Maisy delivered her speech, taking more calm breaths once some of the pressure was off. His facial expression also became more calm, though he was still blinking fast and his eyes kept darting around the room. He was about to open his mouth again when Maisy suddenly grabbed him again, shaking him around like he was some kind of puppet. Lite's eyes rolled around in their sockets, failing to find any kind of focus.

"A-AAH! I-I don't want the bullying! You've seen it! You know how bad it got! O-Once I joined, they stopped! Th-They rely on me, I'm a part of the team now! Please, s-stop! I've told you everything! I-I don't want the school to see my Hundred Eyeeeessss...!"

The boy started to struggle harder inside of the cardboard, desperately trying to escape.
Meio's face soured as he heard Camryn mention his cards, though her pleading eyes definitely helped to not have him blow a gasket right there. Sighing, the boy awkwardly rubbed the back of his head and looked at the pool longingly. He looked about ready to dive straight in again, but refrained and stared back at Camryn.

"Eeeeeh, I don't knoooow... If it were the Moulinglacia I'd hand it over in a heartbeat, but the Golden Flying Fish is like my personal treasure... I dunno if I could hand it over easy."

The boy crossed his arms and closed his eyes. Their spiky blue hair responded by drooping down subtly as if it had a life of it's own. Further reason to assume this is that it perked right back up again when the boy opened his eyes again, shaking their head.

"I'm willin' to trade ya the Glacia if ya have at least 15 cards in that trade, but there's gotta be more to it for the Fish. I dunno what you could offer me that makes me want to part with it, though."

Then, suddenly, some gears clicked inside Meio's head. He put two and two together and narrowed his eyes at Camryn, hair curving forwards as if poised to strike.

"Wait'a second! I got a note asking me for my very same Golden Flying Fish recently! You slimy lil'... better pray you weren't sneaking around in my room!"

The boy leaned forward, left shoulder first. If his muscular arms and rather striking abs were any indication it wasn't a good idea to get on his bad side. Camryn was going to need to think fast on this one.
As Angelo entered the arena, here received curious glances from the students that were there. The lot of them had been staring at the course, how Angelo just walked back in and picked up his runner like nothing had happened. Some of them even rushed over to him.

"Dude, are you like, okay?"
"That fall was nasty..."
"How did you even get up there?"
"Hey, what was up with that other runner?"

They bombarded him with one question after another, but the boy ignored them and docked his runner. Ethel was clueless to the entire situation and was still typing away on her terminal, slightly less furious compared to before. She actually jumped a little when Angelo suddenly spoke from next to her, quickly getting up to her feet and taking a step or two back.

"Wha...! Didn't get what you mean?! Oh, look at the hotshot! Solving assault cases on his own without-!"

It was then, despite her angry scowl, that she noticed scratch marks and tears in Angelo's riding suit. Despite the damage, the boy was unfazed and unamused. Ethel's face softened up a little once she realized that the situation had turned a little sour, but not in nearly enough concern as Angelo might have hoped. She just had her blank, neutral stare with slightly curved, stiff lips and slightly raised eyebrows. A look of curiosity rather than concern

"...How?" she asked, seemingly as unfazed as he was. Her anger had all but vanished from what an outsider could tell as she stared at Angelo, placing one of her hands in the pocket of her hoodie. She glanced to the side of Angelo, at his garage. She couldn't quite see his Duel Runner, but some black marks on the floor leading to it clued her in that it probably received the same treatment as her little assistant did.

Angelo watched as she was about to go off on him until she finally realized the pain he went through. The pain was nothing to him because what hurt him the most was the fact that his duel runner was a wreck. That hurt him more then whatever injuries he sustained during the duel to him his duel runner was his soul and it was damaged. He was a little relieved to see that she wasn't as angry once she noticed before she finally asked but Angelo wouldn't let it go easy for her. "Here's the thing when I texted you to watch me it wasn't me showing off, I didn't tell you to leave because I wanted to it was because the person who turned me and my duel runner into a wreck didn't want you involved. I acted like I cooperated but you saw that as a challenge. You need to stop being so self centered. Now as to how I ended up like this said duelist was a purple coat and she beat me in a duel. I wont bore you with the details of how I lost because this is the result, now I have to work on my duel runner and apparently make improvements. She told me to find what's beyond synchro. For once believe that when I want to be with you I mean it I don't want to be away with you by choice. He said then took a deep breath glad that he got all of that out of his system telling her that he wanted to be with her when he could and to stop thinking she was alone in this. He then crossed his arms before he looked at her with a calmer face and asked "Now then anything you want to say? cause I need to go and start ordering parts" he said knowing he may need to go past regulations with his duel runner if he was ever going to find out what she meant by going beyond synchro.

