Nobody has. I almost went with a timelost Ultra Boy for this. So glad somebody's still interested in the LoSH characters...
I was going to write it off like a handful of Legion members would be trapped in the past cause Superman isn't alive and able to help them return. UB was gonna be given a new alias and become a Titan before I decided on B'Wana Beast.

The "cones" and "rods" in Thea's eyes (the specialized cells responsible for normal human vision) are different. While a normal human has up to 150 million rod cells in their retinas, Thea has closer to 400 million, vastly increasing her visual acuity (clarity of vision). As for her cones, she has fewer than the average human causing her to see mostly in black and white, thus increasing visual contrast (which, according to her, allows her to better see "what's real and what's not", such as seeing through a two way mirror). Thea also has enhanced muscles around her eyes increasing her ability for orb distortion which changes focal length.

Though her body is in unbelievable shape compared to the average girl her age, and add the fact that she is exceptionally skilled, Thea is still very much human. Therefore she is every bit and very much vulnerable to the damage caused by punches, kicks, bites, pinches, knives, bullets, bats, great falls, being hit by vehicles, etc. as the next person.
Thea has yet to have any training nor does she have any resistance to magic or psychic attacks.

A spoiled brat of a child, Thea Queen accompanies her father, Robert, for a cruise on the family yacht. The ship was sabotaged in the Pacific ocean, forcing Thea, Robert, and a third crewman to escape in a life raft. Only having enough food and water for one person, Robert killed the third man and told Thea that he had failed their city and that Thea needed to survive and right his wrongs. Robert then committed suicide, shooting himself in the head in front of his daughter. Thea's raft ended up on the island of Lian Yu, nicknamed Starfish Island by some because of its shape.
For five years Thea survived on the island, from the age of 13 to 18 years old. There a few scars, a handful which are quite ugly, on her body showing that life on the island was far from easy. Thea has yet to really share her experience on the island with anyone. She has yet to tell anybody that she wasn't always alone on Lian Yu. She hasn't told anybody that the scars on her body are from not only fighting for survival, but received through physical torture.
It wasn't long after returning home that Thea set on her sights on fulfilling the promise made to her father, to right the wrongs of Robert Queen... to save their city. She used her family's money and company to acquire much of her equipment, and even made her base of operations in the cellar of an abandoned warehouse once owned by Queen Industries. For a long while Thea was known as 'the Hood' by the citizens of Star City. She was a mysterious vigilante dress in green and black leather with a hood to hide her identity whom used a composite bow and arrows instead of guns to take down the criminal element from to lowest thug to the highest and richest elitist. The Hood gave little mercy to those whom broke the law and terrorized the city. The Hood often clashed with the Star City Police Department.
Over the last few months, Thea had a bit of an epiphany.
Star City doesn't need a dark vigilante who stalks the shadows to strike fear into everyone's heart. This wasn't Gotham.
Star City needed a hero to inspire hope. Thus, the Red Arrow was born.
Story Arcs:
You Have Failed This City (solo) - The overarching and never-ending story. Red Arrow is on a constant crusade to stop crime and deliver justice in Star City.
Future Past (solo) - Unknown to the public and her family, Thea wasn't always alone on Lian Yu. Soon old ghosts come to haunt her.
Batman's a D**k! (team-up or team) - Not much of a plot for this one. Thea teams up with 1 - 3 other heroes be they solo heroes, Titans or even Leaguers. The heroes one common bond... their dislike for the Dark Knight.

Rose Wilson is a thin, tall, muscular woman with fair skin. Her eye is a brilliant greenish-blue. She only has her right eye, because the left was damaged by during her youth by Wade DeFarge. Due to her abilities and injury, the left eye is 'blind', rendering it white and pupil-less. Rose wore a white eye patch over the missing eye in her youth, but will only cover her eye now if necessary for covert or subtle affairs. Described by many as attractive, she has jarring silver hair inherited from her father's genetic mutations that is long and reaches her mid-back. In terms of clothing, Rose generally can be found wearing her 'Batgirl' armor when on a mission but off-duty prefers to relax in shorts and tank tops. She can dress up when needed but prefers to dress comfortably.

In this universe, Rose Wilson is the daughter of Slade Wilson and Nyssa al Ghul. She was raised by her mother in Gotham, until Nyssa’s death when Rose was 14. Afterwards, Rose was put into foster care until her foster parents were killed by the second Ravager. Rose was then trained by her father, Deathstroke who had her best Ravager and take his mantle as her own. Rose turned to being a hero after her father set her up to die. Travelling the world, Rose eventually returned to Gotham where she has become dubbed ‘Batgirl’ by the media.

