I'm currently waiting on the character I was speaking with, whom has a lot going on so yea, it's all good. My character is currently on pause unless someone wants to talk to him and steal him away for a second, but when my friend returns, I do plan to go back to her to resume what we were planning on doing.

Also, work stress lately so I'm already kinda half baked on writing currently but hey it might keep my mind off the layoff's that happened today (I wasn't apart of it, but it did directly impact my workload, my team, and my entire department. We lost 50% of our people after a 25% layoff a couple months ago, meaning only 25% of us remain, to take on the entire company's entire queue of calls.) So hey, yea maybe if someone pulled Link aside for a side thing to do might help keep my mind off things though my friend "might" post tonight. We'll see.

Since I don't think my friend is going to be making it, feel free to pull me aside to be a chef, I'll do it. lol. He'll be reluctant since he's supposed to be vacationing, but he does love cooking so there's always something for him to do in the meantime.

Am also curious, are there like candied apples in Hyrule? Or well, does botw take place in Hyrule? I never played it. I just know a part of it was collecting ingredients to make into recipes to get health back.

As far as I know there aren't candied Apple's in Hyrule, I tried searching to confirm and my results were nothing Hyrule related and only about healthy apples (lol). But yes BotW does take place in Hyrule, or more so, it's ruins except the villages outside of Hyrule.

We got baked Apple's? Perhaps a request of baked apples with a sweet coating, he'll know what to do as it's not like there isn't sweet things in his world.

That's fine, I actually woke up late today (an hour ago about), so I'll probably be pulling an all-nighter tonight, and I'll keep writing in the meantime until my friend makes it back online to write. (So feel free to keep using Link as I don't think she'll be back likely until Monday so Links interaction with Alex is totally on hold).

Don't mind me tagging people, trying to diagnose why I cannot tag fancy-party (but works in preview mode in the editor but not when submitted), I want to see how many people I can tag and can't tag.

@lithfangel
@dark cloud
@timelord1101

Apparently, anyone with hyphens in their name I cannot tag, but preview mode shows them tagged. Weird!
EDIT: So it seems that there's no hyphens in these names, though Preview Mode shows them as properly linked with the hypen as I was using the URL to the users as a means of grabbing their name vs what it displays to us in case there were differences, so Preview isn't quite acting as a true preview since when submitted they appear to parse differently. I'll just ensure to make sure that I use a space if a space is in the name, and not go by what the URL to the user infers it as, to prevent this confusion in the future, as it does also tag invalid usernames in preview mode as well and of course, doesn't find such a user.

Sorry for the sudden drop out I experienced over the past week, guys. My work went into a slump the past couple of weeks nd I only just got in enough pay today to settle my bills.

I'm going to have Raine say hello to Sal and Ruka - if they otherwise aren't engaged - but is there anyone else here looking for someone to bounce a few interactions off someone? I know Commissars have a reputation for being scarey, trigger-happy NKVD wanna-bes, but they're human beings too. :D

And all good Cellophane. Real life comes before internet shenanigans. And Ruka and Salvador are always open to getting to know people. Or at least to interact. Pretty much the whole reason I brought them here.

Just fair warning, my next post may take a darker journey. As these are characters from one of my stories I can go a little more into their backgrounds. And it’s a bit sad.

However if anyone wants to interact with Ruka after this point, feel free to still treat your scene as if she’s there. In this timeless place many different things are possible.