Cream & Joshua

"D as in option D. Seems you have dueling on the front of your mind now." Joshua said with an amused expression on his face. When she brought up doing a sweet duel with him, he simply shrugged and got up, heading down towards the action field, letting her go off and do whatever it was she planned on doing. Half an hour of waiting later rewarded him with the sight of Cream returning in what looked suspiciously like a Light Dorm uniform. He cursed under his breath and readied his duel disk. When he looked up and spotted hers, he raised an eyebrow. If that was what he thought it was, he was going to be very jealous.

When she offered him the ability to choose the action field in order to give him a bit more of an advantage, he shrugged and began going through them, trying to find one suitable for their duel.
"I've never been in an Action Duel before. I've watched plenty and know the basic concepts and rules but otherwise I'm a complete movice. So, no matter which field I choose, you're likely to have a signifigant advantage. Still, I hope I can prove to be someone entertaining. Hopefully all the training I did to get in shape will prove useful." He said before finding and selecting their action field. The machine whirred to life and the field around them glowed before their surroundings became incredibly sweet looking, as everything was made of candy and pastry. He activated his Duel Disk and waited for Cream to do the same.

"Eeeh? Sweets Island? You're giving me homefield advantage? You could have picked, I dunno, something a bit easier to get Action cards in? Like Plain Plain? Everything here's sticky. Sticky yucky."

Despite the sillyness of her tone, Cream lifted up her left arm. The Duel Disk on her arm came to life by spinning in place. Soon after, the top half jut out forwards and unfolded into five zones, the disk now taking the shape of a scythe.

"You know, speaking of training... you did win the Athletics competition. So like, that's a special disk. But it's not like how I remember it being, y'know? Was a bit more... brown. Less Black-y."

"Let me respond to those in order please, one thing at a time. First off, you said you wanted a 'Sweet Duel' so I gave you a sweet field. Sides, every field would be home field advantage for you since I have no experience on ANY of them. Secondly, yes it was. But, I hated the color so I gave it a paint job.." Joshua said, clearly amused by the girl infront of him. Her duel disk wasn't what he was expecting though, and he was a bit interested in it, but not by much.

"Coulda just interrupted me, y'know. Anyway, spraypaint huh? Poor disk. It probably didn't want to change colour. A-N-Y-W-A-Y, let's get this show on the road! You know the chant?" Cream asked, lazily waving their hand.

"Hey, it aint the only one hiding it's true colors." Joshua said. "And yes i know the chant. But seniors firsts."

"You calling me old? Boo... but fine! Ahem..."

Cream braced herself and turned on her heel, taking a few steps back to the middle of the island. She smiled at the crowd and threw open her arms, voice carrying far in the arena. She began the chant, with Joshua chiming in about halfway.

"Duelists locked in battle! Rage across the earth and soar across the skies with your monsters!"

"Actiooon... DUEL!"

With a snap of Cream's fingers the floating ball of glowing cards in the sky popped and the cards themselves scattered all across Sweets Island. On the gignerbread roof, in the chocolate lake, on the giant lollipops... but all of them needing some effort to get to.