The origins of Rose Wilson begin in Gotham, several years before she was born with the man by the alias of the Batman.
During the course of the Batman’s career, he had faced many formidable foes, although none took the same kind of interest in Gotham’s Dark Knight as Ra’s Al Ghul. The Demon’s Head of the League of Assassins, Ra’s Al Ghul held far more international influence than any of Batman’s regular rogue gallery. However, despite how wide-spread the Demon’s plans were, the Detective had always managed to stop him at every turn, earning the respect of Ra’s and the affections of his eldest daughter, Talia.
Putting the Dark Knight through a series of tests, Ra’s awaited the Detective’s anticipated success. When he was not disappointed, the Demon’s Head offered the Batman his daughter’s hand in marriage and his rightful role as Ra’s own successor as the Demon’s Head. However, Batman refused and escaped Nanda Parbat leaving both Ra’s and Talia scorned.
However, Ra’s youngest daughter, Nyssa Raatko al Ghul, discovered the existence of a man who had bested the Bat in combat, the mercenary known as Deathstroke. Nyssa tracked the mercenary to Cambodia where he was celebrating a recent victory within a brothel. Seducing the mercenary, Nyssa laid with Slade Wilson, shortly after becoming pregnant with his child. Earnest to earn her father’s respect and usurp her sister’s inheritance, Nyssa announced her pregnancy and stated the father to be a man who had bested the Batman.
Enraged at her half-sister, Talia made an attempt on Nyssa’s life, prompting the younger woman to flee her home in Nanda Parbat. Returning to Cambodia, Nyssa took the alias of Lillian Worth, hiding among the brothel she had met Deathstroke at while nursing the child growing inside her.
Eventually, Ra’s grew curious about the man who had supposedly defeated the Batman. Locating the mercenary, Ra’s hired Deathstroke to pursue Nyssa. However, Talia had her own private guard follow Deathstroke, ordering them to eliminate both when the mercenary discovered the location of her sister.
Discovering the pregnant woman, Deathstroke moved to extract her when the brothel came under attack of Talia’s elite guard, the Nagini. Escaping into the jungles of Cambodia with Nyssa, the Nagini left no witnesses to their attack as they exterminated everyone within the brothel.
For the next two weeks, Deathstroke led Nyssa through the jungle as he defended her from attacks of the Nagini until finally the pair managed to escape Cambodia. Deathstroke took Nyssa to the one city on Earth where he knew she would be safe from the reach of Talia and Ra’s al Ghul, Gotham City.

Eventually, Ra’s grew curious about the man who had supposedly defeated the Batman. Locating the mercenary, Ra’s hired Deathstroke to pursue Nyssa. However, Talia had her own private guard follow Deathstroke, ordering them to eliminate both when the mercenary discovered the location of her sister.
Discovering the pregnant woman, Deathstroke moved to extract her when the brothel came under attack of Talia’s elite guard, the Nagini. Escaping into the jungles of Cambodia with Nyssa, the Nagini left no witnesses to their attack as they exterminated everyone within the brothel.
For the next two weeks, Deathstroke led Nyssa through the jungle as he defended her from attacks of the Nagini until finally the pair managed to escape Cambodia. Deathstroke took Nyssa to the one city on Earth where he knew she would be safe from the reach of Talia and Ra’s al Ghul, Gotham City.

It was another decade before Nyssa would see Slade Wilson again. In that span of time, her child was born, a baby girl that Nyssa bestowed the given name of Xia al Ghul. However much like herself, the child was not safe to use her given name and thus was given another, Rose Melisandre Wilson, in honor of her father’s surname.
Gotham City provided a safe home for Nyssa and her child. While the city was forever under the vigilant eyes of the Batman, Slade Wilson had also assigned his personal confidant, William Wintergreen to watch over Nyssa and her child. But it was Wintergreen’s presence in Gotham that eventually attracted the attention of Deathstroke’s enemies.
Despite the fact that Deathstroke had denied himself any interaction with his daughter, one of his enemies determined her identity and set out to use Rose against her father. By the age of sixteen, Rose had begun to show signs of improvement until she return home from school to find her foster parents had been brutally murdered. Dialing the police, Rose found a hand move over her mouth as she began to lose consciousness. Awakening hours later, she awoke to the face of her father who she had never hoped to see again. Allowing Rose to take the lead, Slade watched with pride as his daughter hunted her target. Using everything he had taught her, Rose controlled the situation. The Ravager didn’t go anywhere she didn’t want him to and eventually Rose cornered her foster parents’ murderer at an abandoned warehouse on the Hub City docks.
Wounding her target with a well placed sniper shot to either leg, Rose descended from the rafters of the warehouse and unmasked the man before her. While she didn’t recognize the face, Slade knew it well. The Ravager was none other than his eldest son, Grant Wilson. Although Slade faltered to give the kill order, Rose took no mercy on her half brother and drove her blade through his heart before beheading the dead body.

