I see. In the time I'm from, the dimensions in each Territory blend together a bit. It's really a bit maddening, because you can never forget the one who owns the ground you're standing on. Being in this System is... quite nice.

Right now, dimensions are all independent and do not interact. In my future, everything is divided into Territories, which is how we define who controls large swaths of Existence on a per-dimensional basis. Before I left, the largest Territory owned was roughly 48% of all that is. And there was an incredibly small number of liberated dimensions.