Joshua was caught by surprise when Cream began dragging him out of the action duel arena. He didn't put up a struggle and just let her do so. When they finally got outside and she began yelling at him, he put his hands in his pockets and listened to her with a neutral expression. When she finally finished and told him to get lost, though not in those exact words. The corners of his mouth twitched upwards in a slightly amused manner for a second before he shook his head.
"No can do my naïve little goddess. 'Don't judge at first looks'? That's a basic part of human nature. We all make assumptions about every person that passes by us, be those assumptions conscious or unconscious. Telling people not to do that is like telling water not to feel wet. It's absolutely pointless. What you should be telling others to do is not to ACT on their first judgements." He said, still staying relaxed. "As for me, I'm an arrogant, overconfident asshole who really does not care for the opinion of most people. However, the moment I saw you were in the divine dorm, I had two options. I could've just surrendered, which would probably have been the smarter option. But, dueling you, win or lose, I still got what I wanted, which was points. I need points because, unlike you, I have a deck that can barely pull of decent plays without a magnificent amount of luck. I had my best hand yet. Against someone with a deck like mine, it gives me a decent chance of winning. But, if I guess, around seventy-five to eighty percent of the school could kick my ass up and down this road about ten times before I pulled off something even remotely impressive. Hell, I hated what I had to do my second turn back there. HATED IT. Made me want to puke in disgust. But it was the only option I had.

So, yes, I'll duel everyone who is willing to accept a challenge or will challenge me. Winning or losing is irrelevant at this point cause my deck is inconsistent garbage with few options. Winning is possible but a much bigger hassle then it has to be.

Also I aint leaving. I'm curious as to what you look like underneath all the masks you wear, Miss Loki. Though I suspect I've just gotten a peek to your true nature. Just a tiny one though.

Camryn hurriedly stepped backwards, hands raised in surrender. She started eyeing the pool too, but as a means of escape, rather than something fun. "Whoa whoa whoa! Calm down Meio! I promise you that I wasn't anywhere near your room, much less inside of it! And I'm not the one who sent you that note, either, promise." Camryn made a mental note not to tell him about Maisy's snooping; angry Meio was pretty intimidating.

"We do have at least 15 cards to give you, so that's Moulinglacia taken care of. And as for the Flying Fish... Oh! I know! How about we duel for it? If I win, I get your Flying Fish, and if I lose, you can have all those cards for free. We probably shouldn't duel now, though; I, for one, have a lot of late homework to finish up. Meet me back here on Saturday after lunch, alright? We'll fight it out then. Catch ya later!" And with that, she waved cheerily and walked away, hardly giving Meio a chance to respond. (She also nearly fell into the pool, but hopefully he didn't notice.) Once Camryn reached her locker, she sighed in relief. That whole situation had made her entirely too nervous; people being angry at her always did. It also hadn't helped that Meio was pretty cute, if hot-headed.

After drying off quickly (and finally cleaning her glasses off), Camryn retrieved her things from her locker and shot off a text to Maisy and Nathaniel. "just finished talking with meio!! we've got enough cards together to trade for moulinglacia, and me and him are gonna duel later for golden flying fish. either of you need any help on your ends?"

Feeling a vibration at his side, Nathaniel checked his messages to finally find some good news from Camryn. Nathaniel quickly shot back a reply, telling Camryn that they are about to wrap up. Now that the cards were within their reach, there was no need to stick around in a room that wasn't theirs. Although there was one thing nagging in the back of Nathaniel's mind...

"Maisy, Camryn got what we're looking for. We don't have much reason to stay here any longer. Although one last thing before we go." Nathaniel walked over to Maisy and whispered in Maisy's ear "Maybe you should take a picture of him. You know, for insurance's sake." before turning to Lite, which Nathaniel thought was the most ironic name he had ever heard.

"Something's been bugging me. This "Exec" you've been talking about. Can you give us a name?"

Vincent sat there shuffling his deck through his hands as he listened with a slightly impaitent look upon his face. He watched Leander take a seat opposite him as he placed his deck to the left of him withing arms reach of course. It was closer to the wall then to the rest of the room in order to ease his paranoia that someone might take it. "So..." Vincent began dragging his words on. "Are you going to be alright? You look traumatized," He said pointing to Amelia as she sat down.

"Huh?! O-oh yeah... I'm fine." Amelia said, her voice a bit shakey as she spoke. She quickly tried to think up of a plausible excuse for her behavior before speaking again. "Just... just had a bad night last night so I'm not... really here."

"Yeah, it was terrible," Leander said, sounding solemn as he shuffled his deck. "We got ambushed by a buncha Dark Dorm students, and Amelia and a guy called Joshua was forced to Duel the leader." Placing his sufficiently shuffled deck back down, Leander continued, "They won, though, so at least that's good."