Carrying out contracts at his behest, Slade did his best to keep Rose distracted while he tried to piece together who exactly would have Grant attempt to kill Rose. Leaving Rose to her own devices at his New York City safehouse under the watchful eye of Wintergreen, Slade chartered a course to Nanda Parbat where he encountered a resurrected Nyssa al Ghul. Nyssa had hired Grant in order to push Slade to train Rose and Slade had performed adequately, training Rose to surpass her half-brother.
Warning Nyssa not to interfere in his business again, Slade left Nanda Parbat and returned to New York where he resumed training Rose. The pair continue to carry out contracts together and Slade gives Rose her first solo mission when a contact from his pasts reaches out to Slade to request protection. Assigned to the side of Doctor David Isherwood, Rose grows fond of the doctor, harbouring a crush on the older man while learning the complicated history between Isherwood, or ‘Ish’ and her father.
Ish was the man behind much of Deathstroke’s equipment and for a short while, a hero in his own right until he was forced out of it. Seeing something in Rose that he hadn’t seen in Slade in since his divorce from his first wife, Ish begins to impart values of heroism into Rose unbeknownst to Slade. Realizing Ish was slowly turning his daughter against him, Slade ordered Ish to install a Kryptonite lens over Rose’s ‘blind’ eye and create her a suit akin to his ‘Ikon’ suit in order to fulfill a contract against Metropolis’ Superman.
Horrified, Ish carries out his orders for fear of Deathstroke’s wrath as he prepares Rose to kill the Man of Steel. But despite Deathstroke’s plans, Ish is able to use Superman’s concern for the safety of not only the bystanders to their conflict, but Rose, herself, as a final lesson on altruism.

Encountering the odd hero, Rose often butted heads due to her use of lethal force, though she would often relent while working with others.
As her network on contacts grew, Rose was the first choice to take on missions that were often swept under the rug due to not being in the public eye. Missions that other heroes were afraid to get into, Rose wasn’t afraid to dive into the seediest underworlds in order to complete a mission.
It was her penchant for this that eventually brought her into direct conflict with her father as Rose ended up on the opposite side of a mission against her father. After a long and bloody conflict, Rose managed to gain the upper hand against Deathstroke and when the opportunity presented itself, Rose did something that Deathstroke never anticipated she would.
She took the kill shot.
Killing Deathstroke brought a form of closure to Rose. There was serenity in knowing he would never be able to hurt her again. Departing the United States, Rose spent numerous years in South America engaging in guerilla warfare against the local cartels before moving abroad and chasing down human trafficking rings through Europe. After several years, Rose finally returned to her first home, Gotham City.
Despite how young Rose had been when she left Gotham, she still remembered the city, the smells and most of all the Batman. She then takes steps to keep her vision from coming to pass. Her powers also occasionally trigger in her sleep.
As part of her enhanced mental capacities, Rose has latent psionic tendencies and is able to communicate telepathically with those she bonds with. Furthermore, this grants her immunity to having her mind invaded or controlled by other telepaths and in particular her brother Joseph.
◼ PRECOGNITION | Rose's powers include limited precognition. She is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to 'see' her opponent's next moves, mainly when her adrenaline is running. Rose is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to "see" her own immediate future, although her visions come and go. These precognitive abilities may blossom into much more in the future.
◼ POWER DAMPENING | Rose's metagene causes her to dampen and reduce the effectiveness of another metahuman's abilities. In particular, this talent seems to specifically target metahumans which possess invulnerability allowing Rose to be able to deliver attacks and indeed wound those who normally would not be felled by conventional weapons.

Lastly, Rose possesses an accelerated healing factor, allowing her to survive near-fatal injuries, however, it does not allow her to fully recover from some wounds. ◼ FULL PRECOGNITION | One of my ideas for Rose's character evolution is that her abilities continue to grow with her. Eventually, I'd like to be able to have her precognition blossom into a much more active ability, allowing her to see the future and almost act as a prophet for any potential team or ally, angling them into a more proactive position rather than the currently reactive position most heroes have against crime.
◼ TELEPATHY | Another ability I'd like to be able to have Rose develop is that of telepathy. I've laid the seeds, but I would love to see her eventually come into her own command of her psionic abilities, starting with full telepathy. With this ability, and my desire to see her lead a team of her own, she'd be able to make an excellent field coordinator.
◼ LIMITED TELEKINESIS | An extension of her developing psionics, I thought Rose could benefit from limited telekinesis down the road, if for nothing more than to make her already impressive combat prowess a bit more 'showy' and add some variety to how exactly she can use weaponry.
◼ TEAM RELATIONSHIPS | An initially closed off person, Rose has dealt with a lot of betrayal over her life and expects the people who come into it to soon live once they've gotten whatever it is they were after. For this reason, I'd like to see Rose develop relationships with the team, primarily friendship though if the chemistry is there, potentially romantic.
◼ LEADERSHIP ROLES | Adding to her relationships, I'd like to see Rose grow to the point where the team trusts her enough to follow her instincts and instructions. I'd like to see Rose lead in the field, and direct a team on various missions in combat.
◼ A SENSE OF FAMILY | The ultimate culmination of her building of relationships, I'd like for Rose to finally have a family. People she looks up to, can go to for advice and who will just be there for her through the good and the bad.
◼ LOSS, LOVE AND A LONGING TOWARDS THE FUTURE | Over the course of the RP, I am looking for Rose to grow emotionally, dealing with loss, whether it be teammates, friends or something else that she values, to love and its struggles and eventually to Rose growing into her own, shedding her father's shadow and perhaps becoming someone, or something else.

