@Half Pint the only real deal breaker for compatibility is that "The Lantern corps arent known to the Earth or its agencies." Because the plan of the bad guy relies on exploiting a bunch of backwater rubes that the galaxy doesnt care about. And, as in most Fiction, Earth fits the bill.

Nah, I was making Guy with the intention of doing more collabs so keeping him quite near Earth so no issue there. More of a rookie in training kind of story, hopefully playing off the other younger characters like Blue Beetle, Nova, Warbird, etc.

Should have my time to finish writing this post I started a few days ago by this afternoon. Also, it is really hard to keep up with the OOC and seeing what is important or not.


As it has been four weeks since your last post as Batman. Can I just ask if, as the last week has shown us, you do not complete a post by the end of today that you be willing to step aside as Batman for a new player to take the role?

It would be great to have an active Batman player who can keep up with the pace of this game.

Of course, I'm not a GM and have no real power, but it would be nice none the less if you were to consider it.

@Stormyx Only immediate thing i have to do is Bailey meeting Simm for a training montage and then i'm all good to go for that.

Also, i'm writing up the Lantern character sheet now. I'm hoping for Hal and Sinestro to maybe make an appearance... And if there's time enough to introduce Dex-Starr, i kinda want him to show up In a dapper lil' tux.


Okay cool; I'm thinking that probably next week will be when I kick it off which also means I have to write my Emma posts quick sharp...

Personally found it strange there hasn't been a transition to a game discord with these games for exactly that reason, even if its just as simple as having an ooc and an important messages channel.

@Sep As i put in the sheet, i suspected that the fact that the threats are mostly going to be "Ring takes over human and goes on rampage" I was thinking it'd be more under S.H.I.E.L.D. But if you think it'd be better for S.W.O.R.D. then absolutely i'll make that change.

I'd be happy to move to this if that's what the consensus is, however I personally am not the biggest fan of using Discord. I am rarely on when most of the chatter happens and it feels a lot harder for me to catch-up using it! I'm also a bit of a luddite when it comes to checking it, I had my notifcations turned off on it until very recently because I was tired of my phone pinging at night!

I'd still say it's sword as the threat is extraterrestrial BUT there might be some turf wars