"Yea, thats good." Vincent said as he watched Leander shuffle his deck. "At least you guys won, so no need to be so traumatized." Vincent said pointing at Amelia as if in slight disdain. "Also, to save the whole process of rock paper scissors... You can go first." Vincent said putting the offer on the table.

Hayato's Research Part 3: Occult club!?

Hayato took what he discovered and headed out with his packed up laptop to report to someone, though he wasnt too sure who he'd turn to. Despite trusting Haas, he hasn't seen everything first hand.

Hayato scratched his head as he walked around the Academy, laptop under his arm and the gauntlet clipped onto his belt via some scrap metal from his old duel disk he took apart. He planned to make his way to find the first person he could find that would be part of the investigation group to report as he didn't have any better ideas. When it came to just showing what interesting things he found out, he was on the fence on about information he found, even after facing Zorc

After some time looking around for clues from students without any success, considering that nobody really hangs around the dorms for long, he made his way to the cafeteria for a couple reasons. For one, he was getting a bit hungry. Second, he remembered seeing a bulletin board in there as well.

Upon arrival, he quickly bought himself some sushi as it was something he could finish quickly and reminded him of home. He then moved over to take a quick look at the bulletin board, trying to see if he couldn't find anything of interest.

He found a couple of notes of interest. "Wanted: Blue-eyes White Dragon!" Hayato noticed, with a cute little papercraft stickied to the bottom of the note. Furthermore, he noticed a shopping list signed by Transformer. A note below it said "Transformer left his shopping list here?"

Most of the notes seemed to be strange trading offers, such as "Willing to trade a Skull Servant for a Dark Magician." After reading that one, he didn't pay any attention to the other offers and checked the rest of the notes. Shortly after he found one of interest: "Meet up at the Ritual Classroom for the Occult club. Searching for new members!" Hayato laughed at the idea of anything occult, but then realized maybe they know a few rumors about cards coming to life and quickly made plans to go there.

Hayate's Hunt for Blue-eyes

Earlier, before Hayato arrived at the cafeteria...

"Okay, we're here, so you said Gold, Return of Bling, right? I heard that's an expensive set... well, in that case, I better just grab one and maybe follow it up with another set of different packs. I'll make an educated guess and say... Oh, I know! I'll get a set of Shining Victories!" Hayate nodded and walked up to the counter, kindly asking for the packs. Although she remembered that the gold set was 3 separate packs, this was one big one. "Hey, Haas, I thought magazines said this set was 3 mini packs, not one big one?" Hayate asked Haas curiously as she pulled him along towards her dorm room, avoiding Vincent for the time being.

"Oh uh, I dunno... I don't really read magazines? The school could just be shuffling around the packs or something..."

Haas stumbled forward as Hayate dragged him along, scratching the back of his head. He gave a cursory glance back at the table where Vincent was seated. Apparently, they started a duel. Wasn't Hayate going to watch?

After a short trip back to her dorm room, he could clearly see the desk had a rather large amount of paper on it. "S-sorry for dragging you here, I think I prefer opening them here, rather than there," Hayate told an obvious lie to Haas, hoping he didn't question it and started opening the packs slowly, sorting the cards on her bed. Naturally, she was very happy about finding her Blue-Eyes and even cards that could help with her deck. She was sitting pretty, or at least she'd say that from her limited knowledge via old magazines

"Wow, pretty impressive... I don't usually get nearly as lucky as you do, haha..." the boy with him laughed nervously, indifferent to Hayate's lie or her dragging him here. He pulled out a pack of his own and opened it up, seeing the first card in it being Wind-Up Magician.

"...I, uh, think I'll take that back."

Hayate quickly pulled out her deck and started to make slight improvements, occasionally asking Haas for advice during the process. He asked the same of with her as they spent their time improving their decks with the cards they got.