I've laid the seeds, but I would love to see her eventually come into her own command of her psionic abilities, starting with full telepathy. With this ability, and my desire to see her lead a team of her own, she'd be able to make an excellent field coordinator.
◼ LIMITED TELEKINESIS | An extension of her developing psionics, I thought Rose could benefit from limited telekinesis down the road, if for nothing more than to make her already impressive combat prowess a bit more 'showy' and add some variety to how exactly she can use weaponry.
◼ TEAM RELATIONSHIPS | An initially closed off person, Rose has dealt with a lot of betrayal over her life and expects the people who come into it to soon live once they've gotten whatever it is they were after. For this reason, I'd like to see Rose develop relationships with the team, primarily friendship though if the chemistry is there, potentially romantic.
◼ LEADERSHIP ROLES | Adding to her relationships, I'd like to see Rose grow to the point where the team trusts her enough to follow her instincts and instructions. I'd like to see Rose lead in the field, and direct a team on various missions in combat.
◼ A SENSE OF FAMILY | The ultimate culmination of her building of relationships, I'd like for Rose to finally have a family. People she looks up to, can go to for advice and who will just be there for her through the good and the bad.

◼ BATSUIT | For the time being, this is the best visual representation of Rose's Batsuit. However I do picture it using the cape from this one and a cowl more based on this design. In terms of colours, I see Rose's Batsuit has having orange instead of yellow and being a combination of black and navy blue instead of the grays that the Batfamily are usually fond of.

Tuesday, October 30ST - 10:33 PM | Miramundo Rainforest - Chalatenango
The forest was eerily quiet. All that could be heard was the rumble of the convoy making its way slowly down the overgrown roads. The sobs of several women hung in the back, a particularly loud cry was cut off by a yelp, the echo of flesh on flesh rang out through the mist-laden forest. Normally, they would be free to travel the roads, but recently a she-devil, a costumed bruja had been cutting into their shipments. Just last week, three convoys were stopped, their contents escaped and returned back to their families and loved ones in the United States. Normally the capes didn't bother with the operations of the Jaguar, but for some reason, somehow they had caught the eye of this one.
Extinguishing a cigarette on the dashboard of the truck, the driver sat back in his seat attempting to relax before he shot up straight as a board. His foot slammed the brakes to the floor, the convoy skidding to a stop while the truck behind was forced to swerve to avoid rear-ending the first. Shrieks came from the back of both vehicles as the women inside were tossed around by the sudden jerking movement. Before the driver could even undo his seat-belt, the butt of a rifle was tapping on his window before the door was angrily hauled open.
"Why de 'ell did you stop!" The dark skinned man yelled at him as the driver meekly pointed towards a large tree felled across the road. Swatting a mosquito that had landed on his neck, the other man's lip curled up in disgust before he put his hand to his mouth and whistled.
"Alright, get de saws." He ordered, two other men climbing out of the back of the truck while he circled behind it. The assault rifle in his hands pointing from woman to woman as he shone the tactical flashlight into the back, a clear warning to those inside. Anyone attempting to escape would be killed, or worse.
The silence of the night was quickly broken by the roar of chainsaws as the two men powered up the tools and approached the tree. Bending down to begin at the stump, one of the men stumbled backwards in surprise, noticing the fresh cuts to the trunk, the tree hadn't been felled by natural means. Turning to call to the others, barely a word made it out of his mouth before the blade of energy sword burst through his chest. Live current running through his body as he slumped to the ground unconscious.
Unable to hear the struggle of his companion over the sound of his own saw, the other man didn't even notice the woman dressed in black and orange as she raised a gun towards him and fired the tranquilizer dark without even looking. Dropping to the ground, the saw disengaged as the other man joined his partner in a very deep slumber.
Noticing the sudden lack of noise, the leader of the group poked his head out from behind the truck before he called towards the first driver.
"Is it too much to hope, de idiots already cleared de tree." He spat venomously. Firing into the air to give off a warning, he walked forward. "This isa de night you die bruja."
A soft thud could be heard from behind the man, catching him off guard as the woman spoke.
"I don't fuckin' think so." The man was blown off his feet as the woman raised her gun, firing a single rocksalt round into his chest from a special modification. Watching his boss fly to the ground, the driver turned to run while the other men quickly climbed out the truck, scrambling for their weapons.
Rose Wilson, the Ravager.
Formerly a Teen Titan, forever damned to be the daughter of Deathstroke the Terminator. Rose had left the rooftops of Gotham, Metropolis and San Francisco behind for this. The feeling of being alive, the feeling of for one time, doing something right with her life. She was the hero of the down trodden and the scourge of the underworld and there was nothing in her that could bring her to deny that she loved every moment of it.
The night was illuminated by gunfire as assault weapons rang out but the girl was never where she had been when her assailants pulled the trigger. The steady hum of the energy swords gave away her position with each swing while she closed in, the blades cutting through the guns as though she was running her finger though a pool of water. It was easy, and it graceful.
And it was over far too quickly.
An adrenaline junkie at heart, Rose's chest pounded up and down, her bosom swelling with each breath she took, standing in victory over the pile of broken men. With a quick twirl of the swords, she deactivate the blades and returned the hilts to the back of her waist, drawing one of the conventional swords off her back as she approached the now stirring leader.
"Please, please call me a bitch like it's a bad thing." Rose said, reaching down and grabbing the dark skinned man before holding him up by his throat against the door of the convoy truck. "Who are you working for?"
"F-f-fuck..." He choked before spitting blood. "You!" Flinching, the blood laden saliva landed on her mask. Driving her sword through the man's shoulder, Rose listened in satisfaction to the shattering of glass as it told her the blade gone through. Cries of agony filled the night sky, the man pinned on the blade struggling with no avail.
"Same question as before, and I'd answer it this time." Rose stated, twisting the hilt of the blade.
"S-same answer." The man managed to reply, smiling wide, his teeth stained red. Growling, Rose pulled back the sword as she dropped the man to the ground. He stumbled while he fought to regain his footing only for the blade to swing. He barely felt a thing until the subtle 'THUD' of his hand hitting the ground causing him to look towards the bleeding stump on the end of his arm. Cold metal was suddenly pressed against his groin as Rose slammed him against the truck again, this time with a hand around his throat and her gun pressed to his manhood.
"You seem to like thinking with this, perhaps it knows the answer." Rose's smile was filled with anything but mirth as she spoke. The man tried to squirm but her strength held him firmly in place.
"The J-jaguar. We work for the Jaguar."
"Then I hope the Jaguar knows he's a dead man." Rose replied tossing the man back to the ground, his shirt tearing off. The muzzle of her gun lit up twice, the shots ringing out through the jungle as she placed a bullet in either of his knees. "Thirty mile walk back to town. I hope it was worth it." She spat tossing the shredded shirt back to the man. "And I'd wrap that quickly, don't want you to bleed out." She added, sheathing her weapons.
A light illuminated the jungle floor as a VTOL plane descended upon the scene. Opening the back of the trucks, Rose motioned for the captured women to exit while the plane lowered a platform to the ground. Dozens of thank you's and other blessings were whispered towards Rose as the battered prisoners ran to the platform. Giving the all clear, Rose watched the platform rise into the sky before the plane turned back towards the United States. Walking away from the scene, Rose haphazardly tossed a grenade over her shoulder as the trucks exploded moments later. The heat of the explosion warmed her back while Rose triumphantly walked away from the scene before muttering to herself.
"Always wanted to do that."

Trained by the world's foremost martial artist, Richard Dragon, Vic is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant and is able to take on any foes that come his way (granted they have no [offensive] powers).
I Have No Eyes But I Can See
Vic has a keen eye for details, and is widely referred to as 'the World's Second Greatest Detective'. He also doesn't let any skepticism cloud his mind, and will treat even the most ridiculous of tales as though they were commonplace facts.
Hack The System
Vic is a talented hacker, capable of toppling almost any firewall, security measures, etc. in order to get into a database for information... Or Booster's computer to leak that embarrassing video of him playing with toy ponies.
I Will Not Compromise In This...
Nothing will stop Vic in his goals, not even (near) death in one case. It's close to impossible to break his spirit, and nothing will make him compromise his views.
Weaknesses:
Human As Can Be
Vic isn't a metahuman in any sense of the word. He's not bulletproof, he can't punch down concrete walls, and he can't leap tall buildings in a single bound. He's just a normal man trying to do what's right.
Not All There
It's pretty easy to see when you meet him that Vic isn't exactly all there. He has odd mannerisms, such as sticking beef jerky fresheners into his pockets or spouting off Zen to passerby, which leads to him being avoided and untrusted by most people.
... Not Even In The Face of Armageddon
But the downside to Vic's willpower is the fact that, even if it means the world ending, he will not compromise his views. Ever. You'd have to kill him to stop him from doing whatever he's set his mind to do.