"Wait, really!?" Maisy questioned at hearing Nate's statement of Camryn finding far more success than they had via kidnapping and interrogation. Sighing, she ceased to shake Lite around like she was trying to puree him in the box, and relaxed her stance, before writing something on a note and raising her fist, plopping it down by Lite's head. A cursory glance would show that it seemed to be her number. "No point Nate. At this point, humiliating him is only going to dig him deeper. Besides...whoever Exec is, we know that he's after the same thing we are. A duel for an ante'd card. Pretty obvious he had poor Lite here scouting out here to try and figure out what he had in his deck to counter him completely." Maisy surmised, now not even restraining Lite as she sat by him on the bed, writing something down in her D-Ciever. "Sneaky, underhanded, and basically cheating; Sounds like perfect dark dorm activities...and pretty much grounds for expulsion if anyone finds out. Lite, you do realize that if this goes South they'll pin it all on you, right? Not an ounce of this will matter to them." she continued, starting to gently remove the cardboard box from around him. Now, it didn't matter if he ran.

"The bullying may have stopped Lite, but now you're just in a pyramid scheme of bullying and stealing. The kind that cements you forever pretty much in the bitch seat of a duel runner." By now, Maisy had completely stopped minding to restrain him in any sort, his deck laying beside him, perfectly in order with no cards missing whatsoever. Fixing up her box by hand as best she could, and reafixxing the tape on the top, Maisy slipped inside of it. "Nate, ask any last minute questions you wanna, but I think he's pretty much spent. Seeya around Lite...don't expelled for someone else's schemes okay? Call me if you wanna talk...or just want your boxers back. The ones with the Level Stars on them." she clarified to a horrifying degree of specificity. Now, there was just a beat up looking box sneaking its way out of the Light Dorm, Maisy inside of it. Not like anybody would question Nathaniel coming out of a Light room, and Dark Dorm students kinda prowled where they liked now.

One she was in the clear, Maisy would ditch her box disguise in a janitor's closet and go on as if nothing happened, texting Camryn: "nate and i got it under control!!! found a guy in their that was snooping. looks like theyare really desperate for flying fish for some reason. even tried swiping his deck for weaknesses." once she was back out in her dorm area. Yawning and stretching her arms up in the air she started skulking towards her dorm room, figuring that she'd done enough today and that now was the perfect time to cram for exams while she had time. With Jack Atlas as her tutor after all, there was no way she would fail! I mean, pillows don't talk, but you can prop a book up on them real nice, which is really all Pillow Jack was doing...but still, no I in Team Atlas.

"Ok," Michelle said before looking around, wondering where the obvious spots were to misplace cards. There were the bleachers, but Ben was already searching in one corner, so Michelle walked over to the other side to begin her search. Just as she knelt down, though, Ben was already on the move to the side of the gym opposite from them. Michelle stared at Ben for a few seconds as he hurried along, wondering how he was able to search an area that quickly. She decided to go search through that area herself, doubting that Ben had done it properly.

Just by looking, you wouldn't really tell that there was anything to be found. When Michelle lifted up a mat, however, she found a Noble Knight card underneath. Upon lifting more mats, Michelle had uncovered another Noble Knight card. As she continued to find as many as she could, Michelle smiled slightly. They were nice cards, and she was glad to be able to help Ben. At the same time, though, there was a nagging feeling in the back of her mind, telling her that something wasn't right, that something about the whole situation was off. She couldn't really tell what it was, though, and the feeling subsided. She searched a little more, but decided that she had done what she could and walked over to Ben. "I found as many cards as I could. I hope this is all of them," Michelle said, holding out the cards in one hand.

"Yeah those are the ones I was looking for. There should be one more but I can find it." Ben said as he grabbed his cards and smiled at Michelle. "I really appreciate the work you didn't have to come help me and all that. And I was acting like a bit of weirdo too. Sorry for making you late to class I hope you don't get into trouble. You should get going though before the teachers start getting angry with you. I need to make my way to my own class too so I can't really stay to hang out. Thanks again." Ben nodded at her before he went over to find the Noble Knight Medraut he had placed underneath some mats but he made sure to search around the bleachers one more time before he looked there. He didn't want to rat himself out he still felt bad dragging someone else along with him on his little escapade away from class. It turned out nothing like he had planned.