Vic is a tall man, standing at 6'1 with a slender build weighing in at 173 pounds. He has short and neatly cut ginger hair, piercing blue eyes, and a clean shaven face (he tried growing a beard once but the Pseudoderm wouldn't stick). His work attire consists of a suit and tie with a trenchcoat, though in his down time he has a penchant for bomber jackets and jeans.
As the Question, he wears a mask of Pseudoderm to hide his identity and appear faceless. The bonding gas used to cement the mask to his face changes his hair from red to black (he uses shampoo with special chemicals, the gas reacting with those chemicals to make the change), and some of his clothing will change color to blue as well (same deal as the hair, just with his detergent). Mostly, he wears a suit, trenchcoat, and fedora, though occasionally he wears street clothes.

Cliff Baker as the second Animal Man - A more Indiana Jones-esque version of Animal Man hunting after artifacts of the Red and wearing civvies instead of tights (but we all know he's gonna start wearing tights).
Additional Notes:
This character was created with the mindset that some events from the O'Neil run of the Question happened, mostly regarding Vic's training with Richard Dragon and his relationship with Myra and Jackie Connelly.
As in the previous games, Vic has partnered with Ted Kord (AKA Blue Beetle). Unlike in the previous games, this was a one-time thing and not a full-blown partnership.
Vic loves fruit with a passion. No one can quite tell why.
In terms of characterization, he's 50% Denny O'Neil Question, 20% JLU Question, 15% Charlie Crews (from the TV show 'Life'), 10% my own personal additions, and 5% Rorschach.

Trained by the world's foremost martial artist, Richard Dragon, Vic is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant and is able to take on any foes that come his way (granted they have no [offensive] powers).
I Have No Eyes But I Can See
Vic has a keen eye for details, and is widely referred to as 'the World's Second Greatest Detective'. He also doesn't let any skepticism cloud his mind, and will treat even the most ridiculous of tales as though they were commonplace facts.
Hack The System
Vic is a talented hacker, capable of toppling almost any firewall, security measures, etc. in order to get into a database for information... Or Booster's computer to leak that embarrassing video of him playing with toy ponies.
I Will Not Compromise In This...
Nothing will stop Vic in his goals, not even (near) death in one case. It's close to impossible to break his spirit, and nothing will make him compromise his views.
Weaknesses:
Human As Can Be
Vic isn't a metahuman in any sense of the word. He's not bulletproof, he can't punch down concrete walls, and he can't leap tall buildings in a single bound. He's just a normal man trying to do what's right.
Not All There
It's pretty easy to see when you meet him that Vic isn't exactly all there. He has odd mannerisms, such as sticking beef jerky fresheners into his pockets or spouting off Zen to passerby, which leads to him being avoided and untrusted by most people.

But the downside to Vic's willpower is the fact that, even if it means the world ending, he will not compromise his views. Ever. You'd have to kill him to stop him from doing whatever he's set his mind to do.

Vic is a tall man, standing at 6'1 with a slender build weighing in at 173 pounds. He has short and neatly cut ginger hair, piercing blue eyes, and a clean shaven face (he tried growing a beard once but the Pseudoderm wouldn't stick). His work attire consists of a suit and tie with a trenchcoat, though in his down time he has a penchant for bomber jackets and jeans.
As the Question, he wears a mask of Pseudoderm to hide his identity and appear faceless. The bonding gas used to cement the mask to his face changes his hair from red to black (he uses shampoo with special chemicals, the gas reacting with those chemicals to make the change), and some of his clothing will change color to blue as well (same deal as the hair, just with his detergent). Mostly, he wears a suit, trenchcoat, and fedora, though occasionally he wears street clothes.
BRIEF Bio:
To summarize Vic's first twenty-three years of life quickly: son of a prostitute. Taken away by CPS from a home that wasn't really that bad due to getting in a bad fight with bullies. Kicked out of a home for problem children at 18. Mother's dead now. No hope left. Taken in by a university professor named Aristotle Rodor. Goes to college. Graduates. Becomes an investigative journalist.
With the sum-up out of the way, let's get onto Vic's career as the Question, and how it started. At 24, Vic was approached by his father figure and mentor, Aristotle Rodor, to help him expose Arby Twain, a scientist who, along with Rodor, designed an artificial skin-like bandage called Pseudoderm. The bandage's bonding gas, used to cement to surfaces, was lethal when exposed to open wounds. Twain, knowing of the toxicity, planned on selling it to third world countries for a large profit.
Knowing that there was no proof, and not able to sneak into Twain's warehouse to expose his crimes without revealing his own identity, Vic and Rodor decided to design a mask made of Pseudoderm to hide Vic's features. Donning the mask, Vic took Twain and his cronies down, leaving the scientist and his goons bound in Pseudoderm in front of the police station with a flash drive containing an audio file of their confession.
After this fiasco, Vic decided his new alter ego would be handy, going out on nightly excursions to uncover things he couldn't find out as himself. One night, two years into his career as the Question, he was bested by Lady Shiva after going after her then-employers. Shot in the head and dumped into a river, Vic survived via the 'diving reflex', and was saved by Shiva for reasons of her own and sent to train with Richard Dragon.
The training with Dragon made Vic reevaluate himself and his morals, and he attained a Zen-like philosophy during his time with Dragon. He spent a little under a year training with Dragon. Eventually, Vic returned to Hub City to continue his war on crime, but now with renewed sense of purpose and a larger endgame: put an end to corporate and political corruption in the city.
Vic's story wouldn't be complete without mention of Myra Fermin (originally Connelly) and her daughter Jackie. Myra was Vic's co-worker and lover during his time as an investigative journalist, and when Sage was busy training with Richard Dragon she was blackmailed by the corrupt mayor of Hub City into marrying him. Eventually Myra managed to leave her husband and become the mayor of Hub City herself during re-election season.
Myra, unable to care for a mentally handicapped child, had left her daughter Jackie in the care of an orphanage her entire life. Vic, with Myra's blessing, became Jackie's adoptive parent when the orphanage was closed down. During a dark time in Hub City when total societal collapse seemed imminent Vic attempted to flee the city to South America with Myra and Jackie. Myra denied, feeling it was important she be with the city during its darkest hour due to being mayor.
Vic left for South America with Jackie, retiring from his life as the Question. Jackie was kidnapped shortly after the duo settled in a Brazilian town by a child prostitution ring. Vic hunted down her kidnappers, donning his guise of the Question once more, to save her. He ended up killing the big boss of the ring and realized that killing criminals, no matter how evil they were, wasn't what he wanted to do. He fled Brazil with Jackie, eventually settling down in Argentina.
However, Sage faced another problem when Jackie fell ill months later. Sage embarked on a long journey back to Hub City in order to hopefully find a cure for Jackie's illness, or, if failing that, reunite mother and daughter. Vic failed in both of his goals due to the hospital being overcrowded and being unable to find Myra; Jackie died without proper medical care, having never seen her mother again.
So here he was, back in Hub. He had nothing else to do, really. So why not get back to work? The Question returned to active duty, pummeling criminals and exposing corporate and political corruption. Eventually he started going back to work as an investigative journalist. It was all he could do to keep himself from dwelling too much on what had happened and being lost to the despair.
Eventually, Vic joined the Justice League's reserve roster, primarily being the League's 'data guy' and chipping in during the really big missions that mean the world's survival. As the League's data guy, he digs into various government owned databases; this constant digging into the deepest darkest secrets of the world has led him to become increasingly paranoid and a bit of a conspiracy nut. But, most of the time, he's busy stalking the streets of Hub City. Some might think he's an urban myth, but criminals know better, especially when they hear the soft singing of 'Danny Boy' followed by the entry of a faceless man...

This character was created with the mindset that some events from the O'Neil run of the Question happened, mostly regarding Vic's training with Richard Dragon and his relationship with Myra and Jackie Connelly.
As in the previous games, Vic has partnered with Ted Kord (AKA Blue Beetle). Unlike in the previous games, this was a one-time thing and not a full-blown partnership.
Vic loves fruit with a passion. No one can quite tell why.
In terms of characterization, he's 50% Denny O'Neil Question, 20% JLU Question, 15% Charlie Crews (from the TV show 'Life'), 10% my own personal additions, and 5% Rorschach.

Prototype Slipstream Suit: Xane’s suit harness an unseen force of kinetic energy in order to propel the wearer at dazzling speeds. The full capabilities of the suit have yet to be seen as the human mind can’t interpret and react fast enough to use the suit to it’s full potential. The suit also provides a frictionless field around the wearer to protect against the nature troubles of traveling at high speeds along with some general body protection in case of high-speed crashes.
Weaknesses:
Bullets and Knives and Bears, Oh My!: Under the moderate armour of the suit, Xane is still just as vulnerable as the next guy and suffers from motion sickness on the regular due to the high speeds his body endures. His mind is also a weakness as he has to really pan his movements in the suit carefully or risk running straight into a wall at mach 2.
Undisciplined: Xane doesn’t have a very long attention span and as such, learning to properly fight hasn’t come easy to him. He relies too much on his suit to get through a fight at the moment.