"Look you're a pain in my ass kid I told you punks to back off how many times? I'm not here to deal with you people I'm here for my education. Sufficient to say YOU are doing this to yourselves not me. I've been making examples out of your dorm because they've been giving this school a bad name. I need a name to go off of in future interviews. Ergo the school's bad rep makes it hard to sell. Then again I suppose none of you even care do you? now judging by the looks of this it looks like I'm probably going to get ganged up on. I hope you understand if that's the case I have a high pain threshold. You ain't getting no screams from me." Andre said coolly and calmly to Steel as he pulled out his cell phone and sent a message to a teacher quickly as he talked telling them that he was being threatened along with Genta. Throughout the year so far things have just been more, and more troublesome. Why couldn't dark dorm's rejects just leave him be? Was he that big of a threat to their petty dominance? He wasn't even using a strong deck in archfiends and he was still wiping the floor with them. Or was it because he was a light dorm student? Regardless things could be worse he supposed. "If you're trying to pick a fight with Genta don't bother. He's not going to give you much entertainment. If you want to try your luck against me fine. But i'm starting to consider more old school methods about forcing you people to see reason. Otherwise if you don't mind I was on my way to the library I need to read up on fusion mechanics." Andre said in resignation to his fate as the little toadie's new teacher. Why couldn't Ben do something about this? Genta should be following around Mister Popular not the Dark, and Edge Lord.

===

Oh boy...well this year hadn't gone exactly as planned. So far he had won most of his duels but he wasn't ashamed about his loss. He had failed to keep Andre out of trouble...and the world around him was slowly but surely turning him into the protagonist of a harem anime. He could only wonder which one of the wind dorm girls was a alien, a robot, and a vampire. In all seriousness though he was worried about the other kids in school. A lot of people were joining the dark dorm Andre had told was harassing him. Andre would kill all of them before he gave any ground it was one his uncle's dirty god damn lessons he taught him. Before this was all over Andre would be in a hospital, or the dark dorm kids would be if they kept on harassing his brother. He had talked to his older brother once now and had informed him about all of the mess happening. He said assholes would be that, and that if he ever felt threatened for real he'd refund any stuff out of his own pocket, and pull them out of that school. His big brother was awesome more than Ben could ever hope to be. He was Percival to his brother's Arthur and he had figured he would always be one. With all of his popularity he couldn't even stop his own group from falling out. All that was left was Marie Ann....sweet girl was too innocent to join the others. He hoped the rest was safe at least.

"Hey don't forget to conserve some cards in your hand. You never know when someone may have a dust cyclone, or Mystical Space Typhoon. Never place down cards you don't need to unless you're up against Dark Worlds, or other hand emptying decks." Ben told the students he was trying to teach. He wasn't a great teacher but he tried. When another girl from his dorm came up to him, par for the course for Ben now, he supposed he better pay some attention to them as well. "Hey I don't mind, free country ain't it? Sit wherever you like miss. I'm just trying to give these girls some tips. Nothing big but hopefully it helps them. I'm not a great teacher but I try. Like you say hard work does indeed pay off. Got to push your limits to succeed no one ever achieved a clear mind by sitting alone by themselves struggling with their own issues." Ben said with a confident smile as he moved over a little from his seat. He nodding and then turned his attention back to the other students. "Oh name's Ben Carson by the way." Ben said casually.

Joshua Tamashii

Joshua watched and listened to Cream as she spoke. He knew right away that he had touched a nerve. It was almost a talent of his at this point. Then again, speaking his mind and not holding back was probably one of his best and worst points. The only real downside was that it usually made him universally hated. He had accepted that this point in his life.

When Cream finished and ran off, he didn't bother to try and stop her. He just watched her as she ran away from him. He just watched as she ran into the distance and sighed once she was out of sight. He looked down at his deck and shook his head before looking back out at her retreating figure.
"I can't have faith in a deck I didn't make. Most of the cards aren't in there by my choice at this point. You can only have faith in a deck once you actually put your heart in it and build it as you want it. After all, only then is it truly 'your deck'." He said to the wind

In the time that passed, he attended his classes and participated in any mandatory events and/or duels. He also challenged some other duelists and occasionally got challenged himself. He stayed his usual self for a while but eventually he just got kind of... quiet. He began rarely talking during duels and his focus faltered, resulting in his wracking up more losses then win. Even Joshua himself didn't what was bothering him. It frustrated him and made him slightly irate, but he tried to stay cheerful in front of the few he could call friends.