Adaptive: Xane isn’t the smartest guy but that means he rarely gets stuck trying to make a plan work. His method of constant trial and error allows him to be a little less predictable that a more methodical combatant.

BRIEF Bio:
Xane Swift had been a deadbeat all his life, mooching off his parents and expecting everything in the world to be given to him on a silver platter. This mentality landed him in a situation of no escape where he was being cut off from his parent’s funds and getting kicked out of college for his poor attendance and grades. As things went downhill Xane was contacted by a sect of criminals known as the Reapers who offered him a way to make quick cash by going even quicker. The Reapers supplied Xane with a suit that granted him superspeed and they told him to commit a string of robberies. Xane managed to accomplish his task, narrowly avoiding capture at the hands of Batman who eventually ended up busting the Reapers and leaving Xane with a super-weapon and without a purpose.
The speedster tried to keep up the robberies to keep himself going but after about a month of close run ins with the Batman and the ever increasing amount of vigilantes in Gotham, Xane decided to lie low and get a real job while his reputation died down. Working in the glamorous field of gas station attendee was boring work but Xane would rather be stuck behind a counter than behind bars any day of the week. This were going alright until Xane was held up at gunpoint and robbed while running the store. Not one to take a mugging lying down, Xane suited up that night and broke the nose of the crook and a few of his friends as they were proceeding to jump a family. Naturally Xane pocketed the recovered gas money but word from that family began to spread and the bank robbing speedster from a month ago was now turning over a new leaf.
Originally Xane paid the rumours no mind but the positive praise from some began to work at his ego and soon Xane was going out patrolling the streets and stopping all manner of petty crimes, all the while narrowly avoiding any of the other vigilantes of the city. Xane’s not sure if the hero thing will stick but the thrill of being a good guy feels much better than the thrill of a ten second heist.
Story Arcs:
Get Ahead with V9!: Xane’s stint of being uniquely fast has come to an abrupt end as a new drug hits the streets of Gotham. Velocity-9 is doing for every thug in Gotham what the Slipstream suit did for Xane. Now Xane has to make a made dash to get the drug off the street by making his way straight to the top before the drug goes into mass production. Can Xane figure out who’s producing the drug? More importantly, is he fast enough to stop them? Find out in... Get Ahead with V9! (Team-up)
Gotham’s Flash Freeze: Mr.Freeze is back in action after a brief stint of staying under the bat’s radar. Now Freeze and his goons are on the offensive, taking over pockets of Gotham’s industrial district and slowly turning the city into a winter wasteland. Not wanting to see his home turn into an iceberg, Xane covers up and treks into the heart of the storm in an attempt to liberate Gotham from a second ice age. This were going alright until Xane was held up at gunpoint and robbed while running the store. Not one to take a mugging lying down, Xane suited up that night and broke the nose of the crook and a few of his friends as they were proceeding to jump a family. Naturally Xane pocketed the recovered gas money but word from that family began to spread and the bank robbing speedster from a month ago was now turning over a new leaf.
Originally Xane paid the rumours no mind but the positive praise from some began to work at his ego and soon Xane was going out patrolling the streets and stopping all manner of petty crimes, all the while narrowly avoiding any of the other vigilantes of the city. Xane’s not sure if the hero thing will stick but the thrill of being a good guy feels much better than the thrill of a ten second heist.
Story Arcs:
Get Ahead with V9!: Xane’s stint of being uniquely fast has come to an abrupt end as a new drug hits the streets of Gotham. Velocity-9 is doing for every thug in Gotham what the Slipstream suit did for Xane. Now Xane has to make a made dash to get the drug off the street by making his way straight to the top before the drug goes into mass production. Can Xane figure out who’s producing the drug? More importantly, is he fast enough to stop them? Find out in... Get Ahead with V9! (Team-up)
Gotham’s Flash Freeze: Mr.Freeze is back in action after a brief stint of staying under the bat’s radar. Now Freeze and his goons are on the offensive, taking over pockets of Gotham’s industrial district and slowly turning the city into a winter wasteland. Not wanting to see his home turn into an iceberg, Xane covers up and treks into the heart of the storm in an attempt to liberate Gotham from a second ice age. A Dash to the Past: Having found some mysterious ruins under Gotham city, Xane investigates as he finds some unsettling scenes depicted in the stone carvings, eventually leading him to a confrontation with a new foe and a realization that will shake him to the core.