Right now, he was wondering the school and happened to be passing by where Ben was teaching several members of his dorm. He was about to turn away when he spotted someone approaching Ben. He quickly recognized said person as Cream and he quickly changed his plans. He ducked out of sight but kept an eye on the pair incase it looked like Ben challenged Cream to a duel or the other way around.

Amelia Averyonna

@Scarifar@Ammokkx

Amelia's school life was rather plain. She did her classes and events like any other student but outside of those, she didn't go out of her way to duel. She did accept the occasional challenge, so long as the opponent wasn't a member of the Dark Dorm, and she achieved mixed results depending on how long she could hold up her defenses.

Right now, she was in the card shop, debating on whether or not it was worth her time buying single Gustos or packs. Since they took Extra Deck monsters off the shelves, making them impossible for single purchases, packs seemed more tempting. However, she was more likely to get cards she didn't need, especially since the packs that contained Gustos tended to support at least five other decks. So her chances of getting a Gusto monster from them was already low. The chances of getting a good one or a Daigusto were practically none unless she bought in bulk and even then, it was unlikely. But if she did buy packs, she might be able to trade with other people. Maybe.

She just groaned to as she rested her head on a table, unsure of what to do. The stress of the upcoming dorm exams was not good for her heart.

"Amanda Emilton...Zeke Gabrielle...And..." Maisy thought to herself as she ran a pencil down the newly formed confirmed list of students before getting to a familiar Last-Name G. Vincent. Looking at the paper crossly as if it'd just spat on her hand, she practically tore it apart with her pencil, a gigantic hole punched in the middle from her trying to cross Vincent's name off. Pouting now that one page was ruined, Maisy just sighed and crumpled it up before sinking her head into her pile of papers. From the bags under her eyes, most people could tell that she hadn't been getting much sleep...mostly because she'd been busy accounting for literally every single possible student on the registry who had joined Dark Dorm. Evaluating and compiling them based on Academic Ranks, Dueling Capability, Underwear Wrinkles, and Quickness to join Dark, she was coming up blank as to who could possibly be the "Exec" that Lite had mentioned, as well as trying to remain above average in her subjects, duel theory, duel philosophy, and duel economics classes...don't ask about the economics.

Regardless, it was clear that all of it was crashing down on Maisy like a wave, and for what? For a list that nobody but her is going to bother reading? Sighing once more to herself, Maisy slumped her back and was super tempted to try and catch up on like...two months worth of not-full sleep, but then she'd blow her final duel day. Undecided on her opponent, she would look over at the list of people she thought she stood a decent chance against...all crossed off. No way. Taking a deep breath in and exhaling, blowing a couple of papers about, Maisy then slapped her cheeks with her hands and gathered her crap up and got up to go put it away in her dorm room before starting the day properly instead of with a half empty cup of coffee and a migraine. Dunking the bits of unneeded paper from her collection after having thoroughly scribbled out each name to ensure nobody knew, Maisy steeled her resolve and went off to find her opponent!

...After a trip to the girl's room. Coffee shot through her quick.

Once that was done with however, she'd go right off to hunt down her opponent. Sneaking in very quietly to the normally empty-ish library Maisy wasn't at all surprised to see her target hiding from his "friends", at which she smirked, heading over behind him and giving him a soft tap on the shoulder. "Psssst...wanna duel me?" she asked, her smile probably seeming like a mad, inescapable Cheshire's Grin to Lite. She knew all his hiding spots...especially since he kinda wasn't very subtle about it. "Don't worry, I'm not gonna extort you or anything this time...just a good old duel for our last exam day, alright?" she added, trying to make sure he didn't do that thing where he cried and screamed...kinda awkward in a library.

Megan Claravet

Megan had been going to get a snack when she saw a squad of Dark flunkies heading somewhere with a great deal of focus. Curious she'd followed them to see them all pile into what looked to be an art gallery. Doubting they were interested much in art Megan peeked in from outside to see Andre and another kid cornered by the gang. Like every other duelist she'd had a few run ins with the Dark Dorms kids, including with Steel himself who seemed to be leading this group. "Hey now, trying to pick on people because you've got more numbers isn't very fair now is it?" Megan asked loudly behind the group. If it came down to it she could probably pull some of them away from Andre and just book it, though Steel might be more interested in dueling one on one, he seemed like the kind of person who'd put his own skills on the line if it came
